This has to be the worst CVS location on the planet, nothing is ever ready, in fact they don’t even make anything until you wait 30mins in line and talk to them, even if you call ahead to make sure it will be ready.

I went in for syringes. They are for someone I love to be safe. As usual, I get the attitude as if I am less than anyone else. The girl proceeds to yell infront of a crowded store to the pharmacist "do we have any more 1/2 inch?". He points to shelf and shrugs his shoulders. She goes over looks for 1.2 seconds and proceeds to yell back at me from other side of pharmacy..."yeah we're still out of 1/2 inch". All the while with a condescending tone and face. People should not have to be subject to this embarrassment when they are trying to help someone or be safe themselves! PSA...no one enjoys going to pick those up! Let's do better CVS. Walgreens next door was very pleasant and respectful as usual. I dont know why I try with CVS! And I work in the addiction field. And I will share my opinion when asked.

Whenever I call I am on hold for over 15 minutes. I always wait and am polite because obviously they are short staffed. However, when the phone was finally answered I asked the woman a simple question and she could not have been more rude and condescending. I am changing my pharmacy

This is THE WORST CVS in the system. No one ever picks up the phone in the pharmacy EVER. Let me give you a tip….every time I call Walgreens they are available and my last RX EVER from this broken, poorly managed store was today!!!

Absolute nightmare getting prescriptions here!!!! Takes forever they always just have one line open. Took 6 days to get a script filled once then 10 months for an epipen. Changing pharmacies ASAP!!!!

I have no clue what happened at this location but over the last year or so they have gotten horrible with filling prescriptions. What should take no more than a day or so takes over a week now and sometimes even longer. I thought they were hiring a new manager to fix this. Apparently not the case.
