This was my first time going to this Five Below store. The store was very organized and clean. All shelves were well stocked and with a good variety of products. They has a good variety of electronics and cell phone accessories. Also a good variety of toys. At checkout the customer service representative was very courteous and polite.

This location is not organized and boxes and boxes of stuff that needs to be stocked just sitting out on a cart. You can't walk down the aisles and stuff was everywhere not put away. Such a mess and the cashier was rude and had an attitude. I thought this location would be better then glen burnie but apparently not. They were not following the covid19 guidelines or counting people and not 6ft apart. It was just a mess, bad experience, couldn't find a thing or get help when asked.

Awosme shop for cheap gifts but still quality. They have almost anything from toys to food. They have nice and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Went today and saw a lone ball that had been part of a bat/ball combo. The bat was nowhere to be found. I tried to buy just the ball. The nice, young man, cashier had to call for the manager. The manager came out, she seemed like she was Disturbed that she was called. I told her what I wanted to do and she said no, I had a pay full price for just the ball, even without the bat. Disappointed, but I went back and got the ball/bat combo for the same price. She wouldn't discount just the ball. SMH..I told her go to look, that I didn't do anything, the ball was by itself behind something. Anyway, pretty sad they wouldn't sell the ball alone, they could have made money for it. I guess they'll have to send it back and do whatever they do....

This is a great store to visit if you've never been in one. They always have what I'm looking for which might be a hat or a t-shirt or hand weights or balls of different sizes for my pets to play with, or word search books and other books, and a multitude of other items. I've never tried going online to see what items they have but I pop in the store often so I pretty much know what they carry. I love their prices and the fact that the store is not overwhelmingly large. There's always someone there to help if you can't reach something. I do wish they had an automatic door when going out with a cartload of items.

I love this store! It is BIG and they have a huge variety of merchandise ranging from school supplies, small home and dorm decor and beauty to toys, games and unique snacks and candy. They also carry seasonal items like sunblock and pool toys and holiday stuff like Halloween and Christmas decor at great prices. I usually get the kids' stocking stuffers there because they have a lot of the popular toys at low prices. They always have cute bins and baskets for storage too. I would definitely recommend checking out this store...at least once a month :-D

I don't think I've met a Five Below that was in the bed store they're pretty decent they got a good selection of stuff reasonably priced and I always like taking the kids there to pick out a toy cuz they're not real expensive and they got pretty decent toys

Drove 45min after being told a item was in stock to get all the way there and they never had it in stock for awhile. Ridiculous I drove that far for something for my daughter to get there to find out they lied and haven't had the item in stock for awhile. Gas is not free or cheap. Very 😥

I always heard good things about five below, but once I actually visited the store I was very unimpressed. Most of the goods we're all generic an unorganized. I know that stores like this are meant to be this way, just like the dollar store, but honestly I would rather shop at the dollar store over this place any day. at least at the dollar store they don't try the cover-up what it is you're really paying for. This location was also quite dirty.

For a smaller five and below this place is pretty well kept in good staff. Kept well clean and in a good location. I think the day I came in though they were rearranging the store and didn't have much out. Definitely a good place to get a gift.

Tons of fun stuff for kids and adults - games, toys, snacks, gifts, party supplies. Lots of things I would have never thought of. One of my favorites is the kits - for example, with painting rocks, balloon animals, magic etc. Very affordable and the staff is always pretty nice!

The store is kept clean and always has a variety of knickknacks available. We go there to get some school supplies and take the kids the to get rewards when they've earned some money and we can teach them about spending wisely.

Friendly atmosphere. Always go here to get little fun things on my way down to Sandy Point, Ocean City or when I go kayaking. Towels, flipflops, lotion, outdoor toys. Etc! They also keep the place pretty well maintained .

Awesome stuff, all for $5 or less. And you never know what you'll find. They've always got neat and cute stuff and lots of games to pick from for the kids and family it's a nice place to shop when you're trying to save money.

Got all the things for Easter here and the kids were super happy with their baskets! We had a big easter egg hunt. Then we bought slip and slides for my middle child birthday and water balloons. We got prizes for the kids attending the birthday party! We got all our party favors there and we didn't break the bank! We also have a potty prize chart where we take out 4 year old to pick something out when he successfully uses the potty while at school and at home 5 stickers equals a trip to five below. Really awesome place to bring the kids for incentives for good behavior and school work. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for, and sometime that is all you need. Like many dollar stores that now have $1.25 items, watch for some $6 & $7 price stickers.

For what the stores is called (5 BELOW) its a great way to make a child smile and save money yes not the greatest quality but its 5 below take a hint, over all a nice place, clean place , polite staff , thumbs up

They only have 2 people working, even during busy times. The wait is long and unless you're patient, skip it. They have some very nice inexpensive toys but most times you cannot get the second person to check you out.

Be aware that if you go in during COVID-19, they are not following CDC guidelines and are not wearing masks properly, or enforcing this in their stores. I went in twice last week, and both times the young men running the register did not have masks over their nose, customers were not wearing masks properly either. When I asked them about it, they shrugged it off and said there was nothing they could do about it.

Lines always move fast, even durring the super super busy christmas season. Products are always rotating, so if you see something you want get it then. Workers are constantly fixing up displays and putting stray items back. I have gotten really great deals on things at 5 below. They have everything from sports bras, shoes, pet supplies, bathroom decor, novelty candy, video games, name brand toys, yoga equipment, and birthday cards. We do a lot of shopping here for the operation Christmas child shoebox as we can get lots of affordable hygene,fashion, and fun items. Great place for kids and tweens to shop as they can pick anything and you know they cant spend over $5.
