Deciding whether or not to keep an older car was made easier many years ago when I spotted in a parking lot a vehicle same make and vintage as mine. I cornered the owner and asked her where she got service. That’s when I learned about Moore’s.Brad and his team get it. Professional. No nonsense. Competent.Fairly priced.They have done wonders with a car that transports a grand dog, goes to the beach, the dump, and all around the village. Very pleased!

During my vacation in Cape Cod, I had a small rock stuck in my rental car's brakes that would make a horrible squeaking sound when I drove. I called Moore Automotive shortly before they closed, and they agreed to take a look. They quickly diagnosed the problem and removed the rock. When it came time to pay, the manager mentioned it was a quick fix and wouldn't charge me! I was very thankful but I still paid/tipped. Awesome place!! Gave me an estimate, answered all my questions and stuck to the time frame. Worked out just as they said..no bs here!! And my truck doesn't make that horrible noise any more!! My husband and I visited cape cod two weeks ago. We rent a car from Boston and drove all the way to Cape cod. However, on the day when we needed to drive back to Boston, our car started to make some large and squeaky sound so we desperately needed some help before we hit the road. At that time, it was about 4:50pm, 10 mins before Moore Automotive closes the door. They didn't say no to us but asked us to come safely. When we arrived, they helped us identify the problem immediately (very professional) and fixed our car within 5 mins! Moore Automotive, we truly appreciated your help very much!

Did a review, gave me a price with thorough description. Car came back promptly and, even though 10 years old, drives like a new car. Moore auto was booked solid for weeks but still took the time to look at my vehicle. They could tell how concerned I was.They were spot on with the issues. The day of my appointment was the Monday after the blizzard of 2022. They came to my job picked up my car for me and left me their company loaner car! The customer service of the shop astounded me. Pam was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I have used the shop in the past for repairs so I know that Brad is very reliable and honest. This time around however I was not able to afford the work that needed to be put into my car. Brad was not comfortable with the idea of me driving the vehicle home, though I live just around the corner, and delivered the car to my home at no charge. This act of kindness did not go unnoticed!!

The window control on my Mercedes broke and the window would not go up. I was scheduled to pick my daughter up at the airport in two days with rain forecast. Moore Automotive has a good thing going, and based on the two hours that I spent sitting around the shop while the techs worked to replace my inner and outer tie rod ends, they've had this "good thing" going on for quite some time. Pam, who works at the desk up front, is likely the first person you'll talk to and meet at Moore. Pam is a fantastic asset for the business; not only is she kind, a good listener, and witty -- she also has impressive automotive knowledge (this coming from an aspiring automotive engineer). Pam knows all of the necessary parts & repair lingo and uses it to great effect, explaining processes to customers and easily conversing with the techs as they come up front to report new info on current jobs. She is an integral and highly effective part of the "Moore treatment."After Pam, every tech I saw and spoke too behaved with good-natured professionalism and demonstrated both flexibility (with regard to work to be done) and technical expertise + rigorous quality standards. This is not an easy balance to strike, even at an independent shop like Moore Automotive. I was very satisfied with the description and speed of the work the techs did to my '99 Audi A4, their communication throughout the 2-hour repair, and their willingness to accept a part that I brought in (and attach it to a different part, which they'd ordered).As for the bill: Moore charges a fair rate for labor and tracks labor hours honestly and precisely. My job was done in 2/3 the book time listed for the job, and I was charged, of course, only for the time it took to complete the job.Finally, the culture: It was quite apparent that the majority of Moore Automotive's customers are repeats -- repeats who Pam knows by name, asks how the kids / relatives are doing, etc. There was a jovial, family atmosphere to all dealings I witnessed at Moore, and I suspect it wasn't just the holiday season at work. Clearly, I can highly recommend going to Moore if you need work done on your vehicle. You will be treated well and receive quality service. Go and see for yourself!

You pay more @ moore Automotive! I had to drop this shop due to over charges and estimates... After 5 years of giving them my business the constant returns on various jobs on my cars was too much. Do due diligence when finding a shop. Remember you are hiring them to work for you! Not the other way around...
