This store location has always had very friendly sales associates. I stop there today to make some purchases and there was a woman sitting there on an electronic gadget and when I asked for help she continued to sit there. I ask her if she was working or using her phone and she jumped up and started yelling that, I AM TAKING A TEST AND YOU ARE RUDE SO I AM NOT HELPING YOU. Turns out she was the manager on duty at the time. I have been to this location many many times and all the sales associates and managers are very pleasant and professional. The district manager needs to check this woman because she is very rude to customers and mind me if you are taking a test on an electronic device while the store is full of customers you should be doing it behind the scenes, not right at the cash register. I do not know her name but if I see her again I will turn around and go to one of the other locations. She is absolutely horrible. I invite the district manager to review the video footage and you will see her at her worst behavior. This person does not need to be anyone's manager. She has no managerial skills and should be in the back of the store unloading the trucks or stocking the shelves. Scum scum scum.

I went to change a mattress cover. And the chubby guy who is at the register told me that they don't change that and specially to people of my race because they always return things like that with bedbugs. Very bad on his part, he only had to say that they did not accept and only I told him I had come other times to change things and his response was to tell him who was because He was going to fire the person who did it. He is very arrogant, he thinks he owns the store

Went in today there was no one at register so I rang bell. Waited five minutes and rang again. I walked to isle to see if person was stocking shelves. But NO two employees were in the back dancing!!! That’s $50 or more business you won’t get and I won’t return as I have had lots of rude employees in the past

They don’t take returns on seasonal items and this isn’t communicated ahead of time.Supposedly they fired people for accepting these returns. Not information that should be shared with customers.I’ve avoided buying food here because it’s regularly shut down by board of health. Now I won’t buy anything here.Associates are nice. Policy is lame. I guess you get what you pay for.

So, here is my story. Since last 3 months, my coupons never worked which is $5 off on $25. Upon asking staff, they have rude behavior towards us. They were talking with each other about you n all. Moreover, returning that stuff cuz coupons did not worked, they blocked my number in the system. Which is one of the rudest thing ever. I won't spend a single penny in this store now. I SUGGEST, please don't go in this store.

Made it their mission to decline all my coupons, so I make it mine to never spend a penny in this store. Thank God for coupon friendly CVS and Dollar General stores. If you like to save money on everyday items do not go here.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work at the store are extremely rude. They close early all the time. I’m not talking about during holidays or 1 or 2 minutes early either… They close 10, sometimes 15, minutes early on a regular basis. I went there tonight and got to the door at 9:47 PM, and it was locked (Sunday, store hours are 8am-10pm); the person working in there could see me standing at the door and I said “I just have to get a bag of cat food - I’ll be in and out super fast.” and she just shrugged at me and said “oh well, we’re closed.” It’s ridiculous! If the store closes at 10pm, then they shouldn’t lock paying customers out Before 10:00! And they definitely shouldn’t be rude about it! This has happened to me multiple times, and it’s extremely irritating. Very poor customer service. I’d give them no stars if I could!

Bad management, stacks not organized properly. Broken items kept on the shelves. Very rude behavior by the staff. Insulted and accused of stealing atleast two customers in front of me, just because they had a backpack with them. Asked them to keep the backpack outside the next time they come...what !!

It is clean, organized, not always well staffed. Staff is always friendly and professional.They do not count change back.Most of the time they hand thr receipt and change.Plenty of parking. Parking lot is something if a hassle onto Carlisle road.only 1 entry and 1 exit

Although convenient to my personal location, this particular Famil Dollar was starting to become my "less -frequented" store out of the 2 in Lowell. Reason being, their stock was becoming less and less on items I specifically shop here for. After a recent visit, I was pleased to find that they have made much needed updates and renovations. There were alao an abundance of store workers who were extremely friendly, curteous and eager to assist. The only reason for my 4 Star rating is that they were still in the process of renovating and unpacking new items to stock, but I am certain that as soon as this is complete, this will be my MOST frequented Family Dollar!

Oh my God the store is so filthy nobody has swept the floor in 3 weeks how do I know cuz I dropped a piece of candy and it's still there.. they've also had the same palette of candy waiting to be put on display in the aisle for 3 weeks tell me nobody can put away eight boxes of candy in 3 weeks. Come on what are these people do all day pop the shelves are empty there's boxes waiting to be open and put on the shelves everywhere shopping carts full of miscellaneous everywhere deflated balloons and half deflated balloons all behind the counter it's a mess it looks like it's going out of business in there they need somebody with management skills to come in and take control of that place been over a month and I've asked them twice to order a candy that they're supposed to/ and do stock on their Shelf no one's order it but they've ordered something they already have plenty of they ordered more of that I know it's so low income store doesn't mean it has to look like one it's not even low income some of their prices are more expensive than Walmart and Market Basket doesn't anybody monitor or do walkthroughs on any of these stores. Shame on you Family Dollar
