What a wonderful experience. Christena Linton, was the wonderful young woman that helped me try to find the vinyl I am looking for and talked to me about pet friendly carpet. Wow, is She ever helpful. I will be returning there as soon as my decision is made. Great place, you will feel very comfortable there.

Best flooring company I've ever worked with. Kurt Drexler knew exactly what it was I needed, and put together an estimate that three other Nationwide stores couldn't even touch. The install was phenomenal and although the warranty is incredible I have yet to call on it.

You must call Value Carpet for an appointment because of the Pandemic. Once inside there's a wide selection of flooring. The sales people are very knowledgeable on all the types of flooring but they don't pressure you to buy. They simply provide information. If you aren't familiar with Salisbury it is a little difficult to get to as that area of 13 can get hectic.

TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. PLACED MY ORDER 7 WEEKS AGO. THEY COMPLETELY LOST THE ORDER. I EVEN WENT IN A FEW WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT ME TO ARRANGE INSTALLATION. USELESS, INCOMPETENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY.
