I just stopped in this location after a few months because my prior experiences were not great however the store was clean, organized and appeared in stock. I only needed to grab one thing however it really felt like a different store. I was quickly cashed out and the cashier was focused and engaged with me. I would love to shop this store more often in the future so keep up the great work!

Staff is great but they never have any dairy (milk, cream etc). Would’ve given 4 stars if they were better about it.

The female “manager” with weird eye contacts was super rude to me and my daughter. She seemed really bothered that her employee needed her assistance for what I needed. She was loudly sighing and rolling her eyes. I understand everyone has bad days but you’re in customer service, which literally bases around interacting with customers. Lose the attitude.

My experience was horrible as your male manager decided to act like a very immature adult. Swearing at customers and picking a fight telling me to come back at 930pm. I will be reporting this store even further. All the items of stock are just laying on the floor not put away. Very unprofessional store and manager which was a Male manager . This all just happened on 530pm march 17th. Manager should be fired for how he conducts himself at work and with customers.

The store is ok. At least it's clean.No seeds, no pots to plant, but they have soil.No unbleached flour. Just 4 brands if all bleached flour. Not cool.Lacking on herbs & spices.Could offer so much more as a go-to store ~

The employees are quite friendly. I'm not sure when they re-stock the shelves because the store looked exactly the same as it did when I went there last weekend. The aisles were clear with the exception of a couple areas. I don't have any complaints about the store or its employees except for maybe stocking shelves fully & more often!

Not sure why the staff walks by, sees a huge line and still doesn't step in to open a second register, but took me about two minutes to walk through the store and grab what I needed, took me almost 20 minutes to check out. If this could be improved and staff would be nicer, I'd say it would be a good Family Dollar to stop at.

A discount store, (not, $1.00), but still a good store to get discount merchandise. All sorts of snacks, cosmetics, cold meds, phone chargers and cases, all great deals. Many home goods, small decorative pieces, and seasonal items as well.

Place was dirty, 3 people working all just standing there doing nothing. I was only one in store shopping. I was looking for men's lounge pants. I was followed I mean directly behind followed like a criminal down e aisles by a very unkempt young man. Never made any contact with me, never asked if he could help me. Finally I whipped around and said do you have any men lounge pants. He replied it would be here with men's stuff if we had any and pointed toward a. Aisle.. I've worked in retail my whole life pretty much. They all would be fired today is I was manager.

Says they close at 9 daily but doors are locked early every night. Staff is very unprofessional and have no customer service skills and have very inappropriate conversations while customers are present. Store is always trashed.

It's too crowded. They should buy the other half of the building and open it up to make a bigger store with more storage space. It's just way too crowded in there.

Prices awesome..great staff..Gardner location needs to expand to empty store rite next door tho!!! Too crowded...but ova all gd people...gd selection by t wood definitely benefit by expanding
