I rarely give an excellent rating on reviews but it’s deserved. I went to the Oxford store and my sales person was Dan. He was very knowledgeable about fish, friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store.

The people who work at the Oxford Pet Supply Plus are great, friendly and helpful.Corporate Pet Supply Plus are losers, 3 emails and I'm still not getting the "points" being a member is supposed to get and if it's not corrected before the bag of food I just purchased is gone I sadly will not return to the store.I have been purchasing between 20+24lbs of Merrick dog food every month for 2yrs along with some Iams cat food occasionally. I don't like making the store the victim but someone has to be and it will not be me any longer

I've shopped frequently at the Townsend, MA location and always encounter the nicest employees. The coupons are a nice bonus also! Perks points are great. I'm new to the Oxford, MA location but my first time going for a mobile pickup order was a great experience! I recommend them highly! Great company!

The first associate that we encountered grabbed Charlotte, the ferret, out of the cage and allowed us to play with her for as long as we wanted. Charlotte was a sweet little animal and you're associate (name was forgotten due to focusing on Charlotte) was also as sweet as she could be. She was very knowledgeable about ferrets!! Great experience!! Only went into buy food for my Hedgehog. Pokie loves Fromm Gold Healthy Weight. It's the only food he has had since he was a baby 2 and 1/2 years ago. Pet Supplies Plus is the only place I buy it! Just so happens I also had a 25% off coupon which came in handy!!Keep up the great work!!

I don't shop here often as I am in college a few hours away,i was spending February break with my family and needed to get parakeet food. I asked an associate who did great giving me options however the manager on duty was not a good look for the company she was rude and snappy when this girl was trying to help me I believe her name was Jordan but regardless this place needs better management its not a good look for the store

Staff is super helpful, so you'll rarely have to wait for anything. Things can get pricier there than other places, but it's still our first choice because of the selection of Fancy Feast flavors alone. Better than Petco!

Great new rewards program actually gives you dollars to use at the store that you accrue over a few visits, or watch videos, etc… If only we didn’t have to convert the points manually while failing to be able to login to their dreadful website, we’d have nothing to complain about!Love this store, and especially the employees. Clean and good customer service. The employees are great with animals and have knowledge about animals. Purchased my conjure at this store and employees take the time to ask how our lovely conjure is doing everytime we stop in.

I almost always can find what I'm looking for. It also carries the Stella & Chewy brand that I buy for my dog which is hard to find anywhere else. The staff are very nice and helpful when needed.

Very friendly staff. Hit or miss on whether someone who knows what they are doing is available to trim nails. I use the bathing area frequently. It's not always clean but definitely better than cleaning up my house!

The customer service and attention the employees give us and our pets during a visit is outstanding. We utilize the nail trimming on our dogs on a regular basis they are so gentle and patient my dogs love them.

I use to go to the store every Sunday with 4 dogs and bathe my dogs. Today the supposed manager victoria told me that I couldn't use 2 sides. She wanted me to bathe 4 dogs in one tub. Of course it would be impossible. I paid for 4 baths. Every time I go to the store if there's someone in front of me I always wait without complaining. I made the complaint with the manager, Vitória, and she and all the employees were laughing at my face.

Employees need to be retrained. They lost a 300 dollar sale over a 10 dollar glo fish. I highly recommend PETCO.My experience at Pet Supplies and why I'll never go there again:We originally purchased a 5 gal Glo fish tank and glo fish from Pet Supplies. Over a year later, our fish are thriving, so we thought we'd treat them to a larger tank and maybe get another fish friend. My husband, 6 year old daughter, and I went to Pet Supplies... my daughter was very excited about getting a new fish.The female employee working in the fish dept came over with no smile or greeting, just attitude right from the start. She said you cant add a fish to a new tank (which is exactly what we did the first time but..ok) so I said that's fine, while we are setting up the larger tank, we'll add the new glo fish to our existing 5 gal tank. She said, and I quote, "No. A 5 gal tank is too small. I WON'T sell it to you." My 6 year old daughter was devastated. I had a new 10 gal tank, rocks, accessories, dog toys, everything in my carriage, ready to go.... and she decided that her store clearly didn't need my business- so we left and went to PETCO and I'm so thankful we did because the experience at PETCO compared to Pet Supplies was night and day.First off, if a 5 gal tank is too small (as she stated) why does Glo fish make a 5 gal tank for glo fish? And why is ok for Pet Supplies to have 100 glo fish in a 10 gal tank, but I can't have 5 fish in a 5 gal tank?(do the math) and really, what's up with the attitude? Your job in the fish dept is to sell fish... DO YOUR JOB. The girls attitude was awful!We left, went to PETCO in Auburn and got our tank, supplies, rocks, glo fish, even a few cute starter fish for the larger tank. The girl working at PETCO was informative, nice, and a pleasure to do business with. I'm so glad we went to PETCO instead.P.S. somehow Pet Supplies deleted my original review. I'll keep posting my experience. And my fish, once again, are thriving. Their loss. PETCO's gain <3

I went to go get some stuff for my fish aquarium and when I went to go look at the fish, there must have been about 20 dead goldfish floating in the goldfish tank. When I brought it to the attention of the employee, it was shrugged off and said they were going under "treatment" and she would look at it at some point. Throughly disappointed, I was considering coming back to buy my next fish, but seeing how that is how LIVE ANIMALS are treated I won't be coming back.

First time here today, looking for a small pet for my six year old son. The first minute in the store an employee asked if I needed any help, showed me right where the animals were. Made me feel comfortable. Then I started talking with another employee named Julia, she was so so sweet, gave me tons of info. And really got me excited for our new pretty journey. Not only did they give me information but they showed they really care. Love this store ❤️

I absolutely love this store, and so does my dog. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have stopped going to those other pet stores, their attempts at good service doesn’t even compare to Pet Supplies Plus!!!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and organized. They actually had bulk bird seed which I have never seen. The price was too good to pass up. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the bird cages in the back corner of the store were very dirty. Lots of food and junk in the bottom of the cages. I will be back.

Very clean store and friendly staff. Super selection. Insiders program for discounts. Do the insider sign up in the store. They carry items out to your car and lift them in happily.Their online sign up SUCKS. No way to add your existing number to a new online account to start online ordering for curbside pick up. The website shows available items but adding an account or payment info shipping... drags on forever. Had a coupon in my email from them and could not use it on line for 12 different items... Stopped a large inline order last night due to frustration. Store owners get on corporate your website ordering needs improvement! But this store in Oxford is ***** 5 Star. Plus the free do it yourself pet Beth area is awesome!

Love love love the self serve dog wash station. Super convenient, big dogs or small. Towels included! The store itself is clean, the employees are not as knowledgeable about the products they sell but they are nice And will try to find answers for you. Priced comparable to other pet stores, can't compare to online retailers though. But that's expected.
