Literally more than 50 people on line with only 3 out of 5 registers open (and that includes the manager as a cashier). No one else doing recovery on the floor. I’ve seen smaller stores with way more registers open and more organized. This place is terrible! The manager and the two employees looked overworked and tired. LP seem to only have interest in his phone rather than making sure the customers are social distancing (trust me, it was like sardines in a can)🙆🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I’ve been here a couple of times as it’s close to my house and as it’s the case for most of Ross stores, there are varieties with pretty good stuffs with pretty affordable prices

I have never experienced so many microaggressions in my life as I have at this store. Management ought to be ashamed of themselves. Won't be shopping here again.

What a dump. Simple as that. Awful customer service, one line open with one person who ran into an issue and could not find the manager for another 15 minutes. Tried dialing through intercom and could not reach said manager, not sure where she was at. When located, she was like ‘Did you try the intercom?’ Doh.Now just called about an hour ago to speak with a manager since I can’t find my card I used there, she told me she was checking, put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called again, I was told I would be called back (didn’t even take my number). How long does it take to check the Lost and Found? Yikes!Who uses them? I will not step foot into this failure of a store ever again.

Whenever I get to the USA... I find it a MUST to get to a Ross. I get all my gifts at reasonable prices. And the kids love their toys.... I love the clothing perfumes and shoes.

First time encountering Ms. Selina at checkout and I must say she provides the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Incredible lady. I'm in the hospitality industry and I know good customer service when I experience it. Service with a smile. Communicates well. Anticipates customer's needs...just genuine care.

It's ok. The cashier lines moved along; the waits weren't long the time I went (around 3pm on a Thursday). When I was getting rung up, one female cashier was complaining to the other about always closing. I guess it had her feeling a way. After she rung me up, I wished her a happy weekend, but she didn't respond. She just kept complaining to her coworker.

I generally don't buy clothes from Ross. I have bought some clothes for wearing around the house but never something for outside. Ross is awesome for household essentials. Like a set of silverware, a bowl or set of bowls, cups, mugs, items for cats and dogs. Things like this. Ive seen the exact same set of silverware in big retail stores that cost $100, and at Ross it's $20. You can find some cool stuff here and there. I go for fun and buy whatever I feel like at the time. It's fun to explore the back section with these great deals.

Please can this Ross hire someone to clean the bathrooms, they were aweful. Trush allover, unflushed toilet and no tissue papers🙁. This store needs a total makeover and more cashiers please.

Poor customer service. I bought staffs and went to check out. It happened to be the manager who helped me and I noticed four items twice. I informed she made a mistake, she ignored me and told me to pay. I complied but reconciled the receipt with the total number of items sold. There come the attitude and pulling me to the side to prove me wrong. She was not courteous at all but refunded me for the double charges. I like home good section of Rose but the service. This may be one bad apple.

This store offer great values on a variety of name brand items. Good customer service. Staffs are very friendly. Due to the fact most customers are moving things around. You will need a little patience while shopping. And of course the staffs will be more than happy to assist you. I had always have a great experience shopping there.

I was in this store today. It is a disgusting dump. Merchandise was strewn all over the place- on the floor, shelves with stuff thrown all over the place. I have NEVER seen a store such a total mess in all my life. This store must be closed immediately! The entire staff need to be fired and a whole new staff and manager need to be hired.

The Ross was fully stocked lots of sales and so much to choose from. The wait time was a little long but, too be expected do to the great bargains. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I will be back again.

This is my favorite store! It has clothing, shoes, accessories and household items for everyone at the most reasonable prices. The items are of good quality and the prices amazing. Shopping is made easy based on the set up of the store and one can also get designer items here. No hassle, warm and friendly staff and an excellent return policy. Be warned you will spend all you have got here!

