Unloaded product is all over the place. I tried to get a drink today but I had to leave because I couldn’t move the stuff out of my way. This isn’t the first time. Employees wouldn’t help. Horrible service.

It's an inexpensive chain store with a variety of merchandise. The lighting is good, it seems a little cluttered and the overall cleanliness is about average. The staff was very pleasant and friendly as well. It can be a little difficult at first to find what you are looking for, but not to bad. Just remember, you'll most likely get what you pay for. They do have a nice selection of gift cards there.

A favorite store that I like to visit when I am in town. They usually are well stocked and I find everything that Iam looking for. They have nice selections and variety merchandise to choose from. Can't wait to visit again!!! Highly recommended.

Need alot more products on the shelves. Don't have alot of the items which are on there app! Super tired trying to scan item's when just checking a price and can't! Or the machine they have is never working! Have to go outside to even get the app to work!

We shopped tonite at the mohawk trail store! Found everything we needed! Everything was neat and well stocked unlike the junk drawer location on federal st. No comparison! The associates here are wonderful and personable my wife refused to go to the federal st location! Only negative tonite was the lack of air conditioning in the store! Kinda warm and un-comfortable! Well be back!

Don't ever buy gift cards here! Go to a place with better educated employees. Try getting 2 gift cards at once and whew! Your asking for it! Not enough space to explain just trust me. In fact just don't ever go here, it's not worth it

The dollar general in Greenfield ma, over the years it has been a popular place for many of the local people. A Few years ago it had a major makeover inside and i must say it was definitely for the better the store resembles a mini walmart if you will with many different items you may be looking for. . it has taken on a clean and organized knew appearance amd the staff are friendly. You can also come here for quick essentials if you happened to be staying across the street at Greenfields local hotels.

Great Dollar General. Always well stocked, staff is super helpful and friendly. I've always had a great experience shopping here and it's conveniently located right next to Big Y.

. Clearance items are all mixed up. Grabbed items that weren't on clearance even though they were in that section. Could use more organization.staff very friendly though . Cashier was very nice about it.

Very clean. Pretty good amount of variety. Could use more staff and a less congested "making line" area to pay with cashier. Dollar isle is wonderfully packed.

Great deals and very convenient to where I live, very nice employee's I asked for help for one thing and the gentleman who works there was very nice and very helpful, he directed me to where I needed to go, and to get the rest of what I needed and I was very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend this store, and I hope that employee who helped me is there when you go.

Simple cheeseburger and it was so artificial tasting (very high sodium) that i wouldn't give it to my dogs accompanying me. I was alive when McDonald's was young. There's no comparison.

After searching in store for items with digital coupons to put in my number at register and have it say failed communication. Employee says idk nothing we can do. So left without any of my stuff.

I like the store and what it carries, as well as the prices. But if quality customer service is what your looking for...Go to Federal St. Store is dirty but service is great!

The 2 girls in there tonight where incredibly rude. Didn't greet or acknowledge I was in the store even during check out refused to look at me greet me or say good night.

The store is always a mess. Uboats blocking alot of shelves and can hardly get to what I am shopping for. And the staff is very curt and treat you as an inconvenience.

I always find what I am looking for staff is sometimes busy lines can get long but prices are reasonable and lines move along.Most cashiers are quick some can be faster.Other than that always find what I want.

This store is like 100 degrees (temperature wise) when I’m shopping. I run out of there after I grad what I need. I get it’s winter but damn...turn the heat down!

Dollar general in Greenfield,ma in the big y plaza is much more cleaner, staff is very polite... now the one on federal st let's just say I will go the further distance and I can walk to federal st in 15min
