By far the best CVS experience to date: fast response to calls, knowledgeable staff, did not need to request 3-months supply (they obtained it in advance for me). Lastly, they helped me to get medication coverage through applying a coupon, which was a huge bonus. I appreciate the attentiveness to the customer. Thank you so much for excellent service!

cashiers are always very nice, pharmacists not so much. Legit made me cry, like girl i’m just here to pickup my prescription. made me wander around the CVS for like 20 mins before giving me a cold stare and telling me she can’t fill my prescription due to external issues. of course not her fault but her manners are very cold and disrespectful. i hope everything’s okay at home for her

Neighborhood CVS that carries the basics (health and beauty products, candy) and a little extra (canned food, baking supplies). A bit small/cramped, and could have brighter lighting. Even has self-checkout counters!

Literally the worst I have ever been treated by pharmacy staff in my entire life. They outright refused to run my insurance, or to call my insurance to ask for the information they needed. They also refused to answer my questions about pricing, jumped to conclusions about my situation, and refused to listen to anything I said on the matter. I used to have a friend who worked at a variety of pharmacies and he always said CVS was nationally the worst to work for. Now I understand why. This was my second time trying CVS I will NEVER be using it again.

The pharmacy itself is horrific. I always have my mother's prescriptions mailed to her; however, this time, they had the wrong debit card number. They couldn't find the new one that I'd been using for about 3 months. They kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes trying to process the new card. I became angry because one of my pet peeves is incompetence. I told them that I'd pick up the prescriptions, and then mail them myself. Also, I'd be changing pharmacies. When speaking with the clerk, it was obvious that she'd never learned how to listen. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to her what CVS had done wrong. I've no time for such! Otherwise, the rest of the store is okay.

It is crazy to think that the CVS manager hasn’t hired enough people to help with customer service and patient flow. I waited for over an hour and my called was never picked up. The MANAGER MUST hired more people because definitely this is insane, I awaited for an hour and no one was able to pick up the phone. Someone needs to address this problem because there are people like me who sometimes is unable to drive to the store to try to get resolved my prescription.

The new female pharmacist sounds like a miserable person. I hope she gets the help she needs. I will pray for her. If anybody knows her, please give her a warm hug, she could use many of them.

Pharmacy staff are decent and helpful. Accept they are always understaffed, so the wait time and service can be terrible on busy days.The regular CVS staff are often very unprofessional, from past experience they often lazy and not very friendly.

Jesus can the pharmacy staff cashier be more of a .... I'll refrain from harsh words. But it reminds me that I feel sad our jobs are being taken over by robots, and then the reminder is torn asunder by such horrible customer service. This woman was so mean to me that I wanted to ask her if she was okay, or if I was really wasting her time.Other than saying excuse me, I waited until she was done with whatever she was doing. I stayed a good distance , knowing if she said a simple " I'm too busy but another staff member can help you" that would've sufficed. Yet she found a way to scoff at my questions like I was a huge inconvenience or post. It was very disrespectful and made me sad the rest of the day.Like horrible. I can't even feel myself being subjective . This CVS blows for so many reasons but it's a decent spot overall. She kills the vibe. I don't even want to give them money to pay for her wages.

I'm writing this in the hopes it doesn't ever happen to another person. I stopped using the pharmacy years ago because I was in college and had gone in to fill my plan b. It was my 3rd time in a few months getting it. The man at the counter clearly didn't not like me taking it and let me know. I felt so degraded and violated and embarrassed. No one should ever do this to u, it's ur body and ur choice and the line he crossed by sharing his opinion with me couldn't be undone. If I wasn't as strong of a woman then I may have never sought the medicine again because of how he made me feel. But I am strong and I know I'm doing nothing wrong in trying to protect myself. That situation never should have occurred.

Usually the pharmacy staff is super friendly and personable! I had the worst experience with this one woman working the pharmacy phone and I have to say, her customer service was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Made me feel like I was a bother with a SIMPLE request! Doesn’t even say goodbye when hanging up phone. Very rude and unprofessional

I had photos developed here. They had been ready for 2 weeks but I never got a call. Not a big deal, we just went in anyway to check on it. What bummed me out was my checkout experience. I used my CVS card and found out I had a 15% off coupon. I used that too and finished the transaction. When I looked at the receipt after, I realized it only took $0.07 off of the $16. I mentioned it to the man and he was dismissive and said something along the lines "it's what the computer said". I know for sure 15% of $16 isn't 7 cents but ok.. a few dollars isn't a big deal, it was more the way he dismissed us without even looking into it in the slightest.

Cashier at the counter wouldn’t give me the sale price bc I lost my CVS card!!! Every other CVS customer service person in the past has given me the sale price. I fill my prescriptions there. This woman was so rude and wouldn’t even deign to help me even though the store was empty. Refused to get another card. I have never been treated this way.

I go here all the time for convience items and other odds and ends. I have found the staff here very helpful and kind. Grateful to have it close by.

I have always found the staff helpful when in the store, however they need to fix the phone system for 3 days in a row I tried to call with a simple question and each time waited between 45 minutes and well over an hour and no one ever answered. You fall into an endless holding pattern that never gets answered.

They know my name! There is a cute girl named Jalicia, or something like that, who always calls me by my 1st name. Make me feel special! Always very quick and pleasant. Helpful too. I would refer all to try their service.

I visit this CVS most frequently and I have had pretty decent experience so far except from the few times when I found the item I was looking for was out of stock and the employees didn't restock that!! but that was just a few times among the hundreds of time I have been there, so I dont hold a grudge.

Have been attempting to transfer my teen’s prescriptions to them for the past couple days and get stuck in their phone tree - nobody ever picks up the phone! On hour 2 of my latest of several attempts.

A nearby place to get groceries and other items when you cannot make a trip to Walmart. Prices are slightly higher. But you can get a CVS card which gives you rewards and discounts. Staff here are very nice.

The manager named Kayana was very nice the place is clean and they have any hand sanitizer machines at the entrance which I find pleasant . I believe it is safe over there and I would love to go there to buy my goods

No one in the pharmacy will pick up the phone. On hold forever!!! It doesn’t matter if you try calling at different times— no one’s going to pick up.

The staff never answers the phone and they are unhelpful with questions because they are so short staffed. I have to sit there for 10 mins every time for them to figure it out. This store needs to hire more technicians

Not a very big inventory, so it won't have absolutely everything a normal sized CVS has. It will work, but I wouldn't go there if I had another option.
