Absolutely Slowest pharmacy i've ever been to. if you go to the doctor in the morning. Don't expect to have your prescription by four o'clock. If you call they, tell you it'll be a 1/2 an hour and then when you get there, it's still not ready. They say wait fifteen more minutes. It must be the worst managed pharmacy. I've ever seen. There is no excuse. They have all day to fill prescriptions. For goodness sake, its antibiotics. You just have to put sticker on it and pull it off a shelf. Don't go here if you can avoid it

i don’t normally shop at Rite Aids but my visit today impressed me so I wanted to shout out the two kind cashiers working this afternoon. The store was also very clean and organized which made browsing here more comfortable, and the shelves were well stocked with a convenient variety of necessities, snacks, home goods and cosmetics.The blonde cashier that rang me up was very nice and smiley. Most retail employees have a disinterested or somewhat off putting demeanor where I do normally shop, so being acknowledged and feeling like the employees here are not miserable made my day a little brighter. Hopefully all the employees here are like this, because it’s refreshing experiences shopping somewhere like the one I just had that make me want to come back. I might even consider making the switch from my typical pharmacy because that genuine politeness really does make a difference.

Pharmacy always has a long line when I go! Today the drive thru is full and there's a line inside the store! Delivery it is from now on!How is the customer care dept etc going to assist me when I'm at the store?? Why am I contacting customer care??I didn't even wait for my prescriptions which I traveled across town for. I noticedbthe drive thrubwas backed up, go inside and it's still a long line!! What's the issue because this wasn't the first time.

I usually get my prescriptions at parsons road. I waited a week, no prescription. Poor customer service. I called Mt hermon road rite aid, they had the medication I needed . A very nice womannamed Isabella told me what Ineeded to do to have the script transfered. I had the medeithin hours. That you. For your excellent customer service.why couldn't parsons road make the call days ago. They don't care, that's why. I would complain, and I did. You can't make someone care. Customer service is an art, not a science.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy…..they trim the phones off at 5pm every day when the pharmacy doesn’t close until 9pm. How do you expect customers to call about medicine? I called 4 times no answer. I called the actual store and was put on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes. I drove to the store and spoke with the manager Amina and she pretty much confirmed that they do cut the phones off at 5 pm because “they are busy” mind you Iam in the store and it’s absolutely NO ONE in the store!As Iam waiting for my medicine the manager Amina is making smart remarks behind the counter. It’s absolutely unacceptable as a manager to act in such a way. I will no longer fill my meds here.

I've been going here over 5 years. It doesn't seem to matter who is behind the counter or what time of day your go. Nor, does it matter if you've called in your medication or walk in. These people really just don't care. Out of all the times I've picked up my medication over the years there's been MAYBE twice where they have not messed it up. Whether that be because they cant count properly or because they haven't had it ready even though they are supposed to. Just picking up meds takes you at least a half hour to get out of the store. Just go to amazon. This place is a total joke. Tired of my time being wasted every time I go here. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Tried to get a e-script filled for the second week in a row. First one called and was told that they did not have the script, was put on hold and waited for over 20 mins, hung up and called back, only for them to magically find it and say it would be ready in 15 mins. Tried again the 2nd week, even with the proof of it being accepted by this location they fought and argued with me in the drive through for 15 mins that it was not there, even thou they said the same thing for the one week prior. Pharmacist is beyond rude, disrespectfully and does not care what you try to say she was there after the pharmacy had closed the night before. Should not be allowed to work anywhere she has to interact with the public. Sounds like a steady trend of being a horrible pharmacy.

The pharmacist was polite and because I arrived late, kindly reminded me the pharmacy closed at 9:00pm. That's GREAT FOR A LATE NIGHT PHARMACY. The lady stocking the shelves kindly asked me what I was looking for and even helped me pick out the right products, especially since shopping is not my favorite thing to do. While shopping for the other things on my list, the pharmacist let me know my prescription was ready. The young lady at the cash register in the front of the store greeted me as I came in the store. The store is very clean, and well stocked with a large variety of products, even pet food,(amazing). They are a little pricey, remember you are paying for late night convenience. So, using coupons, or your rewards card could save you a bunch of money as a lot of products are BOGO, or reduced price for those of you with rewards cards.

