terrible service, I created an order through Jersey Mikes app and a Door Dash guy shows up with chinese food? He says he.needs to go back to the other house and pick up my food because he dropped it off at wrong house, be back in half an hour! I called Jersey Mikes and they told me I needed to reach out to Door Dash, I told them I didn’t order it through them but through their app. I told them it wasn’t my problem but theirs…I didn’t hire DD, they did, I told them I was coming to pick up my food (didn’t trust DD) they acted like they were doing me a favor! No apology for my time or lost $$. Just rude!

So I ordered a couple of cheesesteaks to be delivered to my home through the Jersey Mike's app. So the delivery guy shows up a half hour later with chinese or mexican food in tin pans, I told him mine was a sub order. He proceeded to tell me that he would go back to where he dropped by food off and be back in about 30 minutes. Okay, I don't want a cold sub nor one that someone else has had. So I called the 1405 S. Salisbury store where I ordered, they quickly tried to dismiss me, telling me I needed to call Door Dash, I explained I didn't use the Door Dash app, but ordered through Jersey Mike's. I then told them it was not my job to do this, if they use DD for deliveries, this is their problem and I would be by to pick up my food. When I arrived at Jersey Mike's the manager said she did me "a FAVOR"??? and called DD herself to get money refunded. If Jersey Mike's using DD that is on them, not me....I never called DD to deliver my food so I had no contract with them, my contract was with Jersey Mike's. And since when is me waiting an hour for my food, losing $7 for fees, gas and my time doing me a FAVOR?? Then to top it off as I am leaving, the manager said to never speak to her employee that I spoke to on the phone that way again! Never once was I apologized to for dealing with something that was not my fault.

They make a great hoagie here. Plenty of meat, and the roast beef is slammin! The line moved quickly too, not really a wait at all. I like how they have a unique soda option at the fountain, a brand I wasn’t familiar with called Stubborn. Really good! Thanks again and I’ll be back!

Good cheese steaks. Courteous staffUpdating! Gone down hill! Will not return. Jersey native here, and you have destroyed an icon. 20 bucks for a cheese steak? WTH? My steak had cheese only in the center. Both ends literally had zero cheese. Like 4 inches both ends. No cheese. Sad...

I love Jersey Mike’s subs but tonight I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a cheesesteak sub and it came with very little meat and the cheese was not even melted. All I could taste was bread. Normally I am very satisfied but not tonight. Must have been a bad night. But the workers were all very kind and polite.

horrid. i ordered a club sub, asked for NO onions, no oil, they put it on anyway. THERE IS NO BACON on this sub. literally none. just drenched in oil. like actually ridiculous. take your money elsewhere. not worth 12 dollars to get completely incorrect food.

Last month my order got messed up (hindsight, my fault) and the person I spoke with said he was a manager (forgot his name) and offered to replace it. It's been a hellacious week for me with an unexpected death and other issues so was pretty down and not ready to cook yet. I called Jersey Mike's and asked for a manager and Kenny got on. Kenny is not who I talked with last month but was still as kind and helpful as could be (even not knowing my terrible week) He did honor the replacement and it was probably the best sandwich I have had from there yet! Portabella mushroom. Thank you for the kindness and first food I have eaten in 3 days! Recommend to everyone!

Be a sub above!!! They always deliver!! Great quality product! Great quality customer service! From the greeting to the goodbye. Put your phone number in to add points towards a few sub. Chipotle chicken cheese steak. Add cheese, pickles, and hot relish. Then make sure you thank me later. Question is. What kind of sub can you create to find pleasure.?.

The female manager that always has her hair in a bun has an attitude problem. She's always less than pleasant and hates that I order 3 giants with extra meat every time. All because I don't order ahead. I'm sorry your people can't seem to get online orders correct but you'd think she'd be happy having business. I hope the new north location won't have her.

This was my first time trying this place!! I got the portobello cheesesteak it was hot,fresh and really tasty!! My boyfriend got an Italian and he said it was filled with flavor and tons of meat. My brother got a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, he said it was super tasty, lots of flavor in the Buffalo sauce.The location was super busy but everything still came out amazing and we will be back! Thank you jersey mikes!!Parking: The parking lot is super tiny and busy along with the other businesses in the shopping center

I would say that half of the customer service was good, the other part not so much. Where they take orders and fill them, great. Where you pay, not so good. So I was last in line when there was 2 cashiers. When it came down to me instead of taking me one if the cashier's left. What my money wasn't good enough for her? Sadly for the one new cashier there were 3 employees giving her instructions on stuff to do but, none was about waiting on me! This was totally avoidable but, it still happened.

After having eaten subs that my nephew brought home, I purchased 2 subs for take out dinner. The staff was polite and efficient. I spent about $30. My experience has been exceptional and the subs are great.

The service was very good. The staff were all friendly and the food was delicious... My sub's were piled with meat and very flavorful... I would highly recommend this establishment... You can earn points by purchasing food towards getting free sub's and you don't have to earn a ridiculous about of points in order to get a free sub or sandwich either... Just 150 points will get you a free large sub of your choice...
