Wow, staff seems to follow everyone around due to their recent surge in shoplifting and it’s very uncomfortable. CVS needs better training in loss prevention and to let people pick up their prescriptions or shop without these employees practically breathing down your neck. Do better CVS! Not everyone steals! Get it right

Unlike most CVS locations that are very friendly and well organized, this one has given me repeatedly bad experiences. Today, I walked up to the counter to pay and the older woman behind the counter was yelling at a customer about “causing trouble” by trying to return a hair product. When it was my turn, my prenatal vitamins and iron were supposed to be buy one get one free. It didn’t ring up that way... which is fine. It happens! But then the woman proceeded to tell me that they were not on sale. I asked for manager and was told “he’s busy”. When he did come out, he told me that I would need to wait while he rang up the other 3 customers in line. Then he decided to take me and told me I had to have my license on me for him to look up why I was overcharged. My license is in the car and I’m 7 months pregnant so I left as that is a lot at this point. Needless to say I’m done with this location :(

Hopkinton. Maybe I am asking too much but how hard is it to be pleasant. I don't expect them to be like TV folks who know your name and greet you like they care but jeez no one there seems to give a good care. My asthma inhaler was broken and not useable so I brought it to the attention of the pharmacy staff and they didn't care one bit that they sold me defective merchandise . Bring back the family owned who care.

They do not answer the phone. Period. Last time I needed to talk to a pharmacist, I called once, waited five minutes. No answer. I waited a while to call back and was on hold again for 10 minutes. No answer. I tried a third time, and after waiting for 10 minutes, I got in the car, drove 10 minutes to the pharmacy, and handled the issue at the counter. I left my phone on the entire time. They still hadn't answered.This location has essentially given up on providing customer service. Unlike other commenters, I've always had positive interactions with the staff. I feel sorry for them. They are clearly always working hard. Their employer on the other hand, whose profits appear to be rising between 10 and 20% per year, deserves to be put out of business.

Unfortunately, this location turned out to be the worst CVS location, pharmacy specifically. Unprofessional pharmacists.., my prescription was sent in the morning, 4 hours later still not ready. They just kept saying " wait 15 minutes",15 minutes later again " wait 15 minutes" and so on. I spent 1 hour waiting at this location in pain just to hear again " wait 15 minutes". Eventually had to leave without my prescription. Had exactly the situation with my son's prescription. Never again. Avoid this pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy ever. Requested assistance with filling prescription, got complaining pharmacist, who stated she is too busy and by herself and she will not be able to fill in time sensitive medication in the next two day. Completely unprofessional and all she did complain to me. Move your services to another pharmacy, only idiots sitting at that pharmacy. I would remove licensure from that pharmacist and reevaluate CVS if it is capable to even provide regular services.

This is a great store! Way better than the Walgreens in my area. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially to runners trying to stay warm and dry. Clean too!! Definitely going to shop here again.

Every time I go to this CVS I have a negative experience. Always a very long wait and unprofessional staff. Last night, I had a toddler at home with breathing difficulties and they would not provide me with a mouthpiece for the inhaler that was prescribed to him so that I could administer the medication to him. They told me that my only option was to call the on call doctor and hope he calls back in time to change the prescription. Of course, the doctor didn’t get back to the pharmacy on time and we ended up in the hospital. I have never met more heartless or unprofessional staff medical staff. Go to a different pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever. Waited in line to pick up a prescription for a sick relative and the pharmacist/ Tiffany closed the pharmacy at 1:30 pm for lunch and said I would have to come back in 30+ minutes. Explained it was just a pickup and it was for a sick family member and she didn't care. She also refused to give me her manager's name

Today I had an appt for Covid booster, complete with a text confirmation. The pharmacist said I wasn't in system and she couldn't help me. Sadly enough, I wasn't surprised or disappointed. I knew walking in that my chances were 50:50 at best. Shame on me for giving them another chance. I won't make that mistake again!

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy is beyond understaffed and undertrained. Who closes for lunch at a chain like CVS? The store is also understaffed and the lines at the register and pharmacy often take ten minutes or longer. Go one town over to Ashland.

Can you give a place a zero. I'm sitting here waiting for a prescription that should have been filled hours ago while the pharmacist ignores the phone saying one pharmacy call and tells someone its annoying rather than pick it up. Not bad last pharmacist actually picked it up then hung it up. Place is the worst. Switching out of here!

This is a photo of their trash can at their entrance. It accurately prepares people for the quality of service once they enter the door.... Pharmacy has been great, but this place is managed so poorly.

Pathetic business model in this pharmacy -- you order online, request a pick-up time, show up sometime after that pick-up time & they haven't even started working on it (ask you to wait around for 20 minutes on your time), so you leave (with assurances that they'll work on it now) and come back a day later and they still haven't even started working on it. So next time you call ahead -- and nobody answers the phone (perpetual on hold). Pathetic & done with them

The service is horrible. Specially the Indian rep at the pick up is so rude, incompetent and really needs to be re-trained. It happened to me about twice-thrice and then got compelled to write this review.

I switch to this place what a mistake very rude no help they just pass the buck to someone eles give you bottles of meds off there shelf for which I have a hard time to open (this saves them time)they are lazy if they don't want the job leave you won't be missed people who are sick and need meds should not be treated the way they treat you I should shut my mouth cause you don't want to know what I really feel about this place.

If I could give zero stars I would . I asked a simple question to an older woman restocking shelves . I asked where the first aid aisle was as I could not seem to find it. (It was blocked by the pharmacy line due to distancing) I was answered with a very rude "Well there's a sign that says it" I asked her to tell me the aisle number since I was unable to find the sign hence why I asked . She then once again responded with "There's a sign. Go find it. "I am outraged at the treatment. I was simply looking for alochol wipes for a friend with cancer since everyone seems to be out. The treatment is unacceptable and I hope this women is at least spoken to and/or fired. This store needs some serious retraining and an additude adjustment. A good cleaning too since the loading dock door was open and the whole place smelled like a tobacco shop.

I have been to this pharmacy more than a dozen times and I have never had a good experience. Prescriptions are never ready even close to on time, no one is friendly, and they string you along when they can’t even fill a prescription. I will never go back. It’s not worth it. Go anywhere else.

Over and over the same thing. My prescription is expensive and I know that. Drop it off on a friday, they say itll b ready monday which is fine bc my work is near there. Give them til Tuesday, come in at 5:15pm and it isnt filled bc they want to tell me about the price, which over and over I tell them it is fine just fill it, I am perfectly capable of paying for my medicine. So then they say 15 min, the place is not busy whatsoever. Wait 30 min, waiting for a text or my name to b called, nothing. So get in line to be told oh the pharmacist needs to look at it, itll be a few more min. As if 4 days wasnt long enough. I walked out with out it. I will not go there again.

Rude and unprofessional staff, manager has awful attitude and bad communication skills. Takes multiple times to call to make sure that all prescriptions are ready, and even after that on arrival to find out that some important prescriptions are not. Have to find another place.
