Great service and good selection. I needed a specific stihl piece for my chainsaw that lowes and home depot didn't have. The had the piece at this Ace and also had a stihl expert to help me find it.

Ace IS THE PLACE for HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKS , Great store and even during this latest hard time our WORLD went through ACE 8 times out of 10 had what I needed and kept a staff that was there to help ,I could still see there smiles behind those masks ,LOL WE HAVE TO LAUGH after that mess . My local ACE HARDWARE may even be a good retirement Job . That's how much I like the store

Awesome place with very nice staff, even though the young man seemed to be pulled in every which direction Chris was helpful. Wide assortment of everything you need for tools and cleaning. Sometimes, I can feel a bit flustered in a big store like Home Depot or lowes, but I’ll tell you what Ace just feels so welcoming. And take a look at the Christmas stuff!! They’ve got Department 56 for all of you snow baby fans out there!! Get an inflatable for the yard and a new snow baby while making a new key for the back door or buying a sturdy broom. You won’t regret it.

The Home Center is okay! We went there so Dad could look at a grill to make hamburgers for our supposed to be Christmas Dinner. I was looking at some keys for the front door to look at.

Don't bring a purse or backpack on that store because they will tell you to leave it... If you have hard ware needs .. don't go there ... After speaking to management and above this selective group of ace owners ... Do Not care about customers or their personal enjoyment of shopping and enjoyment of that experience.. avoid the Rommel group of owned Ace hardware stores.. psa from a potential customer..

Never shopping Here again. I ride a bike, everywhere. I don't have a car to put my backpack in. So if you don't trust me to shop in your store, I don't trust you with my backpack. That is like the 10 cashier you've hired this month. Also I saw women with purses bigger then my pack, but Ace just assumes everyone is a thief. Forget these little overpriced establiments. From now on buying my potting soil from the big box store.

We love Ace Hardware! It's the best small town feel that you look for in a hardware store. There's always someone available to help you and the staff is very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I would rather go there than the big box stores any day! Highly recommend!

Typically things tend to cost a little more here. However they do run a lot of good deals throughout the month. They always seem to carry quality items. Almost always have a better stock of nuts and bolts hardware etc.

Great service - seek out Megan. I didn't know I needed another reciprocating saw but she sold me one anyways. She is the best and is always smiling and her hair is a different color every time I visit the store. In the dictionary next to "helpful hardware folks" there should be a picture of her.

Great store! Always greeted at door with with a smile and how can I help you and that doesn't end at the door, every employee will give you the same greeting and go out or their way to help you find what you need. Their service beats the bigger chain stores just like the commercials on t.v.. My opinion is why go to look around for hours and have someone help you who don't have a clue what and what it's used for when you have a store full of knowledgeable people who will help you! My money and time is worth it.

Very helpful and respectful place. Had no ideal what to get for rat and mice issue and was pointed politely to ask the man at the service desk and my questions all answered with the best product and brand to go with. Now even though the time of closing wasn't updated on Google and someone was trying to come in as soon as I left because they were closing . The people express the time said differently and of course I said yes they are right because I am glad I came here first then waited later. The clerk handled the disappointment of the other customer very well and respectfully apologized that it was not updated but was changed due to Covid-19. So proud to see and obtain the service I did in a store I rarely go to, will be going again for sure

There's little to no customer service at this Ace, even when there are 8 people working on the store.Maybe the managers should go to OC and see how they do it.I was in the store for 30 minutes and never had anyone speak to me, even though 4+ associates saw me. Two managers glanced my way, but never spoke or asked me if I needed help.Went to the cashier and asked if anyone was available to mix paint. She called for someone, but 15 min. later I was still waiting in the paint section.Went to OC Ace yesterday, spent over an hour with an associate mixing paints and talking about sealant and spent $500+.Step it up, Salisbury. I'll give you 1 more chance ...

Rather than driving further to one of the "big box" corporately owned stores, I always shop at Ace first when looking for items.Sure they're a little higher priced, but I realize that going in. I'd rather shop at a family owned business anyway. It helps keep some of those $$ in the community.

It's very convenient, but you pay slightly higher prices than you'd find at Lowes or Home Depot. However, Ace is ACES when it comes to customer service. You have to shout and search for help in Lowes...at Ace there's always staff who approach you and offer to help.

Great store! They are slightly pricey but I haven't stopped going in there because their service is great. If I ever need help, I've had nice ppl assist me.
