Friendly customer service, always has interesting items for a dollar. They've increased what they have for craft items, lots of arts and crafts to keep you busy, especially if you're looking for something to do with the kids that's not expensive. They also have a refrigerated and freezer section at the back of the store now.

This store is a gross and disorganized mess. Merchandise just thrown everywhere. Aisles are barely passable with product left on the floor and carts left everywhere. Shelves all are either rusted or covered in spilled products. Get your act together Dollar Tree. You increased your prices. Put some of that towards facilitates maintenance. How you think it's acceptable to sell food on filth covered shelves says a lot about how much you care about your customers.

This is the best $ Tree I've been in. It is huge, and well stocked. You'll find stuff here that other locations don't have, or have sold out of. Epic drink and snack selection.

Multiple employees were stalking shelf's leaving one employee on a register with a line that was at least 10 people long. Stopped in to grab balloons for a birthday and was told the person to do balloons was on break. The nice employee tried to page someone which clearly no one was responding. Which led to wasting my gas and time to come to this location. Cashier is friendly however other employees should step up and help out while I saw two other employees stocking shelves and talking on their cell phones. Wasted my time and gas and this isn't the first time something like this has happened with them being understaffed.

I don't visit this store often, only because it's not very close to where I live, but I do have positive things to say about it! Very clean, spacious & well stocked store. Lots of great merchandise including greeting cards, decorative, housewares, toys, baby care, cleaning supplies, seasonal, snack foods, paper products, crafts, school supplies & more! Plenty of parking, handicapped accessible lot. Save your $, shop here! It used to be all for $1, now it's all for $1.25, but I don't complain, because you won't find it cheaper elsewhere!

The Dollar Tree is a favorite of mine and my daughters. It is always a wonder to me to see what you can get for a dollar. Although the price has recently gone up I still enjoy seeing the products that you can get for almost nothing. The store stays in pretty clean shape and the staff has always been quite friendly.

The store is very busy most of the time it’s best to go early in the morning or later in the afternoon but anytime is good because they always seem to have everything I need probably the biggest reason why they’re so busy is because their location they are a large store and it is very well organized and maintained by the manager there who works very hard and is very kind to associates and customers I’ve been to a lot of dollar trees in this one is definitely my favorite

I have found this store to be very well managed - and I am still tickled that EVERYTHING in the store is $1, unlike other so-called dollar stores. I get all my soaps, hair dye, perfumes, pens and pencils there. And I love it that you can get a bouquet of balloons at a dollar each, all fully inflated, and lots of other party good. ALL for a dollar each! It's fun to go see what a $20 bill can buy!

Let's be honest, when I go to the store to buy or get anything that I really want or trully need, I go price hunting and can always count on the dollar tree to have 99.9% of everything I'm looking for. Don't ever judge a store because it says dollar tree. My money it's well spent and dollar tree has everything I need and also what you may need, you'll be surprised. Also I am welcomed with great customer service,thanks DOLLAR TREE

My experience shopping at Dollar Tree in Gardner this time was okay I found what I was looking for. I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. There was a lot of thick dust on everything. I do a lot of shopping there, and it has never been this bad.

Linda is awful shes rude to her employees and her guests all the time and favors people and discriminates a lot of good people. Other than that everyone is awesome and the store has great value.
