Our dog Ghost is out of control when you try to groom him, he spins around, jumps like a reindeer.He had been abused they said when we adopted him, you can't get near him with toenail clippers.So yes, Maria and the other two people that did him did a great job!

My groomer was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly to myself and my dog. He does not have the use of his back legs and is incontinent, and I know that he put up a bit of a struggle as it was his first groom. I was very pleased.

The girl at the counter had zero personality and even less customer service skill.We just needed a nail trim on our puppy. She didn't sweet talk the dog... man handled the dog into restraints and said she couldn't do it because the dog was aggressive. Dolly is anything but and the groomer down the street had no issues.

As always, the groomer Jessie remembered my dog (and me), and remembered his personality and likes and dislikes. He loves her, and she's always happy to see him. He has a history of ear and skin problems, and she lets me know if she notices them acting up. When his skin problem was really acting up, she would wash him carefully with medicated shampoo from my vet, which went a long way towards clearing it up. Mostly, though, it's just always a pleasure to see her, and my dog always comes home happy and looking and smelling clean and fresh, with his coat all shiny. It's always a good experience for my dog, and for me.

Jessie is amazing with my little guy... He is a rescue dog and very shy. She is so patient with him and very gentle .. She will continue to be the ONLY ONE that groom's him..

The groomer was very friendly, but unfortunately could not groom our dog. Our dog is very skittish of new people and was scared. Petco will not muzzle dogs to groom them so they recommended another groomer. They did try though. If your dog is very anxious about the groomer, this may not be the place for you.
