I recently started moving my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. Whenever I call, I can actually speak to a person within just a few minutes. The staff at the Pharmacy have been kind, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I absolutely love the Walgreens on Pierce St in Greenfield.Best move I have ever made.

The store is wonderful. Great prices friendly staff.. however the pharmacy has drastically gone downhill. You have to call and remind them to fill your prescription, even though your doctor just called it in. They don't seem to care even if it is an emergency. No compassion. They tell you it will be ready at a certain time, only to arrive and have the pharmacy staff tell you that it isn't ready. Then you wait another 3 hours or even another day...to have it MAYBE filled. The pharmacy staff then tells you that you're lucky that it's there. I can't count how many hours of my time I have wasted calling and going there to then have them give an attitude. The pharmacy used to be wonderful..but now it is terrible. I will be switching to a more competent pharmacy that can do their job. Extremely disappointed. I live very close to Walgreens so it is the most convenient location, but with all the frustration I will be sparing myself it will be worth switching to another store.

Very quick. Price is high for some items, yet you pay to have them when you need them, that's the exchange.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy likes to keep prescriptions from people and are horribly rude. I get a prescription that I have been on for about a year now. I try to fill it and they lied to me, telling me my doctor denied the refill. When I contacted my doctor, they were the ones who told me that was untrue and for some reason, Walgreens removed my prescription entirely from their record. My doctor sent it back to them and Walgreens then says my prescription is delayed for a whole week when I have already been out a week before meaning I am going without a med that I need to be on regularly! Two weeks without the medication. Two whole weeks due to discrimination. Walgreens is a horrible pharmacy. Do not go here.

Pharmacy has no idea what the word appointment means. Had a 2:15 shot appointment. At 3:00 they called the person with 2:30 appointment. At 3:15 they called the 2:45 appointment person. I asked about my 2:15 shot and they were not helpful so I asked that my transaction be voided so I could go to cvs. What a mess. Long lines beyond acceptable.

Great prices, friendly staff. Only complaint is that the policy for not taking "coupons" for medications is abhorrent, I have no insurance atm (which thankfully will be rectified soon) and as a result i have to pay almost 200 dollars, i have single care and i am unable to use it. Because of that, Im switching pharmacies, because quite frankly thats bull. But otherwise its a great store.

I absolutely love this Walgreens! They have awesome sales every week , they have great customer service skills and great helpful, kind workers period. It's always clean and organized they pretty much carry everything you could possibly need. For being a pharmacy that's win/win

Very nice and clean store to shop! Good deals on their vitamins! Nice layout with wide aisles! Good toy selection at christmas! Their clearance sales are amazing! Clerks are friendly! Only drawback is that you need assistance in using their restroom! They also have a drive-thru.

Pharmacy is terrible- scripts never filled on time, even when called in a day ahead of time, phones are never answered (you will spend 5 minutes minimum on hold) and they closed because of less than two inches of snow.

They seem to have just about anything you'd need, store clean and uncluttered. I am a little disappointed they didn't have their battery line up to date, so I had to go somewhere else for my watch battery cuz they were out.

Very inattentive employees. I stood at a register for about 10 minutes while two employees stood around talking. Neither made any attempt to ring me out so I just put the product on the counter and left empty-handed.
