Just went to Bandanas for the first time. I have a golden doodle and ran into a very nice couple at the local park who recommended Bandanas. WOW. That was an incredible experience for me and my dog :) The owner was so sweet and treated our dog so gently, did an amazing job grooming and the price was super reasonable. I dont normally write reviews but this place deserves a positive review!

I love taking my standard poodle to Bandanas! The experience is always wonderful, he is comfortable and happy at drop off and pick up, and every time he looks gorgeous :)

Bandanas Dog Grooming was a lifesaver for our puppy! He was terrified of getting his nails trimmed and it was a stressful experience for all of us. Kristen is perfect with him- she is patiently working him through this fear to the point that he can happily walk in for a grooming session now! She taught us strategies to use at home and answered all of our questions. We are so happy that we found Bandanas Dog Grooming!

They used to groom my Bichon Diamond. They were good at first but it didn't work out at the end. Unfortunately there werent any appointment reminders and given I was chronically sick at the time, we had to change appointments. Then we had scheduled an appointment then I had a death in the family and I had to go out of town and they told me to find another groomer and left me high and dry.

After a few bad experiences at other groomers, I have now had 3 great experiences here with my dog Sophie! She is very patient and kind, leaving my scared dog at ease. She always listens to exactly what we want done and my dog leaves beautiful as ever! This is now the only place my dog is allowed to get groomed! Great work

This is THE best groomers in town!! No seriously… THE BEST!!!!! Maaannnn when I tell you she has my baby looking sharp. She has all the dogs in my neighborhood side eyeing my baby. I have the best looking dog in town thanks to Kristen. I have a red 10 lbs bichpoo and in the past I’ve been going to Petsmart (we all know how that experience goes down) and Ive been to a couple of other nearby groomers in Laurel. The service and quality doesn’t compare. Like apples and oranges. First of all, she legit only takes 1 hour tops if even that long, and that is with a full groom. I assume thats due to her only booking one dog at a time so she is very organized and accurate with her timing and scheduling. Unlike some of these other groomers I’ve experienced. So your baby isn’t caged up all day waiting to be groomed or in a high stress environment. Her shop is clean, pleasant, good vibes when you walk in, has a beautiful plant wall might I add. She asks for the type of cut or style you want and gives you just that! When I arrived my dog was still in good spirits and wasn’t traumatized at all. I could tell she actually enjoyed her visit. In the past, with other groomers I’ve been to, I’ve picked my dog up and she would be trembling in fear or be very sensitive to touch in certain areas immediately the visit. So it was almost as if she was in pain. And she was never dropped off like that. God only knows what happens in these places after you leave. But not with Bandanas. Your baby is in good hands. The difference between Bandanas and other groomers is like night and day. Usually me giving a review is few and far between, but this experience definitely deserves one. Thanks Bandanas for the awesome service and experience!!!! Just got yourself a long term client with me. P.S. I will try to update my review with pics if I can just get her to sit still. She thinks I’m paparazzi now every time I reach for my phone she takes off. Kristen has created a diva. Now she has this no pics and no autographs attitude. Awww Lord…. Lol

My dog has been getting a little rough with the shut downs and badly needed some grooming, on top of it all we just moved to the area so I needed to find a new groomer. My dog was very happy from the moment he went in and was happy when he came out. Kristen did an excellent job and showed that she cares about her business and craft. I immediately booked for another cut in a few weeks.

We love Bandanas! My pup, Miles, loves Kristen and tolerates her baths! She’s so nice and patient and great to communicate with. Miles always comes home feeling so soft and smelling so good. Plus, he gets a super cute bandana every time he visits. We highly recommend this place!

Sooo I’m always nervous about trying new places, but Kristen did an amazing job. There’s only 1 pup in the salon at a time, no crates lined up no other pups barking. The salon is very clean, pricing is the same as other salon. Cookie was done in about 45 min and looked amazing. We are extremely happily with the service And we will be long time customers.

Amazing..Kristen is so amazing I’ve known her since she was working in white oak pet value store. Me and my family fell in love with her service. How she loved my bam bam as her own. She groomed my baby for 6 years, he loved her till his very last days. We miss going to her. After my baby passed she was sooo thoughtful and send us a card. I have been taking my Shih Tzu to this groomer for a short while. I stopped taking her after several months because this groomer failed to clip my dog's ears after I requested this service. I had to pay 60.00 to the vet.Although this groomer was apologetic and I was reimbursed the money I paid to the vet, each time I tried to make an appointment after that, was difficult. This groomer kept putting me off and avoiding my texts and/or phone calls.I just wish she would have communicated better with me and treated my dog better.
