Today my son and I went to Big lots in Methuen. We were unsure of which types of bubbles would work best in the bubble machine we purchased that day. The sales associate Mark came over and he helped us identify the best bubbles. We wound up going with the Fubbles brand bubbles. We couldn't be happy with the level of help that we received. Without us even asking for help, he saw us in the aisle confused and assisted us promptly. We were able to get back to playing pretty quick. Highly recommend this Big lots. Thanks again Mark. Customer service like this is needed in more businesses!!

It hasn't changed much since the last time. Thousands of items packed in. The aisles are narrow.The whole setup is not very appetizing but because our low. It is in a stripper right off some major roads with plenty of free parking. The people who work there are very Nice but not too many people either customers or customer service.The area that the store is located is ugly they make no efforts to make the place pleasant and appetizing both inside and outside. I understand that they're trying to lower the prices but this is ridiculous. And if you look at my pictures you'll see how and appetizing the store is.But if you don't care about anything else it's the place to go to for discounted items

I'm not always in Big lots but when I'm looking for something that I can't find no where else I find it in big lots. They carry all sorts of products from daily essentials to furniture at a good price.

It has all the nostalgia of the old Ann & Hope, Riches, or Zayers, If you're old enough to remember those places. Also the prices are not much different from them either. Inexpensive and decent quality items. 4 stars.

We called ahead to see if they had an item and they quickly informed us that they did have it in stock. We drove right over and the woman that checked us out turned out to be the one we talked to on the phone. I believe her name was Marta? She was just as friendly in person as on the phone. She's a great employee and even better person.

This place is HORRENDOUS! The cashier gave me attitude and flipped me off when I wasn't looking, she also purposely spit in my candy that I bought. Never going here again!

I haven't been here in quite a few years. I went in specifically to buy patio chairs that were 20% off so I saved $10 on two chairs. They also carry some really nice Bromhill furniture and home decor.

Went to get some furniture last minute on the way somewhere, and we had some tech issues on our side of things. An incredibly nice employee, Mark, helped us out and was wonderful in making it a good experience.

Although the pricing is decent, the store is like ridiculously dirty. I'd give it at least another star if it were clean, because i really do not dislike this store. It's probably the best place one can find clothes hangers.

Very nice cashier! Selection wasn't abundant, but it was toward the end of the night. Prices were far better than Maine Big Lots! Great selection in the pet department 😻

Horrible! We bought couches, and before leaving the store we noticed the were ripped! They gave us a new one and when we unpacked it at home, IT WAS RIPPED! Unbelievable!

Great place to shop 2 carriages worth of stuff for my house. $179 so happy i found everything i needed and more. biggest steal was the candles and the waxs were $2

Honestly, the aestetic of the store needs work. It's cluttered and quite unorganized. In regards to customer service, they were all delightful! Our trip there was made to be limited stress and we left very happy .The furniture associate Carlos was awesome!

Very friendly and informative staff, I went to buy a mattress and they told me to hold off until the weekend cause there was a big sale going on. I saved lots of money and signed up online. Great customer service and care!

Big Lots has great couches . I recently bought a couch from here and I have to say it's AMAZING . The price is better than other local stores. I was looking for an affordable couch around Methuen and I couldn't find a place that would beat the price.

I went with my child and the man who works in the back where the furniture is seen my child grab a candy and acted as though my child was going to steel mind you he’s 3 years old. Super unprofessional and rude never will I return.

Discount store you can find a lot of hair products, it's in a good plaza, you can find pharmacy, gym, Dunkin, family dollar, pizza place etc etc and enough parking space.
