One stop shop for most of the household hardware products. You can find everything from hardware tools to electrical appliances. They sell, hardware wood, refrigerator, plants, tools, carpet, flooring, and many more products. I like their curb side pick up. It’s so convenient and quick. Parking should not be an issue, they have ample space.

I've been here a few times and everyone has been nice and willing to help me find whatever I need!Today I was helped by a nice young lady named Lindsey (sorry if I spelled that wrong) in the indoor plants section, she was very cheerful and found the perfect pot for a cactus I was getting for my husband. I'd be happy if I see her again next time I'm getting a plant!

I am an electrician starting up my own side business and I go here for all the stock that I need to do my work. I’ve been going to multiple Home Depot’s for tools and materials for a couple years and I’ve never been disappointed by the quality and longevity of either. They have a massive selection of tools from anything a homeowner would need to do projects around the house all the way to the heavy duty tools that a contractor like myself need. Staff are always able to help and if they aren’t able to they find someone who can help

I had a paint sprayer that was sent from the factory without a tip. I called the store and spoke with Alison, the manager, and they swapped it out immediately with no problems at all she was very kind and polite, and so was the woman in the paint department that helped me? I recommend going to the store. They are very happy to help and are kind in courteous.

The help at the Paint Department is great! I worked with 'Taiyl' I think her name was... she was so helpful and understood exactly what I was asking and explained and picked everything I needed. Very courteous, friendly and respectful. Others should learn from her ability to be so helpful! Great service from a great person at the Home Depot Methuen!!

I don't usually write long reviews, but doing it this time as they employee's helped someone like me. This helps customer save time and not have to come back 2-3x like i did in Salem,NH

Henry, who works at the Flooring section was immensely helpful. I explained to him how there was a price difference between Methuen’s store and one in Salem, NH for hardwood floors . The Home Depot at Salem,NH didn’t have them - but Methuen’s store was the only one that had the hardwood floors I wanted . Henry was able to explain to his managers our situation, and brought us down to a deal. He paid attention to our needs and exceeded our expectations. He also helped us load the boxes into our truck. I bought 20 boxes of hard wood floor from him - he’s a GEM at the Home Depot - don’t lose Henry at the Flooring section!We are very grateful for his service.

I Would like to start by thanking Roger Abdou for being a great salesperson. He is the best employee I have ever encountered. I never thought I would write a wonderful review on this specific Home Depot. (The loop in Methuen) he treats everyone as a family member and the way he would like to be treated. My dad has stage 4 cancer and is unable to work and we have very little income coming in. We don't have regular heat at the house and we use a pallet stove to get through the winter. Roger was able to match the previous price I paid after checking with his manager. The price has increased and given my budget and circumstances he took his time to see what he could do. He is a keeper and the store should recognize him. Thank you once again, Roger. I will never forget the way, you treated me and I never thought I would come back to this store given my previous bad experience. however, after this trip, he made me change my mind and continue shopping at Home Depo instead of Lowes.

You don't order enough building kits for the kids on the workshop days. We got there an hour and a half after it started and there were no kits left. Then we went to another home Depot and there were no kits left at that one either. Both times I had to leave with a screaming child. So thanks a lot home Depot.

I just heard from the tool.center at this Methuen Home depot after making a reservation on Thursday that they will not have the item I had reserved for tomorrow Christmas eve. On top of of that they then tell me they can't transfer the reservation and even after I cancel it they can't tell me when I will get my deposit back. This is seriously unprofessional and unacceptable.

Duty Manager Jewell helped us purchase and pickup a table saw. We live in Maine and the nearest Maine store with the table saw we wanted was 3 hours away. I remembered going to curbside pickup at Methuen multiple times with my daughter for her 1855 house. Jewell let us do a phone order with the military discount (both my husband and I are veterans). We drove from the Brunswick, Maine to Methuen and were able to complete our project of interior trim around doors and windows in our new home.

Methuen Home Depot is definitely my favorite, not just because the staff are always helpful and nice to converse with, but because literally every other aisle has a price check scanner, just makes things go smoother. You know the price exactly, no issues when checking out and no back ups from it. And yes that photo of my receipt definitely bdays .01 for a 300 watt digital transformer.... Which roughly go for $300+

Easy access the store is neat and clean but staff could be more friendly and helpful. Not all of them but there are some good people working there. They could use a bit more of training in customer service. Bit i still give a 5 stars.

I like this Home Depot. The staff are there when you need them but don't hover around you while you are shopping. For the most part it's a well stocked store. But there have been several occasions when what I needed was out of stock. But I could either order online or pick up at another location. All in all a decent shopping experience.

want to say CJ the manager here at Home Depot is amazing I had bought a hollo saw in was told it would go through what I was cutting it did not and I explained that to CJ over the phone and took my concern and issue most consideration and told me to come down to the location of Home Depot because he knew when I had told him I was from another town far from there. He said when I get there, just ask for him and he will help me. overall one of the greatest managers I have ever interacted with at any Home Depot, and would like to see him in the future with either the same position or higher is incredible how polite and helpful he was and I wouldn’t ask anyone else to replace him.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced and all i was trying to do was pick up an order. The employee was incredibly rude and tried blaming me for not being able to find all of the bags for my order. After bringing out 2/3rds of my order she told me that the reason she couldnt find it was because i gave her the wrong order number…. How would she have found the other parts of my order otherwise?

Horrible customer service.. Waited in line to return item for 20 minutes. Meanwhile only one employee worker at the desk on a phone call of some sort helping another customer. Didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Other employees near by just talking without acknowledging no one In the return line . After waiting so long , I decided just to walk out. Even the customer in line behind me was in disbelief and walk out as well. Horrible horrible service. Great Job guys!

Local Methuen Loop Home Depot is 8-10m from Andover-No Andover for quick home needs. Has rental dept and great for paint, parts, electric, garden, yard, paint, or lumber. Special order colored fine hole lattice to keep skunks and rabbits out from under shed, or wood for new ramp.

Costumer service was terrible. Many workers on the floor but non with desire to help. 2 employees see me struggling to load plywood to a cart and they just keep on with their conversation. Same on the cashiers line. Just talking among them and not catering to the client.
