This Store is desperately needed in this Economy. Sure it's not a true dollar store but items you really need are priced much lower than the Supermarket . Nice people working in this Store . It's a little smaller than there new stores but much easier to find what you want quickly. A good place to shop .

My fiance went to by my neice a nerf gun tonight and the two employees that were working refused to sell it to him all because it said the word gun on it ....they were absolutely rude and ridiculous 😒 its a kids toy and it can't be bought because of these employees...not sure what the point of having nerf guns on the shelf for sale then. The store is losing sales because of these two ridiculous people that close on Wednesday nights!

I usually love this store and would love to rate it 5 stars except I just tried calling 57 times and noones picking up. SO either someone's lazy as hell playing games and took the phone off the hook orrr they just don't want to do their job and pick up the phone. My mom wasn't given a bag about an hour ago and paid for the items inside of that bag and thos isn't the first time this happened to her at this location. She tried calling. This business clearly has a landlines. Pick upppp the phone

Waited for 8 minutes for anyone to ring me up. Walked around the store, spoke up and asked for anyone to help. I was visiting the store in my 30min lunch break so I was frustrated that I wasted most of my break there, but I don't think being upset for waiting almost 10 minutes to find someone is unreasonable. When I finally did win the game of hide and seek, a male and female came from a back hallway laughing and giggling. No apologies or even a word said. Jokes on me for stopping here.

This store is always under stocked and it all starts with management, the last 3 times I went they didn't have what I needed but the Feeding Hill's location had everything I needed, that store is so much more organized and friendly ,

Good for quick shopping. This place attracts a lot of colorful people. Not necessarily a bad thing, but..... It's a hit or miss if your in and out or stuck behind someone with a carriage of stuff paying with coupons and ebt. This can take forever when they almost always have one register open until the lines half way around the store. Staff is friendly, and they maintain it pretty well for a dollar store.

The cashiers are very good they helped a lot.there's one girl there I don't know her name she has dark hair and she's got a cute little voice she always helps me. I'm adding this because I just went to the Agawam Dollar General and it was awful dirty and the people aren't very nice

Cleanest Dollar General I've ever stepped foot in. Extremely well stocked!! Stopped in for Tylenol and walked out spending $40. Not even mad about it. Great store. Great staff!!

Would give 5 stars if they had more cashiers and less wait time at checkout. They would have more customers more often and make more money by doing so. Everything else is overall good.

So I went to this store today and went to pay for my stuff and the cashier refused to take my hundred dollar bill stating it was fake, and of course it was not. I had to return my items and leave the store in completely embarrassed. I went to another store where they had no issues taking my bill.Racial profiling at its finest. I’ll be filling a complaint for sure

DG has offerings above 1$, but is really a great option for generic and brand name items at a huge savings. There’s always fresh stock, and from food, to toys, pets, hygiene, clothes, car care and house products, they’ve got it.

Employees were restocking the shelves .and I asked one about finding something in the store .very politely sheStop what she doing and showed me were I needed to go. Without the snooty looks and remarks .I wish I had seen her name tag .Awesome young ladyThank you

Good prices on some things.( you really have know your prices) good sales friendly staff. Only 1 register opened mostly, sometimes 2 .plan to wait when busy.

The store staff are very welcoming...and I usually find more stuff than I knew I needed when I came in. Nice big parking lot...easy in and out...Nana was very cheery today at the register..

They have a lot of things and lots of books. I found a light for a table and I made it into a hanging light. It is on a timer and I love it. It was under $10.00.

The Dollar General Store's is a comfortable place to go shopping it's ideal, the Company needs to know that they need 2 cashiers out front at there busiest time to make everyone happy

Always dirty. Always a line at the ONE register! Staff is rude. One guy even wears head phones blasting rap music while trying ring up customers. I know this is Dollar General but come on.

Had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The staff was super nice and the food was delicious. I tried the watermelon juice, very refreshing.
