They do a fantastic job with my English Springer Spaniel.They take the time to listen to me and verify how I want my dog's cut to look. He comes out looking amazing each time! My crazy water dogs, loves to swim, but hates the bath. They are so understanding, and take the time to make sure his bath time is successful.Their prices are amazing too, 100% worth the value!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This was my first time at Pet Pals and my last. I scheduled an appointment for my two year old yorkie and dropped her off at noon. We planned for me to pick her up over 3 hours later but she still wasn't finished and I had to go back 2 hours later to get her again. I live across town, and went back and forth 3 times because the lady was unprepared. When she was finally finished, her haircut was a mess which she blamed my dog saying she has ‘cow licks’ and that’s why it was uneven. You can clearly see the uneven razor strokes, how her top half was uncut and the bottom was, and her ears were completely jagged at the top. By the time I had finally brought her home, it was 6 hours later.

I used Pet Pals for washing and grooming my long haired sheltie for years. They were always great and caring and he came back clean and happy. When he died, I sent them a card with a picture to let them know and thank them, and they wrote back with sympathy. Lovely people.

I've been bringing my dog here for many years and they always do a great job. This is my first visit in a long time as I've been trying to groom my dog myself at home during the pandemic. He really needed a professional job so I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at the groomer I was dismayed to see all three groomers without masks while grooming dogs. When the groomer to work on my dog approached me, I was expecting her to put on her mask, but she did not. When I asked about it, she said they do not wear masks here. I should have been informed of this when I made my appointment. I was so taken aback and tired from working the previous night shift that I did go ahead and leave my dog, but I was very torn and stewed about this all day. In the end I have decided that due to this lack of regard for others (and themselves!) and their poor judgement, I have sadly decided I will need to find another groomer..

I have a difficult cat and the gentleman that performed her cut and clean-up was absolutely stellar. My hamchild Angel is feeling much happier and spry. Made appointment in advance and site was ready when I arrived. Was told to pick her up in 3 hours and she was ready to go. Very pleased with the service I received.

I've known Cathy for years; she's the only groomer we have gone to with all of our Shepherds. She gives them all a kiss while getting groomed. She truly LOVES all of the dogs that come in to get done. Pet Pals is the very best of the best! Go once, you'll never go anywhere else.

I have had very positive experiences here getting my cats' nails trimmed. However, on multiple occasions, I have arrived at the location during the listed hours on Google to find the location already closed for the day. If you are not planning on staying open the hours that you have listed, you should probably update these online. This is incredibly frustrating for both me and my pets.

I brought my cat here today for her very 1st grooming. When I made the appointment I told them she has a few fleas and they recommended a flea bath and a regular grooming. When I got there my cat was a little nervous due to the fact that the groomers looks like the vet office and that's where she gets her shots. So when I walked in I had her on a leash because she's leash trained . After waiting a few minutes for someone to see me waiting a man quickly rushes over to tell me to pick my cat up off the ground with her having a few fleas so I did he then told me that my cat looks way too small for her age when my cat is completely and totally 100% healthy. He was not gentle and my cat could feel his bad energy and she reacted as any cat would . He was informed this was her 1st grooming And he picked her up with no gloves or protection knowing that she was a cat and she was probably going to react like a cat. My cat scratched his arm and he refused her within a matter of with in a matter of 3 minutes. I would not recommend this place at ALL especially for your cats first grooming . Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time.

My 13 year old medium/long hair cat needed to be groomed as she was full of mats. Patricia (who has 40 years of experience) took care of her and did an excellent job. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was even able to give her a bath and my cat let her! This is the first time I have ever had to bring a cat to a groomer and I am extremely satisfied. Patricia is a loving, caring, groomer and very professional. Thank you Patricia for a job well done. My kitty is happy and purring!

Had to share what wonderful care my new rescue Gaspar received today. We recently adopted ,like 4 days ago, this old( likely 15 yrs young) Lhasa. He's deaf,blind and has 3 teeth. Kathy said no problem my groomer has experience with the seniors he'll be in good hands . Patricia was AWESOME . Not only did she take her time with Gaspar but she was kind gentle and loving to him . His haircut is adorable he looks amazing and she made sure that he was comfortable through out. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I brought one of my yorkies to Cathy @ Pet Pals a week ago. I admit I am extremely picky about my dogs being groomed. I have found groomers that were very nice, but not great groomers and the other way around. With Cathy I found both. I am very happy with my little sweetie's haircut, and I will return. I gave four stars instead of five because I felt the price was a little high, there is no discount for additional dogs being groomed and no credit cards. Thank you Cathy.

I rescued a senior(ish) Shih tzu mix last year in Covid. He is fearful of new people and I am new the area. The entire team at Pet Pals was compassionate, helpful and very good at what they do. Five stars all around

We have three Shetland Sheepdogs and these folks are wonderful.They do a super thorough job on even the toughest of the three. You can trust Cathie and Vivian to be gentle and caring with your pet. I have yet to meet Josh but hear he is also very good.

This the the third time we used this groomer for our two yorkies, the first time was pretty good but the second time was a very bad experience. We thought it was an off day with a different lady. This is the third time we tried them and gave them explicit directions. One yorkie was fine but the other literally came back looking like short haired rat. It was completely uneven and way too short. They then blamed the dogs for being difficult and moving around too much? We will not be coming back for grooming services.

I heard about Josh from an acquaintance. My dog hates having his nails trimmed so I always drag my feet about getting it done and I always put a muzzle on him beforehand. Josh was excellent and caring. I will definitely go back.