I took a prescription in for a new patient. I was told the wait time would be an hour. I advised I would wait. After an hour I go to the counter and question how much longer. Mysteriously no one knows where the prescription is. One of the workers asked who waited on me and i said Ummmm YOU DID!!! She had laid the prescription aside and had not notified the pharmacist. So not only I had I waited over an hour the pharmacist tells me they dont carry the medication that was needed. I was furious!!!!! I had been there a few months ago for a scheduled shingles shot and had to wait over an hour for that. I will never use their pharmacy again!!!!!

Horrible customer service in the Pharmacy!!! Went inside to pick up my prescription told me it would be done in 10 minutes sat and waited an hour .told me to get back in line ,I was told I was paged I was not !! So I left and went thru the drive thru !! Still had to wait another 20 minutes

I needed a prescription for my daughter. When I picked it up, I drove the 45 mins to my home only to find the seal is broken on it. Unsure if this was normal for this medicine, I wanted to call the pharmacy. 45 mins later and 36 times forced back to the main menu just to press 3, I had no one picked up at all. It even hung up on me twice. I tried pressing the prompt for a store employee and got no answer there either (I only wait 10 mins this time). I'm honestly shocked and extremely disappointed that not only could no one pick up, but that the Tele system is so screwy to constantly require me to reenter the call prompt the entire time. Glad you aren't my pharmacy of choice, cause I'd drop you like a sack of potatoes for this one, and I try and understand a busy evening having worked retail myself.

It is a waste of time making an appointment for vaccinations. If you are lucky they will take you within 30 minutes of your appointment time. It is obviously just an irritating interruption in their day. Either stop doing vaccines or accept it as part of the job. Wasting my morning sitting in Rite Aid because they just don't care.

Nasty, nasty, nasty attitudes in there. It didn't used to be like that. There is a whole new crew in there. They should have left the old crew behind. I never got attitude when I went in then. That location isn't the only game in town. There's a Walgreen's right up the road.Not worth the time and effort of parking the car.

Drive to Rite Aid, wait until they unlock the door Exactly at 9:00. Walk to the back of the store for a bottle of cough medicine. Add $5 above online price. Go to cashier, who asks for my ID because even though I’m 73, I might look 17. Take my DL out to be scanned. Enter phone number for rewards. Have I ever received a reward? Insert debit card, verify no cash back, wait for system to process and leave. Or…Go to Amazon, click buy now and save $5.Lesson learned.

Every time I call, I had to call In three times just to get someone in the pharmacy. Half the time they don’t know the answers to the questions I’m asking and that could just be on me. But what ends up happening is I feel like there’s nobody there that’s able to answer questions about my prescriptions, and I’ve had on multiple locations where I pay for my prescriptions and they end up putting them back before the Dasher can pick it up to deliver. And today is what really did one for me, because I called in five times back to back and nobody picked up in pharmacy. Where it’s some sort of emergency, I think it’s ridiculous.

not about the pharmacy... I did stop by and ask about the sale price but he advised me go to the front to take care of it.The store manager was called for assistance after the cashier tried to assist me. The cashier did try to find the price change after I showed her a picture of the sale on my phone. I wanted to get the sale price that was advertised online. After I did some math in my head I realized the store was offering --buy one get one-- which would total the same amount of the sale when you buy two. I was not explained this I was told "yea" several times to basically move me along. The manager did not explain that he could not match the online price and I would have to buy two in order to save. Then there were allergy eye drops that were on sale for $8.99 online. I did not even bother to ask about getting the online price since I walked back and forth to check prices several times and tried to explain to the manager my concerns. I informed the manager that other stores are offering the same price and I could go there. The store had the eye drops on sale for $10.70 and I asked for that saving when I noticed it was $11.99. The manager told me that the sale is only if you have a certain amount of points on your wellness card. This makes no sens I did not have to have points in order to get the buy one get one allergy medicine. I am thinking of returning the eye drops and purchasing them at another store. I was not valued at all in my confusion and the manger seemed to have no idea what I was talking about or did not care.

