Very nice folks and decent facilities. I suggest any folks that use big corporation in this area need to reconsider and try this place out.

We love Muddy Paws! Hannah is our groomer and she is amazing! Our golden doodle and Pomski both look and smell great after grooming! And they also have the best prices around the area!

We brought our standard poodle and cockapoo who desperately needed to be groomed. Muddy Paws was able to book us within a week! The pups were done within 3 hours and looked great! Service was friendly and very affordable!

I've used Muddy Paws for baths & nail trims. The girls there are kind & sensitive while handling my nervous natured dog Chip. They always do a wonderful job. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to just walk in for a nail trim!

Hanna got us in super quick when I reached out to schedule. My golden was in and out within 1.5 hours and looked incredible. Her hair was totally blown out and she looked and felt like a million bucks. I’ll definitely be using them from now on!! Thank you so much!

We just moved to town and I wasn't sure if I could find a groomer to deal with my XL Alaskan Malamute. Muddy Paws is the place. Hanna did a wonderful job with Chief and he was absolutely stunning when I picked him up. I will be bringing him back. They even have these amazingly beautiful handmade dog treats for purchase at the front of the store. Definitely will stop in just for those in between grooming.

I have been taking my 2 golden retrievers to Muddy Paws for about 2 + years and Hannah is awesome with my boys when I pick them up they look and smell amazing. The place is bright and clean and the entire staff is so nice and pleasant. Highly recommend Muddy Paws Always a fantastic experience.

I will NEVER bring my dog to this place again!!! Horrible! I truly believe that these reviews are fake!! The cut was TERRIBLE! And not only that I paid for full grooming services when my mother picked her up her nails weren’t cut and my dog was acting very lethargic and was jumping when you reach to pick her up. I think they used force on my puppy! My dog is very very anxious and playful. I made it my business to have my mother get $10 for them not cutting her nails! It’s sad! This place is a complete fraud! My dog looks so distraught in this photo . If I was in Salisbury I would take these peopl to court. They falsely advertise and did a poor job ... the other pic is my puppy before I took her to get the groom service. She is a very happy mini poodle .. this place can burn in hell! Don’t waste your money or your time !! They sedate your dog and still do an Aweful job. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars

Hanna thank you so much for clipping Marrons nails . No one would do them. Muddy Paws, I highly recommend this place and I'm very protective with my fur baby. The place was clean and smelled good. Very friendly staff thank you also Stephanie at the desk for your help. I'm so glad to find a place that doesn't judge you as soon as you come in the door with a Pitbull. Thanks again. They took me in as I had traveled to my usual salon and they forgot to add my reservation (again), three strikes your out, so I decided to try Muddy Paws, great staff, Nicky and little Nicky are the best. Muddy Paws is amazing! Hanna, Carolyn and Linda are so caring and gentle. We’ve had many groomers for our Burnadoodle but they are the best. They pay attention to the details and don’t cut corners. They focus on one dog at a time from beginning to end. If you love your dog, you’ll love Muddy Paws!

Very neat and clean family- owned business. Staff is very welcoming, pleasant and easy to talk to. My poodle mix hadn't been groomed in about 5 months. He looked like a new dog when I picked him up. I told the groomer what I wanted (low cut. I didn't even care much about keeping his "breed look" around the face. ) She groomed him perfectly! And this is the least expensive groomer I have experienced in Salisbury. Costs less and has superior quality. Great deal. We are now permanent customers here.

I had an excellent experience! I just moved here, and Muddy Paws is right down the street from me. I've only ever taken my dog to petsmart for grooming. She came away from Muddy smelling better than she ever did from petsmart, and Muddy Paws actually gave her a proper nail trim! No more clicking and clacking on the hardwood floors!The prices were more than reasonable.Most importantly, my dog is very nervous. I came away feeling like they handled her with care and patience.I've definitely found my new groomer!

I started taking my standard poodle here a couple years ago, love this place. Always pleased with how jazzy is groomed. She does a great job with her cut an always gives me exactly what I all for. Best experience I've ever had. I also love that I do not have to leave jazzy there all day. I drop her off run some errands an pick her up a couple hours later. Love the owner she is very good with jazzy, very good with me as a customer an her salon is very welcoming and clean. My jazzy loves to go here. She gets very excited everytme time we go. Highly recommend this business!!

Latosha Gasket....Wow.This just turned up in my google search, and I just can't help but write something here.You've clearly (and obviously recently) posted the most libellous review to Google for this business.So there's two things I'd like to say, as a grooming businessowner myself, on the other side of the world.Firstly, you've quite hilariously nailed your own coffin of they decide to sue you for slander, by posting what you claim, is the before photo of your dog to the review.Why? Because it CLEARLY shows a very matted coat on the dog. Something no doubt that would have been discussed with you prior to them even accepting the dog for a groom. And all groomers worth their salt charge extra for the immense amount of time it takes, to slowly and hopefully safely ( we all cross our fingers when we do these) chip away at the edge of the matting, to try to remove the matted coat as painlessly as possible for the dog.It's also for the pain your poor 'happy dog'has to endure while the groomers clean up your neglect, and painful mess.Secondly, ours is a small and supportive industry, and I'm sure all the other local groomers in your region, keep across each others pages, and will get to view your narcissistic self entitled desire to defame a local businesses,who attempted to help your poor dog. They'll take one look at your before photo, read your attack on the internet, look at the great job done, considering your neglect, and add you to their 'DO NOT GROOM LIST'They probably already have dear.Shame on you.Really.

Cute and friendly place. I took my dog to give her a self bath. The ladies were extremely nice and even cut my dog's nails. We normally go to Petsmart for our grooming appointments. I now have an appointment with Muddy Paws!

We've been taking our Schnoodle to Muddy Paws every 6 to 8 weeks for grooming since the shop opened. We needed a replacement for our previous since the pet business was bought out and their grooming salon went down hill faster than the Titanic. Caroline provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable about our dogs needs, including coat, nails, teeth, and overall care. Thank you Caroline. We highly recommend you.

We are in and out in an hour. My dog is not in a cage when I pick him up; rather he has his own lane to run up and down with access to watch the TV they have running. Excellent job, very good with my dog, and the price is affordable. I cannot recommend more highly!

I have been bringing my little dog here since last year and they do a great job grooming her and keeping her comfortable! I love how they keep the dogs in spacious kennels where you can see them instead of tiny cages in the back like other grooming places do. The prices are also very affordable and I’m so glad I found this place last year!

This place is amazing, My dog had super long nails and they clipped them so short and my dog was so happy. I was happy and they are super good with my pets. Super trustworthy and super friendly.
