Fast service even when busy, but you can't tell that by the customers sometime. Staff working hard and expediently on many orders as they come in, but sometimes the rudist customers complain on a wait that should have been considered with 14 people in front of you and off course a busy drive this and mobile orders to be done. Good location and good product. Congratulations to the staff for a job well done.

Alright, for some reason there is a very loud noise while trying to order at the counter. I think it's meant to isolate sound for some reason but it's very unpleasant.On the upside the staff was able to answer my questions about size, portion, flavor, and general ingredient inclusions so that I could order the drink I needed.

This location probably gives me the fastest service without sacrificing friendliness. The barista taking my order at the drive through, regardless of which day, is always very upbeat and polite. I don't get the chance to go here daily as I live a few towns away but it's definitely a nice treat when I'm in Athol. Very hard working staff! Thank you!

The staff at this Starbucks is awesome. When ordering through the drive-thru they will check to make sure that they have the breakfast sandwich before while you are ordering. Also, the building is pending LEEDS certification - so it was build in accordance of environmental standards. The materials involved are all low VOC - again showing Starbucks commitment to the environment. What would be awesome is if their Marketing Department would sell bamboo or metal reusable straws in place of the single use ones that they give out. They also allow customers to take home (no charge) the spent coffee grounds for use in your garden or to add to your compost bin. That’s a huge community benefit. Thank you Athol Starbucks for caring about earth and the local community.

I hate leaving reviews like this but I have to leave an honest one, Athol starbucks weekend shift sucks. Mon-Fri my coffee is always good and taste the same. I try and avoid going on weekends cause they never get it right. I went on Saturday because I was craving my coffee. They made the coffee wrong which I would never usually return it but I did because I wanted it so bad, they literally made it the SAME way. When I returned it I told them it looks and taste like black coffee, you think they would have added more oat milk or flavor, either way it tasted the same as the first one only difference is that it was room temperature instead of hot. I came home I had to microwave I tried adding oat milk….ended up in the trash cause it was so nasty. Upon returning it the lady said she put a half pump of the flavor????? Like I asked for a flavor why would you put a half pump of flavor in a venti coffee.

The baristas are always so very friendly and they get my complicated drink order exactly right. I have never had kinder and more helpful workers than I have at this Starbucks. I am willing to go a little further to this one as opposed to the ones closer to me solely for the customer service. The drive-thru moves quickly and their positive attitude makes my bad days so much better. Keep up the excellent service!

So nice to finally have a real restaurant in town. Plus, it's open late into the evening which is awesome. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Has an outdoor fire pit and seating area that will be nice in warmer weather. We ordered Fish and Chips and Steak sub. They were served surprisingly fast, considering how busy it was. Both were good, really liked the fries and their BBQ sauce. Will be going again.

Friendly employees who aren't afraid to engage you in conversation. Drinks are consistently excellent. Ample patio seating. Inside, there are outlets to plug in your devices. I had a bacon and egg breakfast sandwich that impressed me: hot, ready fast, and affordable.

I have lived in town three years now. Pre covid this SBux was the best. I came multiple times a day, always perfect. I wasn’t out as much during covid, and now that things have died down I’m back here every morning and some evenings. But my drinks are super inconsistent. Sometimes they are great, other times awful. I basically order the same 3-4 things. Tonight I got a shaken espresso, but they let the shots sit on the counter for a solid 5 minutes, they were bitter by the time I got the drink. They remade the drink, but messed up and put the vanilla in before shaking it and after.. at this point it’s been made twice, I just took it and left. Please please please help the staff with proper procedures because I’m horrible addicted and I need my fix! The one thing I will say.. any employees that have been here 3+ years are super sweet. I have found the “long term employees” are phenomenal, and ALL of the staff has a great attitude. Just need more drink consistency.

Since covid I dine in less often but this location nerve disappointments whether Ordering online for pick up inside or drive-through. Using the app ads us to save money and allows to add a tip after you pick up your order. Barista‘s are always friendly and customer service oriented.

I don't know why but the espresso here is VERY weak. Every espresso based drink I order here taste like water. I've tried requesting extra shots to help make it stronger but the baristas seem to then add less ice to compensate so more milk is added. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Starbucks prides itself on consistency so it's very obvious and jarring when you order a $6 drink here and it tastes nothing like the hundreds of other Starbucks you've had in the past.... I've learned my lesson and I'm going to stick to teas and Frappuccinos here; I'll get my shaken espressos and macchiato at other locations. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I love that there is a Star Bucks in Athol! I will not get my coffee/tea any where else but here! I travel from Baldwinville every day and the staff is always so pleasant. I place my order online, so I never have to look at the menu and quests what they have available and such. ( the Star Bucks app is a real life saver) plus if you go there a lot, you get points and get free drinks and food! It’s less expensive than ordering in store without the app. I got through the drive through and just tell them, I’m picking up an order for Becky. They are so nice on the intercom. I drive up and no need to exchange money... they give me a smile and hand me my order. Oh, sometimes I bring my Golden Retriever with me. He gets a Pupa-chino. Just my opinion, I think the options are much better and healthier. The drinks taste much better and are worth the money. The breakfast is worth it too. The protein containers are the best!

First, I have to admit, I come here about once a week, only because my good friend loves it here, so as a good friend should, sometimes I do meet him here for coffee. However, I will only buy a regular coffee, everything is over priced from coffee to breakfast food, and pastry. For me the best place and best prices are at Cumberland farms, $1.00 any size coffee and .89cent pastry.

Two women notified the staff that the bathroom door didn't lock. The shift manager (short blond hair) told both of them repeatedly (and defensively) that it did work. When asked to show me it worked, she refused to demonstrate the lock. Just repeated "its been like that for a year".When two customers have issues, the LEAST you can do is check it out. Its called customer service.

Just like starbucks everywhere else, but it is really nice having an option for good coffee out here. We were pretty surprised (and happy) when we saw that they added a store here. We like living in a rural area, but miss some of the conveniences of suburbs and city living... Thanks Starbucks for coming to us. :-)

Never been in one before. The place was almost empty, but it was quite loud in there. Plus I couldn't find a full menu to see what my options were. When I asked the server, she had limited knowledge of the various products. She was pleasant and very attentive but .... limited. Food was alright and coffee rich. I guess that is all you can really ask for ....
