I used to work here and they are bad managers.I’m currently pregnant and they let me go over text message so if I was you don’t come and work here you’re only making 15 an hour when no Insurance maternity vacation or nothing so it’s not worth working your hours there and I get any benefits

They don’t have blends for braiding so it’s either 6.99 a pack or 100 a pack. I was kind of disappointed but they get 4 stars because they have EVERYTHING else

The asian guy in glasses falsely accused my brother of stealing today. We checked the footages together and nowhere in the video did it show him stealing anything. I will never shop there again!! Going to report them to the police for such false accusations, humiliation, and damages they have caused my brother and I, emotionally and mentally. I do not recommend anybody to shop there.

There are many supplies available for a reasonable price. I found their cusomer service was above most beauty supply stores. The cashier smiled while she tallied my items and bid me a good day on my way out. It's always nice when your cashier is nice 👌

Every time I come in, I usually drop around $300. but today I came in, employees talking, ignoring customers, I’m standing there at least 30 min waiting for someone to help me, and nothing. Finally I walked out. Why am I going to hunt you down to give you my money? Acknowledging your customers is the bare minimum, no one should have to tell you to work. This is why small businesses are closing and people are preferring online sales.

Overall very convenient. Fully stocked with old favorite products as well as new popular ones. Service is okay. However, I've experienced purchasing hair that came with a smell that resembled that of a dead animal or rotting carcass. Not sure where the hair is being stored before being put out on the floor. That's all.

Love this store for ethic products. Being a young black professional on the North shore it is extremely difficult to find products for my hair including natural extensions. This store might not have everything but they offer a wide variety of choices.

I absolutely love this store!!...i can always find what i need,as well as poilte crew at the register!!!...i get from nails to detail trimmers,they always have the most beautiful nails and hair color!..i bought a pair of detailers from here about a year or two ago still work great!!..somehow the charger went missing,I'm trying to find a replacement for them,hopefully they have the charger!

they have tons of styles, weaves, crochet, human & synthetic hair & products, jewelry, I.e. earrings and the are courteous except for the Asian girl w earring in her nose she was rude to me and I caught her talking about me and haitian customer in front of me.

When this store first opened it was great had all your hair needs and the service was awesome right when you entered the store they would greet you and ask right away if u needed help with anything, and they were always a great help but I noticed now they have alot of Asians working there that everytime u ask them for help or a question they either have no clue what ur talking about or when ur looking for something that dont even know where the product is

I will NEVER walk in this store nor spend a penny here. They use gloves when serving African Americans or black people. It happened to me today. The clerk was on her phone the whole time, but put it down put some gloves on in order to process my transaction. I was horrified, couldn’t believe what was happening.
