The store was very clean and organized. The help was wonderful in finding everything I was looking for. Bought a coupon book and was able to use some at checkout. Very friendly staff. This is Sadie, and were ecstatic to have her in our lives.

I was visiting from out of town and my pup reallllly needed a groom. He’s only had one person groom him in 8 years, so I was terrified. The ladies in this salon were so awesome listening to my craziness and taking very good care of Bates. Kerry Ann did a fantastic job and took great care in his groom. I will 💯 come here again. The employees are very nice but their manager is rude to both customers and employees.I feel horrible for the way petsmart keeps their reptiles in such small cages, even PetCo gives the reptiles larger enclosures (admittedly both stores do not give the correct husbandry to their reptiles (such as inappropriate cohabitation, small enclosures, not enough foliage, humidity, substrate).But I’ve been sold faulty spray bottles multiple times (their brand ‘Thrive’ leaves much to be improved upon) there and while it’s super easy to look up my receipts with my phone number / membership the manager made it seem like it was my fault that I was sold a faulty product. I was given a lecture by him about keeping my receipts when they can easily reprint it/find it in records under phone number). They need a manager with a better attitude, really unwelcoming to customers. I feel bad for the employees there who have to put up with him. Seems like an unreasonable guy. I wish him well and hope he can treat his employees better ( I am not an employee just a frequent customer and the workers do a great job, it’s just this one manager who needs to think about how his attitude / demeanor effects others, especially while he is at work.) I’m not saying it’s a fun or easy job, but at least try and act friendly. The employees of this store deserve better (after all they have to deal with dog hair, all sorts of poop, fish tank water etc.) I wish the manager and employees of this pet-smart well.I think there are other employees at this store that corporate could easily train in the responsibilities of manager and they would give more care towards customer service and employee treatment.Corporate pet smart needs to seriously rethink their reptile husbandry ethics. Not to say that all chain pet stores aren’t guilty. Reptiles by mac is likely their commercial breeder/ supplier and they are well known for animal cruelty / highly questionable breeding ethics.Also side note: If you want to split a purchase between cash and card then there is no editing / changing / withdrawing purchase mid way. If you choose to split payments make sure you aren’t removing / adding any items at the register because they won’t be able to give change/refunds for split payments.

Very knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful & friendly as well. The pet grooming area is excellent. They don't have the largest variety of fish & animals to buy but, the QUALITY of their stock is what really sets them apart from the small local pet shops. Everything is clean & well maintained. The only thing I don't really care for is the cat adoption practices. I'm sure they're just following the overbearing Massachusetts laws so, I don't fault them for that but, it definitely pushes me to buy a cat off of an individual seller. Ample parking & handicap accessibility.

We highly recommend their grooming services. We have our 220 pound English Mastiff bathed here and she loves to go to PetSmart for her spa day! Their prices are quite reasonable as well.

My pug Wyatt and I have just finished our intermediate training with Lisa. His puppy class went great but, I made the mistake of waiting a few months to start intermediate...and he was now dog aggressive! The change from the first class to last night was amazing!!! We have both come really far and we're excited to continue our journey with Lisa as we go into our advanced training. She knows I want Wyatt to be able to visit nursing homes and eventually hospitals for children and she's excited for us to do that. I watched several people come and go with these classes because they don't understand it's A)not a play group and B)YOU have to do the work to get the results. I feel that Lisa does a great job explaining that upfront and tries her best to help you accomplish your goals with your dog. FYI, this picture I'm including, I NEVER thought my dog would be able to do this!!! He tried to kill all of these dogs (notice he's a pug and about 1/4 of the size of his pal Louis...but, he DID IT!!! WE DID IT! I almost cried b/c I was so proud of all our hard work. Thank you for helping us Lisa!!!

After a bad experience at the Plymouth Petco we rushed over to Petsmart to see if they had prescription diet dog food. Unfortunately they did not at that location but stayed open late and helped us look for an alternative for our dog. Truly grateful for those employees.

I'm always stopping by to see what's on sale for my furry friends. It's getting very difficult to find pet food, especially at a good price. Lots of times I find deals here, whether it's on treats, wet food or dry food. But I do have to stop in weekly, at least, to check. I tried checking online before going to get what I needed. But unfortunately it wasn't accurate to what the store actually had in stock. But it's not a hassle to stop by the store weekly cause it's right down the street from me.

I absolutely love PetSmart!!! It is one of the best pet stores I have ever been too... There staff is very knowledgeable in every area and very nice to work with... I am a fish owner, I have multiple cichlids, I made the mistake of buying fish from Petco and I totally forgot that their fish are not the healthiest!!! Every time I buy fish from there they end up dying within a week or so... Not once have I had a fish die when purchasing fish from PetSmart. They also have a wide selection/variety of fish and accessories... I would totally recommend PetSmart to anyone and everyone... I've never had a bad experience in any PetSmart I've gone into... They definitely have an A+ in my book

The groom was fine; honestly wasn’t the best it’s a bit uneven and they didn’t trim him up as nicely as they do in bourne. I still tipped them 20%. They told me the groom would take 3-4 hours it took them 2 hours. I could have done without the comment when we were leaving. ‘Maybe teach him not to pull’. Especially since my pup has been ill and cannot go to puppy obedience classes due to his illness. Which they knew about. Wouldn’t you be used to pups pulling especially puppies (he’s 7 months) if you work with dogs? He also hasn’t been in a petsmart due to his illness for 4 months which made him extra curious. I’ve never written a bad review anywhere before this is a first for me. We will not be back.

The vets are great my dog loves them. They are very thorough with my old girl and insurance is manageable. Everyone I've came into contact with there has been nice and helpful. Thank you all for everything!!
