We went for breakfast and it was delicious!!Large portions and fantastic customer service!! Kristinana was very nice and helpful in deciding what to eat. We had scrapple and it did not disappoint!!!I chose this place on the wheelchair access !!!It’s really nice when the waitress knows everyone’s name and then knows what they drink. Small town diner at its best. !!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out. !!!

I love their pork chops, the lima beans, the chicken and dumplings, chicken noodle soup, basically anything on their menu is delicious and well worth the drive. You get the craving you got to make the driveI can never remember to take pictures but that's the double cheeseburger. And the other is the meatloaf minus the bowl of lima beans that got child down on before I can get the picture. But trust me everything is delicious

I live further north on the north side of the Sassafras. I had read about Parkside and Sudlerville Frozen Meat Locker. Yesterday I decided to make the trek there. I had been through Sudlersville many times but I never veered off rte 313 (I love the countryside and the farms). The meal and service was fantastic. What really got me wa the cherry pie. They make/bake it there! I told them it was the best cherry pie I have had in 20 or 30 years.I will return!Jeff

Had my first meal here today. I had sloppy joe and french fries. It was delicious. I did carry out, I bet it is even tastier in the restaurant. I also had a slice of coconut cream pie and it was so good. looking forward to trying more dishes.

Stopped in for lunch ordered a large turkey sub and fries. Cost over $22. Took 30 minutes to get my order. Watched them make my sub. 4 slices of turkey on it mostly lettuce, 🍅 ,🥒 fries were over cooked and no one handling food wore gloves used there bare hands. Will never come back.

I tried the pork chops based on other reviews, got them breaded, and they were absolutely delicious . Healthy portion size. The staff and locals couldn't have been more friendlier. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you are in the area! Wish I lived closer, I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area.

Diner type food, had pies and coffee which were good, table service was very slow and none after delivery of pies and coffee, appears one person does all of the table and counter service. Had to ask for bill and told to go to the service counter by the door, no way of knowing this since it was my first visit. No one asked how anything was, got the feeling that only locals frequent this place

Changing my review. Used to eat here all the time. Thought I would stop in today after ordering some food and was a bit shocked. I paid over $16 bucks for a small cheesesteak and onion rings. The order wasn't ready when I got there so it was fresh made and didn't sit. When I got it took it out to my truck went down the road about a mile opened it up to find that the whole sandwich was soggy. The onion rings we're a tad burnt and kind of hard. This isn't the Parkside I remember.. won't be back.

ATTENTION : whoever gave the 1☆ review on this place was smoking crack. They've never did the things that the 1☆ individual said they did. Not on their worst day. I have no stake in defending them except for making the truth known. My family and I have frequented this restaurant for years. Great home style cooking, friendly people. A ton of locals eat here and enjoy this small town gem all year long.

Parkside is one of my favorite local delis to go to. When you walk in there's always a familiar face either eating or behind the counter. My food is always hot and delicious. Sometimes I like to eat in because the service is wonderful. Prices aren't too bad some things may be a little pricey but it's about average.

This is the best place within 50 miles for good hometown food - especially breakfast. Their scrapple is the best. They work hard to make your experience a good one. Don't worry about the locals that fill the seats at the service bar - they will take care of themselves.

Nothing at all. While the food is adequate, the service is absolutely horrible. Waited over an hour for four subs and some french fries. Took 20 minutes just to have someone take our drink order. And then never saw the waitress again. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

Down home simple yet delicioys foods. I absolutely love their homemade cakes. I purchased a whole coconut cake and my guest loved loved loved it. My bacon and cheese omlete is the best I've had. Its not a huge over whemlming super thick omlet. All frwsh ingredients in their foods.

It be nice if the food handlers were gloves. Saw all the soups being removed from the coolers by the cup-full then being taken to a microwave for heating including the oyster stew. This is unacceptable. Why not keep it in a soup pot? Fish or shellfish reheated in a microwave is bad for people's health especially if you heat it up too long same thing with the milk in oyster stew.As for the navy bean soup, it had ham in it so that was a no go for me since I don't eat meat. The only thing on the menu was salad or vegetables. I wanted something warm, so I got alfredo which was a special no shrimp or chicken and was still charged same price. Was told they'd put extra broccoli in it, there wasn't and the broccoli was mush.I won't be back

Made a quick stop for a bite to eat. Limited parking. Cheesesteaks (beef and chicken) were delicious. Service was not slow despite it being quite busy. Would definitely try it again.
