My mom was in search of a new fridge. We took measurement (three or four times) wrote those measurements down, and visited Home Depot. There were sooo many options and models to choose from, it was really overwhelming. Paula introduced herself to us and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was able to help us, calm our nerves, and explained things to us in terms that we could understand. Paula is extremely well versed and knowledgeable with the products. She had a sunny disposition, and incredible personality, and she made us feel at ease. Customer service of this caliber is sadly a rare thing. We found the perfect fridge and it will be delivered this week. Thank you, Paula!! Also, Mike was outstanding as well!!

I usually go to a different Home Depot. But this was the one that had the item I was in search of.The website told me it was in a particular spot in the store. It was not in that spot. Now I needed help.I came across Jason who did not leave my side till we found the item in question. He was extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. We had a great chat while we searched for my item.So website gets a low score but customer service gets a high score.Also another associate was very quick to get my item unlocked from the shelf.

By far the most helpful staff at any home center !! In 10 minutes, 4 associates asked if I needed help finding something. Hopefully this is a model/training location for the company because customer service is #1 here.

Rude MOD and lack of training at Pro/ Refund desk.Mike 2/29/24 MOD was not worth talking to.Your return desk is not informing the public their refunds will not work online. This seems like it should be an SOP to explain this to customers. Mike was unaware of the proper SOP at that desk.Do better

A zero would be better ! Customer service area was a joke. Manager did nothing to help us. Lowe’s it is forever! Will never shop here again! Hope it was worth losing a customer. Would love for the company to call me.

I've always liked HD. I like the HD App, because I can find my purchases before I get to the store; then I go to the labeled aisle specifications. Several years ago I was frustrated because I feel they NEVER hire enough specialists or people to be trained for special departments (lumber, plumbing, etc).

Had the best service from Lisa at the customer services who went out of her way to help me. Best service I have had this year. Having a handicap is a challenge in itself and stores really don’t accommodate handicap people very well, but hats off to Lisa!!! Great asset to your company.

Pam from the appliance department has been nothing but fabulous! From the time I walked in to purchase my new stackable washer and dryer to having to coming back to the store to reschedule for a service member to be sent out to do the install. She did everything in her power to accommodate me. Thanks Pam!

Best pro desk team in any home depot I’ve ever encountered!! Jacob, Jen and Kelly are an A team!! I’m halfway through building a 6,700 SF home in the cape, and could not have done it without them. I never would have considered using HD as a lumber for my builds, as the pro desks I’ve encountered don’t have knowledgeable , capable nor attentive staff. My clients saved 40% on lumber costs by going through the pro desk.Dan in windows and doors is also wonderful!!I wish other HDs had such capable staff.I only took off 1 star because I feel like the pro desk needs more support staffing wise.

Jen took me under her wing and worked with me from start to finish, providing ideas and ordering all stock for my deck including delivery. The store itself and employees are fine, but when you order items online to be delivered to the store or home it's terrible. Late orders, backorders, damaged orders. Every single thing I've ordered online has had some problem. Literally every time. I'm done with ordering anything online from home depot.

Huge shot out to Craig and Ben at the Wareham Home Depot. Not only did I receive excellent customer service by these two gentlemen they went above and beyond helping me get my heavy items to the cash register and into my car.I normally go to Lowe’s because it’s closer to my home but the lack of customer service personnel and long wait times for assistance makes Home Depot the better choice.

This review is completely based on my amazing experience with an associate in Window Treatments. Diane Glass is the most accommodating, intelligent and helpful associates I have worked with. Not only at Home Depot, but in any big box store. in fact, she may provide service that one would be more accustomed to in a high-end department store or boutique. She provides constant updates and is incredibly helpful. well done to home depot for having someone like Diane as part of their team.

It's pretty huge, compared to others I have visited, and yet plenty if staffing in view to ask for assistance whenever you might need it. Pretty impressive in my opinion. Picking up my online order was quick and painless, (after I picked up a few more things, I'm to impulsive so she says, just enough Imo 😉) quite an effortless visit, and hopefully after my local Hyannis store is finally done with their Reno, it will be a better (and more stocked) experience.

I will start by saying that this store is eons better than the Hyannis home Depot, with that said the customer service team here at the store is terrible. The woman that was working this morning, Thursday February 24th, 2022, is probably the rudest customer service representative I've ever dealt with. It was so obvious she didn't want to do her job that I just about walked out without completing the sale for the items that I needed to buy for work. Not only did I know her job better than her but she also thought that she was going to get away with insulting me about my knowledge of my job. She really should not be in that position.

We had such a excellent experience today ,Jan 10 2022 , with Mr Joe/ Customer Service associate at Wareham Home Depot Flooring Department !He is a wonderful person and made our flooring / buying experience a memorable and perfect one ! He is very knowledgeable , specialist and professional, explaining and answering in details to all our questions.Helping us to the outmost ,carrying all heavy boxes to our cart and even pushing the loaded heavy cart to our car at the parking lot.Highly recommend his services to everyone, seeking help in their need at this Home Depot location !We are very happy and grateful customersEugen , Clara & Melanie

No carts. Four staff mingling behind the counter shooting rubber bands told me to go back out to the parking lot and get one. Some staff wandering were helpful. Some could care less. Seems carts are used to push inventory around the store

Rolling of the eyes and speaking to customers with a condescending attitude does not make the best customer experience. Dan, at Doors, made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was wasting his time with my questions . I expected at least standard customer service, however, I received the very minimum, and a rude one at that. If one doesn't like interacting with customers, especially in a sales position, then you're in the wrong business.

Rental department is an absolute scam. You pay the initial rental fee for a carpet cleaner $35 plus tax. Put a deposit of $50 down in case of damage. Fine. I use it for what amounted to an hour, cleaning carpets in a brand new house.. Rinsed it out, returned it. The man behind the rental counter claimed it was dirty and would take a hour to clean. (I believe anyone that is capable of working could clean the most filthy 2 gallon bucket in the world in 20m let alone an hour). It literally houses cleaning solution and water and there was no more dirt in it when I returned it then when I received it. Which was what couldn't be rinsed out. The fee for the cleaning was $25.. I accepted with little choice and left. I see on my bank statement they charged me an additional $50 and another $19.. Brininging the total $104 dollars plus you have to buy the cleaning agent as well. So they get you for about $135 for what amounts to a few hours of use... Lazy, sneaky, department.

Just wanted to share my experience at Home Depot in Wareham today. I was looking at a patio set to purchase but had a few questions. Tom (don't know his last name) came right over to help. Was honestly was one of the most pleasant salespeople I've dealt with at Home Depot (or Lowes for that matter).