Specifically, the Ross Store at Briggs Chaney Rd. and Rte. 29 is more often than not a mess and, as a result, it is difficult to find what you are looking for assuming they even have it! The Ross staff has a never ending job of straightening up the inventory. More often than not, children are permitted by a parent or care giver to treat the children’s section of the store containing games, balls, and the like as their personal play ground. Frequently these same customers seem to have no respect for the store, its contents, the employees, and/or the other shoppers. Despite all of this, I frequently shop at Ross, usually at a different location, because the price(s) is/are right and I find what I am looking for about half the time!I don’t recommend shopping in the Briggs Chaney Shopping Center in the evenings. I have been warned about that shopping center being dangerous for the last 2-3 decades! Hence the reason there is or was a MOCO Police Sub-Station located in the parking lot.I had at least one friend accosted while outside a store (not Ross). The male was pulling on my friend’s blouse in an attempt to remove it. He thought it would look nice on his girlfriend. 🤦🏻‍♀️I have been accosted while I was in line and at the register purchasing a couple of items. A shopper decided for some reason I was the wrong sex, wrong race, wrong socio-economic group, or some other lame excuse to harass me both physically by crowding me and emotionally by berating me for some unknown reason. THIS WAS AT ROSS! I knew better than to confront him, so I did my best to ignore him. I can’t say I blame the cashier, but she was of no help whatsoever nor was the store’s security. 🙁 I was relieved that neither the wacko shopper who harassed me nor anyone with him that evening followed me out of the store.One other time while shopping in the Center during late afternoon hours I was attempting to pull (straight) out of a parking space. I drive a sedan and had 2 very large vehicles on either side of me making it impossible to see the lane in front of me in either direction. I was concerned about colliding with pedestrians and/or other vehicles. So as I literally inched forward, a large camper stopped right in front of me thus blocking me in. The driver began haranguing me about pulling out of parking spaces. I recall being struck by the fact he had young children in his vehicle. It was not a positive life lesson that day for his children or charges. If I had been at fault, I would have apologized to him even though we hadn’t even had an auto accident. Something set this guy off that day, but it was assuredly nothing I had done! As I think back on it I wish I could have rammed his vehicle several times and yelled “Tawanda!” Then when he got out of his vehicle to inquire why I had done it, I would have simply said because I have better insurance than you do (“Fried Green Tomatoes”)! 😉

Went into ROSS just to look for some home accessories and once I walked in I was very overwhelmed, the place was extremely dirty everything was everywhere, an instant headache.. While talking to my husband stating I wanted to leave because of how dirty it was and an employee chimed in and said it’s no point for them to clean because it’s going to get dirty anyways.. I probably won’t be back..

The store manager personally told me the restroom has been out of order for over a month and is still out of order TODAY ,after I asked to use the restroom . This is a public business ,isn’t there some law when it comes on to store operations??? Just a question ??? No sanitation!!She also proceeded in telling me the store will not be close for that !!Me :who ask YOU?Her :Trying to shade peopleWon’t be shopping here again!! This Ross store is better than the one in Hyattsville. They don't have crazy crowds toppling everything down from the shelves. There is some peace of mind and one can at least browse. However, the checkout staff is realllllly slow!

After 3 years, I entered to this store and I found something terrifying, the store was in subhuman conditions, extremely dirty and extremely disorganized, it is inadmissible that as customers we are received to spend our money in a place in these conditions and in extreme lack of hygiene, not even in a third world country have I found a store like this..., this is an absolute lack of respect towards customers. I demand respect! That store is not in a position to stay open! This is consumer abuse and an attack against our health

Would give less than a star if I could, horrible managers who will actually steal your card information. When I complained they said call the bank....so fraudulent. Oh and I hope you don't plan on ever trying things on bc the dressing room is never open bc they're too lazy to clean it. Go to a different store if you can.

I wish I could give a minus one. The store was absolutely filthy and dirty on Sunday, 05/22/22. Clothes were all over the floor. Every single aisle had stuff on the floors, clothes were thrown on top of racks instead of being hung up...oh my lord it was a filthy mess!!
