Zoe-Lynn, my 6 yr. old long coated GSD just came back from being groomed at Sandy's K-9 Pet Salon. She looks beautiful, and I think she lost 10 lbs. of old fur she was shedding. They were kind and helpful. I will not hesitate to bring back again. Thank you to the whole staff.🐕

We have brought our dogs to Sandy's K-9 since 1993 and it is the only place I would have out dogs groomed. The dogs are not put in cages they are free to play with other dogs. Obviously, if a dog can't get along they have to be caged. The entire staff treats every dog as if they were their own. They will let you know if they see anything that might need a veterinarian check.

I absolutely love this place! I left my pups hair to get a little too long when yesterday morning first thing he had an accident and got poop stuck to his bum 😂 Sandy's K-9 Pet Salon was able to take him in right away at 9am for a shave. The staff are so friendly and treated my pup like he was the best thing they had seen all week and by what I saw, they treated every dog the same way! Would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area!

Thank you, Sandys K-9 for exceptional service over the years. The staff has always gone above and beyond the call of duty and I never have to worry about my pups while they are having their “spa day.”The staff goes out of their way, even driving my dogs home to me when I had an unexpected emergency.My pups come home tired from their play there and they look great! I don't trust a lot of people with my dogs, and I never have. I feel complete confidence leaving my dogs in the hands of Silke and her team. Honestly, they're sweet and cheerful girls, but my babies come out smelling fresh and clean, and always so happy. I couldn't be happier with the Sandy's K-9.

Love this place. Everyone is always very nice. They do a great job on my dog. She loves going there for the grooming and to play with other dogs. The prices are affordable too.

Superb! My dog was terrified of groomers until we found Sandy's K-9 Pet Salon. My doodle not only likes his groomers now, but he looks better than ever! Very reasonably priced. A home run!

My dog, Koukla, LOVES Sandy's K-9 and so do I! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I have been looking for the perfect dog groomer for over 10 years! I have tried almost every place from Springfield, to Chicopee, and even parts of Connecticut. FINALLY I found the perfect place. My dog has long hair and gets madded very easily. Sandy's K-9 always makes her look beautiful no matter what the case may be. The best part about this place is that they really care for the dogs. THEY DO NOT CRATE YOUR PUP! All of the dogs run around and play together. Koukla has made tons of friends. She used to be afraid to go to the groomers, now when we pull up, she can't wait to get inside! On top of all this, the price is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this place to all of you who love your dog. I don't have one complaint about Sandys. THE BEST!

Inhumane conditions! Dogs running under and over the groomers feet? Hours my dog is there with no water in sitemy dog had medical conditions from there and they never stepped up to pay the $250. BillI would never recommend this place to anyone
