The manager here is ALWAYS misrable I think his name is George. Multiple times I've herd him complaining that people r in line.... don't u want sales? Isn't your job as a manager to support your team not to complain when they ask you to help them ring up customers? The employees are great and respectful. Not so much management.

A line around the counter into the aisle. I watched two people walk into the office briefly come out to look to see if there was a spill. I asked if they were going to open up another register. She said I’ll be right out in one second. It was another four minutes before I knocked on the door and three people came out of that office. They were aggravated and clearly stated that. I wonder if they don’t understand that it’s their job then I go outside to put my stuff in to find two of the three people that came out of the office discussing me and knocking on the door this is unacceptable even for dollar tree.

I was happy to be in the Dollar Tree Store in Franklin, Mass. it is one of the nicest, cleanest stores I have seen in a long time. The inventory was plentiful and is very organized and neat. The two clerks were friendly and efficient!

They have a great staff there. This is one of the few Dollar Tree's I've been in where I was able to find what I was looking for. The store was clean and neat. Was a pleasure to shop there. All the other ones need to see how it is done.

Fast moving line and friendly attentive staff. Other dollar trees I've been to have stock falling off shelves and it's hard to find stuff but the employee at this location keep it tidy so that everything is super easy to find. I'm always in and out

Nothing makes me really ashamed of my rare brain disorder and rare form of eplipsey is when people don't understand and is heartless. My husband i came into this location for a few things such as a new flavor of cereal, short bread cookies, waffle fries, and frozen peppers. My husband decides to walk two feet away and help an elderly woman bring back her cart. I had to ask the cashier named Penny to repeat herself because #1 I'm having problems with my hearing the last few days where I will go tone deaf and not hear anything. It's apart of FND. That's why FND is so complex in all the people that have it because no two people will have the same health issues. It's not only hard for me but it's very embarrassing. It got me all worked up that I had a seizure in the car that caused me to hit my head and cause a welt on my head.I just wish Penny would of slowed down and made sure I understand that a person like me looks normal on the outside can be battling an invisible disability.

The staff was nice enough to let me go through a box of wine glasses. Sometimes they come with air bubbles and I can't use those ones for my online business. I appreciate it so much, thank you!!!

Easy in and out to grab some items I needed. Only a few people in the store when it opened which was nice. Shelfs seemed well stocked.

Great place to stop by and get quick and easy stuff that you need,I go and grab cards for any holiday here,and balloons,all sorts of stuff to choose from.
