A drug that cost $270 for 90 pills through CVS in Marston Mills, was challenged. Ended up using @Goodrx for same amount for $34. It took several days to get this drug. Why CVS in Marston Mills originally suggest this path. Sure looks like there’s a problem and if you don’t question, this pharmacy will take advantage and not support the customer.

Thank You! The pharmacist yesterday was not only smart and wise, but cared. Actually cared. I haven’t met a pharmacist as kind in quite a few years. He took the few minutes needed to sort things out, gave me options, and answered my questions without treating me like garbage. And most importantly, he probably saved my life. If you need help sorting through this new nightmare of insurance and numerous horrible pharmacists, turn to Mark at this CVS. And I hope CVS not only keeps him but gives him a big fat raise! No matter how busy it is, there is always a smile on the face of the lovely woman at the drive-through for the pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled quickly when needed and there is always someone to help you find some thing if you can’t locate it.

It’s never a welcoming experience in the Putnam Avenue pharmacy. What negative attitude on most, not all. Matt, the pharmacist is lovely! I’m switching pharmacies, it’s just a pathetic experience!

Pharmacists and assistants are very helpful and friendly, for which I'm very thankful when unwell.In 2018, there was one particular pharmacy assistant/tech who was very difficult – not friendly, often messing things up, and then getting mad at the customer for her mistakes. Fortunately, I haven't seen her there in months.

At the CVS pharmacy on Putnam Avenue in cotuit a woman name Gisele went way out of her way to figure out a way for me to afford a prescription I was willing to not take the medicine at because of the cost and she said that would be wrong she was great

Made mistakes on 3 out last4 prescriptions.I am currently in 2nd day of waiting for cough medicine and cannot even get through to the pharmacy.
