Would not consider another groomer. They are wonderful people who love "their dogs". Jackie and Ray do an awesome job. When I leave my boy, I do not have to worry, he is on the best hands.

Highly recommend this grooming company. They are kind, professional, and do great work on both of our dogs. We have a large old English sheepdog who’s hair is not usually easy to deal with and we also have a small poodle-mix who has anxiety. They handle both dogs with care.

Could not be more pleased. Kindness is the word for owners, to both our dog and us. We could see the peaceful workplace, dogs being treated well.Appointment times geared toward convenience of pet owners. Our dog was happy to see us but not pulling and tugging to leave.No, we do not need to medicate our dog for the groomer, as we have been told in the past. That tells me she was treated well.

My dog indy just got groomed and they did a GREAT job! She is a rescue dog, and get very frightened with being washed and dried. But she came home nice and dry and tail wagging!

I drive an hour to get my dogs groomed here. The owners are so friendly and kind with the dogs. I have a sheltie and a corgi. My corgi suffers from nail cutting anxiety after the vet cut her finger. Bartlett's cove is the only place she will let someone cut her nails without a huge fuss. They are understanding of the issue and spend the time to make sure she is ok. My sheltie always comes home looking beautiful. They really listen to what I want and always exceed expectations.

I have never seen a groomer that takes as good care of my dogs as Jackie and Ray. I have 100% piece of mind they are well taken care of when they are at Bartletts Cove. My boss offered to pay for my dogs grooming when I dropped his dog off at Petco and I just didn't feel comfortable leaving them with someone else beside this place - even for free!!

Whiskey came home with the best hair cut ever. It's as though they took one look at him and just knew how he would look best. The groomers are down-to-earth, talented, warm and friendly. Prices are reasonable.Highly recommended.

Jackie went above and beyond at our most recent visit. I called before to let her know Moxie developed a big tumor under his upper lip since our previous visit. I was concerned because of the matting in his beard and mustache from the cbd oil, hoping it wouldn’t be a serious problem. Jackie could not have been more gracious and unfazed, reassuring me it was ok, she’d had experience with similar. I left feeling much calmer. Told he can nip when cutting by his face, I was thrilled to hear Moxie was very good, brave and patient. I can only attribute this to Jackie’s sensitivity to his situation. And, Moxie looked adogable!

They have a special knack with difficult dogs. My Papillon has always been difficult to groom and from the first moment with them he was fine. Their confidence and kindness somehow comforted him and he felt safe in their arms. They get an Excellent! from me.
