Today was our first trip to Groom and we were not disappointed.We live in Bethesda & it took us 20 minutes to get there. The people who work there were an absolute delight and could not have been more welcoming to our dog, Honey. Usually, she gets very nervous about going to get her hair done, but this time she was much more relaxed. The atmosphere was filled with "good vibes".When I picked her up she was totally calm and her groomer, Merna, came over to say goodbye as did another worker. They gave a very positive report too, which I was thrilled to hear.Honey is a medium poodle who is almost 4 years old, and I can honestly say this was the best hair cut she has ever had. Beautiful job on her nails too. Excellent all the way around! The price was quite a bit higher than we have paid in the past, but the overall experience was on an extremely high level! We plan to return and highly recommend giving them a try if you are less than satisfied with you experience at your present groomer. 5 stars...☆☆☆☆☆

I had a great experience with Groom! It was my first time going there with my dog Millie and I had a great experience overall. Millie looks GREAT and everyone that worked there treated her extremely well. She wasn’t terrified when I picked her up, she was actually very happy (which isn’t usually the case when I have brought her to other places). They even put a little bow on her which was such a nice touch! I will definitely keep going back to Groom!

GROOM! was very welcoming and personable when meeting my dog Porter and I for the first time. He is a Bernese Mountain Dog so lots of very thick fur. I have been two other groomer businesses and each one had their faults. Either his appointment would take up to 5 or 6 hours because he was waiting in a crate, or I’ve had groomers cut the inside of his paw pads too close with trimming shears leaving red marks on his skin. I really appreciated that GROOM! was by appointment and he only took 3 hours and was never in a crate.They did a great job overall. The staff is very nice and personable. He smells great, is very soft and clean, his hair cut is great - thinned out all the proper areas to the breed standard (shape up around his paws, ears, behind his elbows, tail and sanitary cut). Overall very happy with the experience and most of all my dog felt comfortable.The only downside is while this is a great experience it was about $100 over what I have paid at other groomers - so very steep price tag but worth it for a top class experience.

I brought my fur baby Sachi for his first ever groom since I would do it myself in the past. However, now he doesn’t let me touch him so I checked out this place near me and I’m glad I did. Mirna did an excellent job with him! Also my dog who is usually afraid of other dogs got along and played with the dogs getting groomed. Jenifer and her staff were so welcoming! She even gave me tips on how to care for my Pom’s coat. The quality matches the price point for sure! I will be back and won’t risk going elsewhere!

This was Millie’s first haircut and experience with a groomer. She is almost 5 months old and we wanted her to have great experience. Our previous dog had major anxiety with groomers. Millie haircut was perfect and she seems very happy when we picked her up. We will definitely use Groom for Millie’s haircuts and grooming in the future.

Our first groom experience with our young dog we just adopted from a shelter. They took great care of her, making special accommodations since she can be anxious at times. The groom itself was great, she looks and smells fantastic. We will definitely be taking her back for her future grooms!

Jenifer was so accommodating and welcoming and fit us in at the last minute. bella has severe separation anxiety and when i picked her up, they said she didn’t make a peep. she felt that safe and comfortable on her first visit. that tells me so much. we’ve definitely found our go to place!

I have taken my two-year old Australian labradoodle to Groom a few times and I’m always very happy with her haircut. I like that they call you as soon as they are done - usually 1.5-2 hours versus other groomers in the area that usually have dogs for 4-5 hours. The price is extremely reasonable compared to other places in the area, and I think they do a better job too!

I’ve been struggling for years to find a groomer that was the right fit for our dog. The search is over, THIS IS THE SPOT! Spectacular service, everything was open and transparent, and the pricing is extremely fair. I was greeted by Jennifer and man she is such a nice lady, listened to every request, concern, and question. I left a lot of the styling up to the groomer and they did not disappoint. My dog was able to roam around, instead of being crated. They immediately starting bathing her after everyone gave her a pet. When I came back, she was smiling and wagging her tail (this has never happened with other groomers). She also wasn’t panting (usually a sign that she didn’t drink any water). The groom only took about 2 hours including any dematting they had to do. Already booked my next appointment!

Jeffrey and his team were awesome! They took incredible care of our puppy and gave him the royal treatment. From looking great to smelling wonderful and being in a great mood, our puppy had a great time. I highly recommend this establishment!

