I shop at Pet Supply Plus, Ashland regularly for all my pet needs. I was there just the other day to pick up some cat food and gerbil food and again received friendly and attentive service from Anna and Lilly while purchasing my items. I don’t usually give reviews, however I am treated with high regard on every visit and I that can’t be said that about many of my retail experiences. I therefore thought I should say Thank You, by way of a kind review. So, if your in need of anything pet, make your way down to PSP, Ashland and you too will be greeted with a smile by an one of their eager employees. Thanks Anna and Lilly!

Self serve dog wash was great! Plenty of supplies, clean and very reasonably priced. The wrapped decorated cookie gift was a nice touch too! Employees were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

This Pet Supplies Plus was low or out of stock on the items I was looking for: soft-sided pet carrier (didn't have any for my cat) and cat bed. All the pet beds were for dogs. I bought the smallest one.

First time in the store and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Got a good quality fry food and got a really good discount with their free membership. What I got was $51 went down to $44!

I’ve never had a bad experience at this store. I live in Florida and stayed in Ashland from September through December 2022 and just return in late May and plan to stay until September 2023. I will always get my supplies at this store because the young associates are willing to help me out. They are patient and courteous with seniors.

The selection is excellent, all the big name brands with a wide variety of local brands too. My cats are very particular about wet food, and Pet Supplies Plus always has something they eat in stock, frankly usually on sale. The staff is next level, always making sure I can find what I need and even remembering my cats' names. The store is always immaculate, with staff available and ready to answer any questions I might have. I'll never go anywhere else.

Upon walking in we immediately noticed a number of puddles near refrigerators. This begged the question of whether they were doing their job keeping raw dog food at the optimum temperature. Additionally we were continuously approached by at least 3 different people during our trip to see if we needed assistance. Normally this wouldn't be a bad thing but on 3 occasions it was the same person. This almost gave off a used car dealership vibe as we kind of just wanted to browse the store independently as we had previously stated a few times.

Was looking for a dog collar and harness. The cashier came out and walked with my dog and I. Made 2 great reccomendations. Helped me fit them perfectly and was not intiminated that she was part pitbull. Great location great staff.

This is the only pet store I will go to for my dog and cats needs!It’s so nice walking in this store! Every time I do I am greeted by a staff member asking if they can help me find what I need! No other store I go to does this!Update:I was there again today and I am always impressed at the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help you find what you need or give you a recommendation. The store is spotlessly clean and well organized, the selection is terrific and the prices are the same as Amazon.I love this place!

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable, which is really a nice change from some of the other national chain pet supply stores. They helped me navigate the many choices for our new pets. Two different staff helped us separate times with probably a 20 minute q & a session on reptiles. They are really great. Bonus is that they have live crickets - the only place nearby that carries them regularly. Also, they're open until 9 and that is very convenient.

I have become a regular over the past month and the service is great. When I went in today I was in crutches and when I had purchased my supplies, one of the kind workers helped me to my car and since it was pouring, covered me with an umbrella. He was very sweet and sadly I didnt get his name. Great service, thank you!

I absolutely love this PSP. The store manager is THE NICEST and he makes sure the staff is amazing as well. All the employees there love all animals, are a wealth of information and so helpful. I have two dogs and 3 cats so I am there weekly. They have a great range of products and I can always find what I’m looking for. One day I was in there and someone brought their Guinea pig in because the vet was closed and he cut its nail too short. The manager didn’t bat an eye, just immediately dropped what he was doing to help. Great job Ashland PSP.

Great store! Wish this chain supported a larger selection of dried treats and raw options (they do in VA at least), but they do have great deals on kibble whenever I go in. Their store brand is really great too! I fed it to my last dog and she loved it, even being a super picky eater.

Love this place. Spacious enough to avoid dogs and owners as needed. Self-service bath stations are easy to use and clean. Also, in a gated area so you can feel safe with no collar on the dog. Staff is very kind and helpful. Prices are reasonable or better.
