We were so grateful for the treatment of our Tess. She became ill and needed to be seen. The clinic saw Tess and gave medicine that helped her immensely. We know vet services are difficult on the island but we are so grateful that Tess could be seen and cared for in short order. And appreciated the doctor’s care of Tess. She responded to the medicine immediately. Thank you for caring for our elderly dog!!

I not only worked here 19 years ago and not only pursued my career in the veterinary field in the seacoast area of Maine, but this is where I first started and gave me the passion and confirmed the interest to continue down this path.... I think Dr. Williams and Dr. Dunnigan not only provide the best and most modern medicine, but have amazing skills with our beloved pets. They also are very compassionate and care about their team. I recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone in the area!

My dog went there most of his life. We moved for a while and now we are back. My dog has a tooth infection, he is 13 years old and needs care. They told me that since he hasn’t been there since 2016 he was considered a “new patient”, and they are not taking new patients. They proceeded to tell me that they had open slots if i wanted to bring him in on an emergency basis. The fee is 300$. I hate people who take advantage of others. How come they have time to see him on an emergency basis even though he is not having an emergency, but they don’t have time to see “new patients”? It’s clear why, they want to steal money from people who don’t have another choice since we are on an island. So sad..

The doctors and staff here are very kind. They are not our regular vet but were on call the weekend our dog became very sick. They took him right in and the doctor had the sad task of delivering bad news to us and putting our dog down. It was a terrible day but the doctor was so compassionate and sympathetic. He gave us piece of mind that we made the right decision. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vineyard Veterinary Clinic.

I have used Dr. Williams for many years on a part-time basis for my rescue greyhounds, now senior dachshund and my most recent rescue dogs who arrived with several health issues that needed to be addressed. Having worked in and with other healthcare professionals for many years, I am always impressed with his care, his concern and excellent listening skills! Having left great vet care in Italy, I am comforted by the expertise here. The staff are equally kind, caring and responsive.

We found ourselves short on prescription dog food and Vineyard Veterinary Clinic (VVC) came to our rescue!We're new seasonal residents on the island and haven't been able to get established with a vet or clinic as of yet. After trying a couple other clinics, Diane at VVC, was able to help us in the most friendly and efficient means possible.We're crossing our paws in hopes to become regulars at VVCThank you again!

So, for anyone that cares, I brought my 28 lb dog to your clinic for a nail trim. I was charged $37.75 for a 'portion of an office visit & the nail trim.'Are you for real???!? Thanks for your price gouging for ALL of us trying to make ends meet every day.Wish I could give no star.

Visited for a dog bite emergency, they cleaned my dog's wound and suggested that I take him to a pet hospital. I took him to the Veterinary Emergency Group in Newton for further treatment, suturing and prescriptions.

Although only our dog could enter the clinic, Dr William's used Facetime three separate times during our visit. He has a good way of explaining veterinary language in layman's terms. He also clearly understands the personal bond between owners and dogs.

I had a chicken emergency where my hen got attacked by a dog. There was an expert there who gave me the tools and educated me how to care for her and nurse her back to health. overall, a very helpful and positive experience.

The Vineyard Veterinarian Clinic is THE PLACE to bring a pet - I had to do so today as my cat geoffrey is 22 years old and starting to fail - Their kindness, compassion and concert were GENUINE. I watched them as other patients left (sometimes at other clinics once you leave they sort of get tacky and gossipy - not these folks - they are truly loving and concerned - especially for someone like me for whom my cats are my only family . Thanks to VVC - I so deeply appreciate you and am so happy I made my appointment.