Groom! always takes such amazing care of my little 5lb yorkie. Her haircuts are always perfect but even more importantly that the staff truly cares about each fur baby that walks through the door. I’ve always been so cautious where I take my little one after a terrible experience several years ago at a chain store left her with 10 stitches and traumatized of the groomer. I feel comforted each time I leave her here knowing she’s in safe hands. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I love taking my beagles to Groom! for their nail trims. They have thick dark nails that I can't always do at home and they always do a great job. Everyone at Groom! is so nice and talented.

I’m pretty disappointed with the haircut my standard poodle received on Tuesday. He has been shaking his head nonstop and his ear has been bleeding. His hair was cut uneven and it looks like the collar wasn’t taken off to cut his hair. His hair is uneven on his legs and paws. Also, he did not smell clean. I am wondering if he even was washed. It’s frustrating when you pay $200 for this haircut and still have take him to the vet to address the ear. Not worth it. I was hoping this would be a place for my dog since it’s near my home.

We are so happy to have Groom in our neighborhood. We have a cocker spaniel that needs regular grooming and he always comes back from Groom looking clean and dapper! Scheduling, drop-off and pick-up are easy to do. Highly recommended!

Fantastic grooming experience for our 1.5 year old 85# Briard. Not many groomers in the area are experienced with this breed, and often resort to shaving vs. dematting if needed. They even gave tool & grooming recommendations to help us maintain the results in between visits. Well worth the cost.

It was my puppy’s first full grooming experience. Upon arrival not only did they greet him but they let him walk/sniff around a bit to get comfortable in the new setting. Jenifer was super helpful in helping me decide his cut/styling and helped me choose a picture to share with his groomer as well, and well…she nailed it! When I picked him up, not only did he look and smell amazing, but he was so happy! Will definitely be back in a few months.

Prompt, friendly, compassionate staff! When my mini poodle sees his favorite barber (I guess you cal them that) he just gets to wagging. We’ve been going for about 6 months and I’m always pleased with their exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. From the final touches at the end, leaving my red headed poodle with a bow tie as an addition yo his collar to the personal calls and reminders. I really appreciate the Groom Team! Bring your fur babies and fur family members alike!

I worked at Groom for 5 months. Jenifer was my boss, she was verbally abusive to me and yelled at me about trivial things the whole time I worked for her. One morning before everyone was at work she was angry and told me I had no motivation or work ethic and nowhere else would hire me. After this encounter I was reluctant to work for her and grew to resent It. Equally Important, Jenifer was overly touchy and made inappropriate comments about my body in the workplace. Everyday It was like walking on eggshells because she was angry all the time. Furthermore, because of the conditions I was working in I kept getting upper respiratory infections and she was having me come into work sick. Eventually during my second upper respiratory infection she wanted me to come into work and I QUIT! Please think twice about taking your dog here. In brief, I believe Jeniffer has boundary and anger issues that get in the way of treating her workers with respect.

Love Groom! I have a golden retriever and he sheds like crazy! Whenever I take him to Groom he is soft as a teady bear and smells amazing for days! They do such a great job with getting all the undercoat. I’ve taken my dog to other groomers and they never de-shed him the way Groom does. Amazing every single time and give him an adorable little tie as well! Thank you, groom salon!

I’ve been meaning to leave a stellar review for GROOM! Salon for a while now - bring your pups here! My dog gets excited when he realizes he’s going to the groomers now, & before I started bringing him here he would be terrified, it was one of the more stressful experiences. I moved here from CA 2 years ago & have been bringing him ever since, from his first appt they have always groomed him so well & every staff there is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Going to the groomers has not been a stressful endeavor ever since bringing Wookiee here. I usually get him done by Irene or Rachel and they have always done a FANTASTIC job. I don’t even really live close by but the drive is worth it for the service & care provided. I will be coming here for as long as I still live in the DMV area & highly recommend it!

My pup is typically very nervous and sensitive when getting groomed but his hair was getting so out of control that I needed to take him to a groomer. Groom! Salon staff were so kind, gentle, and careful with Greg, being mindful of his sensitivities. He got such an excellent and thorough haircut, especially in places that I've never been able to get, and I'm so happy to have found excellent groomers for all of my dog's future needs. Their location and directions are super convenient and clear! Really, really appreciated our first visit and would absolutely recommend them again.

This was our second visit to Groom! after changing from another groomer. By comparison, Groom! has a very transparent workspace. Our dog does not have to be coaxed behind closed doors. Management and staff are friendly and welcoming.
