Me and two coworkers went in after our shift and were shopping around. We were looking at pretty much everything in the store and talking about future projects. We made our way over to the gym safes and were genuinely curious about them and an employee walked over and very rudely told us to not touch to safes. Did not offer any assistance what so ever. It seemed it was him and one girl at the counter working that night and the girl was quite helpful. However the man was rude and following us around almost like he was judging us because we all looked on the younger side. The only saving grace we had from this experience is we walked out with what we were looking for and even some new knowledge for items for future projects. Very unprofessional of the man working the closing shift on Friday 2/10

Drove about a half hour away to use the dog washing station and cashier said oh by the way we have no towels…hmmm I don’t know my dog owners that would want to give their dog a bath with no towels!!!

This store has a decent line of products but it is very pricey I can honestly say you'd probably find most of the same stuff for cheaper either online or at a store like Walmart

Gardner, MA Tractor Supply; Chris was EXTREMELY helpful to us last night and this morning. We had flood in basement and he helped with purchase and explained set-up instructions of a submersible water pump. Outstanding customer service. It was greatly appreciated. M/M Miller

I hadn't been here so thought I'd check it out, the store is spacious and well stocked, but I thought the prices on somethings were on the high side and the cashier was somewhat rude, but that probably was because she was trying to deal with a long line of customers and do a return also. I most likely won't be back, I just wanted to see what it was like and I did, but it didn't impress me and most of the items I would get, I can buy cheaper at another store, so I'm going to rate Tractor and Supply Co. Store at in Gardner MA as just okay and only because they were well stocked on a lot of items.

A few weeks ago I called to ask of they had anything for guinea pigs the gentleman on the phone name beginning with P was very helpful and informative. Also a day or 2 ago I stopped in for cat litter and the cashier brought it out to my car for me because I had my small dog with me thank you!

I'd never been to a tractor supply before I recently opened my business in the same plaza. Throughout the months of setting everything up, I went to tractor supply many, many times and it was always a great experience. The employees are super knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I highly recommend to check them out!

Excellent new store to me it's a toy store for men. They have a large selection of products from tools, equipment, live stock supplies. Also high quality clothing and boots that last on the farm. The cheapest prices on coal and wood pellets and stoves in stock. There's still a ton of products tell you about. I highly recommend this store. So come down and see for yourself.

Not a farmer or maybe I would rate tractor supply higher, they do have quite an impressive assortment of livestock supplies. For things like dog food and bird seed it has been hit or miss for us. Disappointed to find Purina pro plan out of stock here on several occasions, where Agway is fully stocked. They do often have speciality bird seed like sunflower hearts when others are out, but it's not always at the lowest price.

This is a fun store to browse in and discover new and often unusual items for home and garden and of course farmers as well. Their book rack always offers something new for me. Staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful. This is one of my favorite stores.

With visiting and shopping most tractor supply’s in central mass this is my favorite location. I Picked up a Winchester rifle safe tonight. The staff were super nice and helpful.

When they first opened I was impressed, especially with their dog wash station but I went today and they said the station was closed because of covid19. That makes no sense so I went to pet supply plus and after the bath I sent $70 on supplies that I would have spent at TS. Dumb!

Mostly ok but had a issue with oil price marked with a different price than what it rang up as they tried to say it was different but the oil was right above the price tag
