Save A Lot is just that. I run into this store when I am visiting in the neighborhood. There is always bargains. I buy fresh vegetables, fish, and steak sometimes. They have plenty of fresh bake cakes that are delicious. I like the clerks at the store. They are helpful if I do not know where something is locate.

I don't know why ANYONE would continue going there if they didn't have to. This place was an absolute mess. A lot of the stock was depleted or, in the case of perimeter foods, looked inedible at best. There were empty (usually??) boxes strewn throughout the store. No one who worked there, whom we encountered, was the least bit friendly to us. We were treated like outsiders. The prices weren't even that good, even their "sale" prices! I could spend less at Food Lion every single day of the week!!

They always have a few good deals worth stopping in for. Some of the items are just as pricey as other stores though.

Was once a good place to shop but no longer the case. The vegetables are rotten and meats will spoil in your fridge by the next day if not already spoiled on the shelf. You'll actually save nothing here when you really compare the prices for what you get elsewhere. Then you have to compete with unsanitary shoppers that go there. I looked up what could've changed to cause for such a good store to go down hill and got my answer. That answer will forever prevent me from walking through those doors again.

I prefer to do my grocery shopping at Save-a-lot. With prices of EVERYTHING going up, they help stretch the budget. Plus with going there as much as I do the cashier's have gotten to know me and are really friendly.

Definitely has some great deals on dry goods but meats and dairy are a bit on the high side for a lower quality product. Store itself could use a lot of updating and has a distinct odor about it. Staff are a bit off putting.

The store is okay. Great value prices but some of the employees are very unprofessional. A man walked into the Salisbury, Maryland Sav-a-lot with a hooded jacket on in 85° weather. The cashier seen him and asked him why he had that hoodie on. He asked her why did she want to know. Her response to him (rather loudly)was " I just wanna make sure that you ain't up in here stealing!" My mouth dropped. The two of them proceeded to get into a heated argument where both of them were yelling and cussing at each other. The cashier was on her register actually ringing up customers while arguing and cussing at this suspected would be thief!! I just shook my head and left. I hadn't been in that store in about a year. I probably won't go back at all despite the great prices and good products. Very sad.

Shop at Save A Lot if you wish to save alot, it a good place to save your money and the cash years are nice and pretty. I love there Jumexs Drinks 50 cent for one and $12 for a case, but other then that it a good place to shop.

Went for oven ready lasagna. I didnt see any.Just an FYI for anyone that may go there for it.Other than that the employees are usually very friendly.Go during certain times (early morning/afternoon) because it can tend to be overly populated

Has a lot of things for low prices that I make sure I don’t get any where else (canned goods, spices, etc.) but right now THERE IS A VERY HORRIBLE SMELL IN THE STORE! Lines take a very long time especially on weekends. But friendly staff overall

Over the weekend I walked in save a lot . The whole freezer was unthawed . Everything was semi frozen. This is not safe. A couple of time I've bought TV dinners that were rotten.. Frozen food is supposed below 32 degrees.
