Been going here for some 15 years. Recently they seem to have had a lot of issues with meats sold past their expiration date. Yesterday the issue was a canned product—a Rao spaghetti sauce that I’d purchased just the day before—whose lid was not under pressure. I returned it intact and asked for a refund ($9.99) or exchange. They refused as I couldn’t present a receipt. I suppose the implication is that customers are trying to commit fraud… But, really, $10?! I must be spending close to $3-400 in there a week. Is that really a smart business decision on their part? It’s not as if we don’t have a couple of other nearby options.

If passing through Georgetown, I try to stop in to see what new interesting items they have stocked to treat myself to. Being a pricey pint eater, I picked up new to me local Bart's ice cream for $6.99 (Big Y $6.99, Whole Foods $8.29) and found my fave the rare Lake Champlain chocolate bar Spicy Aztec.As of 09/2022, there is a 5% senior discount on Tuesdays if you ask for it.

Great little store, everything you need and everything you wouldn’t expect to be there. People complain about price, keep driving and go to the next place if you’re that cheap. Keep up the good work Crosby’s. Convenient, friendly and fully stocked.

I love working there with all of my nice coworkers is a nice place buy your groceries and lottery the bathrooms are always cleaned every day by the best baggers lol the manager is a nice boss ever cant wate to go back to work every day and have a nice outside sitting area

Everything you could want from a small grocery store. Friendly staff, local products, and good selection. They even recently upgraded all their coolers. Really nice!

I love this store. It's small but packed with high quality groceries. There's lots of organic foods. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Because it is small, I can do my shopping quickly and reduce my possible exposure to Covid. I have shopped here for many years and I love it!

I love that Crosby’s in Georgetown is available to me. It is not my primary supermarket but I have shopped there plenty enough times to comment. It alludes to be more upscale than competitors, offering quality meats and produce along with some really good prepared meals. Some items lack in selection like pet foods and cereals which would have their own entire aisle in most supermarkets. However there are hidden gems, I have found some fancy marinades and exotic items I don’t ordinarily see. The beer and wine section is well stocked with a surprising variety of both. My empty star is that it overprices staples, I understand paying more for specialty items and ready made, so I use it when I want to be fancy but for the other things I prefer to go elsewhere.

Small market which reduces the amount and sizes offered, the prices are higher than the larger supermarkets, but the quality is good. They have a nice fresh salad bar, eight hot soups, and a good selection of ready to eat meals. The staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Kinda price with a more limited selection compared to other local grocery stores. They do sell beer and wine, kinda price too, but if you need food and drinks good place too stop. The employees are nice. Good olive bar and soups as well.

Great store. Has decent selection of organic and gluten free food. And prepared food is good too, soups, chilli ect... 😁 A bit more expensive than your traditional bigger grocery store.

Everything in here was dirty and old/stale. Prepared pasta salad was moldy. Grabbed a jar of sauce which had a sticky goo on it which got all over my hands. Noticed the whoppie pies had a foreign substance stained on the plastic container they were in so I switched it out at checkout. I'm turned off and won't shop here again. Can only guess the people stocking the food are dirty don't have clean hands. Also they'd rather sell their stale prepared food to make money instead of throwing it out. Gross place.

This is your typical small-town, small-market grocery store. It is certainly higher priced than even a Stop & Shop. but that is to be expected. They have always been convenient for me when I can't make it to a larger grocery store. I will say their prepared food is exceptional and they have a large section. I have also frequently used their bottle and can return machines for convenience. They only accept containers that they sell but they do sell a lot of products.

Good place to pick up quick groceries or if you don't want to drive 2 mi. To nearest Market Basket. They have a soup and salad bar, deli, subs and prepared meals to heat and eat. Produce is fresh, large beer and wine selection.

More expensive than your average grocery store. Has a nice range of items but is organized poorly. They also seem to have inventory replenishing problems, I often see empty shelves here.

Smaller, more expensive grocery store but convenient for Georgetown residents and locals for its location. They have a full soup and salad bar, premade food section and bakery fresh items. They also have a good selection of beer and wine.

On one of my quick shopping trips at the market items were ringing up incorrectly at the register. I asked for the manager to come over ask him what’s going on. Didn’t really seem to care. This is a smaller supermarket but it’s prices are higher than most others. I will only go there now to pick up something necessary to finish up making a meal. I would rather drive anywhere else to do 99% of my shopping.

In the higher end for regular groceries but convenient for one stop shopping. Beer and wine available as well. Amazing sirloin tips which are vacuum sealed in an original marinade and ready to drop on the grill.

Great customer service. I called to see if Crosby's carried any Keto ice cream like Rebel or Enlightened. They didn't have any but Danielle, the person who helped me on the phone, was so pleasant and kind. I was really struck by her professionalism and cheerfulness. She didn't treat me like a pest or a nuisance which seems like it should be a given but unfortunately it isn't. Maybe Crosby's will carry some Keto-friendly ice cream in the future. Either way, I'm very impressed with the level of customer service at Crosby's!

The quality of their produce meats and deli are really outstanding !! And its super convenient to were we live in Georgetown. I myself am a die hard market basket shoper for my once a week shopping !! But do find myself at Crosby's 1 or 2 times a week for things we tend to forget !!!!

It's a pretty good little grocery store might be a little bit more expensive than some of your bigger stores but it's usually very handy and they have some things that I can't find at the other stores as well

Discovered Crosby’s recently. Best for me is flat surface enter and exit with cart as I am handicapped. Cart fairly easy to get. Then market is wonderful! Especially fresh fish and deli. But lacking Pepbrige sp? Cookies!The drive from North Andover once a week is worth mileage for such a good store!