The Pharmacists at this location are professional and quite centered towards the neighborhood customer. They know their customers by name and their special needs. I am the daughter of a long time customer and am impressed by the service they have provided and continue to provide towards my elderly mother. I would most whole-heartedly recommend them as a STAND POINT in establishing your pharmaceutical needs when entering this neighborhood. They best on the East Side of town.

The pharmacy is very poorly run and the pharmacist is beyond rude. Do NOT go here for COVID testing. I was first told I didn't have an appointment, then I was told that I had made my appointment wrong, then they finally decided to check their system to find out I was right all along. It took 15 minutes of fussing at me before they realized this. Luckily, I am a patient person. So.... if you like being yelled at, this is your place. But I would honestly rather have COVID then be tested here.

Every single time I've gone to pick up a prescription they either haven't had it ready or they cant get the computer to work get the insurance in the computer. I always wind up needing to wait at least half an hour if not longer to get my prescription. There is no reason I should have issues like this every single time. If it wasnt for the fact that this was the closest pharmacy near me I'd go somewhere else.

Do not get a Covid test at Rite Aid. I got 3 Covid tests done and only received the results from 1 out of the 3. There's no one to call or email to inquire about the results, and you have to wait to receive an email. Bad way to do business. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

Staff members always so very polite. My wait is short and even shorter if I go I side. Prices are about the same as other pharmacy. The prices for the store itself expensive. But when it comes especially to the pharmacy they are grade A people.

I will NEVER return to Rite Aid. More then once I received the worst customer service. My worst experiences have been with the Pharmacy....WOW! All I can say about the pharmacy there is they need to just shut down! First of all, if you can't speak clear English or understand clear English then please do not work with the public! Not only that but you could be nice...say HELLO, THANK YOU or HAVE A GOOD DAY...or try SMILING...that might help. You will not receive any of these things at Rite Aid.

Agree with Lindsay~horrible customer service!!!This location has lost me as a paying customer, due to their poor customer service and lack of competent employees. On several occasions they have lacked to carry over-the-counter medication I have needed. As well as on 3 (THREE) seperate occasions they have not carried the prescriptions that I have needed. We have dropped off prescriptions came back hours later to pick them up~ without even a single phone call that they did not carry it! Wasted time and trips (with an infant too) 3 STRIKES and you are OUT!I was much more satisfied with Mt. Hermon Pharmacy less than a block away, they had everything I needed, were very pleasant and went out of there way to be sure I had everything I needed.With us it personal- might want to re-think your slogan!Very disappointed!

The incompetence of the pharmacy in filling a prescription and/or figuring out a change in insurance is laughable. You would think they would have learned how to do these things in school but if they did, rite aid on Mount Hermon road makes sure they only accept the graduates who barely made it. After years of having prescriptions called in hours in advance and then swinging in hourssss sometimes a day later to pick them up, and not having them filled to my favorite question they once asked, "excuse me do you have another liscense because this one is out of state", I've finally changed pharmacies. Yes go in there and buy shelf items all day long. The cashiers are great but if you need a script filled, really, I suggest you try somewhere else because this pharmacy is in over it's head.

Was in there tonight. Last time i ever go into this place. The woman behind the counter in the pharmacy that wears the head piece is one rude person! Plus she flat out lied to us about the question we asked. She then continued Rolling her eyes shaking her head getting smart with us just because we asked a simple question. As we were leaving she made sure she followed us to show she was shaking her head and rolling her eyes again. This place is a joke.

finally a manager that cares.... Pharmacy may run under a different set of parameters but the sales management may just be what they need. Not a complete overhaul, others still there but a positive start. Hope she stays.
