This is the worst pharmacy i have ever been to the pharmacist is rude and disrespectful. Treated me like I was an idiot would not answer one question I have I left there crying after the way she treated me I will never go back to a CVS again !!! I just moved appointments, and I was looking for a new pharmacy. It certainly will never be a CVS pharmacy after this experiment my daughter went to looking for me because I walked out of the car because I was upset and when she got to the pharmacy to the pharmacist and whoever you have a person four and shift supervisor that was supposed to be helping me were laughing about me and making fun of me and my daughter was a palled and so upset. I’m so glad I raised my kids to be kind human beings, and not to make fun of people or laugh at other peoples expenses

The worst CVS on planet earth. They are wholly incapable of even roughly honoring an appointment. Schedule your appointment for several hours before you want it; MAYBE they’ll be ready when you arrive.

The CVS on Pilgram Road in Plymouth, MA is the worst CVS store/pharmacy I have ever been to. Over 2 hours there waiting on a prescription. The phones ringing off the hook, nobody answering them. My provider tried to call 5 different times and it just rang and rang. 1 time someone did pick up, they immediately hung it back up. None of the pharmacy staff cares about anything, probably all burnt out. CVS corporate needs to go in and clean house, fire everyone and start fresh. If I was you I would stay far far away from this place. The worst ever!

I'm still waiting for two prescriptions to be filled that had been over 12 hours since I called it in. Most of the time, they have to order it, causing me to go into withdrawal. I've had several employees be rude to me in person and on the phone. I wouldn't waste my time here. Go somewhere else

Huh. No need to change my review. Pilgrim Hill Rd. pharmacy is still undersized, understaffed, and overwhelmed. Expand the pharmacy, hire more pharmacy staff. I'm looking for another pharmacy that's not so buried.

I love this CVS and pharmacy. Everyone is great and helpful, been coming here for years so I want to help the rating. The other commenter, Ashley Coffey, shouldn't judge people and their professions, kind of ignorant. Someone could get sued if they lied and said they knew something they didn't. Anyway I don't know any of the employees by name, but everyone is great and I'm never disappointed walking out of this CVS.
