Update: I did return to have my whole car ( all windows) done while I waited with my 🐕‍ and as expected, I'm super happy with the results. Replaced my jeep rear glass. I thought the price about what I expected. The front desk people were good to deal with. Jim I think was the person. This could have been a 5 except for the installer. A shop needs to be more than I expect to get a five. In this case they sent my jeep out with masking tape residue around the winow. There was plastic taped on untill repaired. Arguably it isn't there job but that would be the difference between ok and great. They were just ok.

Quick story. I had the window replaced in my semi truck. Delmarva Auto Glass came to my location (Tyson of Temperanceville), and within an hour, they knocked it out. The very next day, coming down the turnpike, a rock flew up and cracked the glass again. This time, I took my truck to Delmarva Auto Glass, and again, within an hour, they completed my Glass repair. The staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. It usually does not happen this way, so Delmarva Auto Glass, you get five stars from me. Keep up the good work.

If I could give more stars, I would give them all. DAG has never let me down. Joe has become the face of this place and what an asset he his. The customer service I get here is unrivaled. Joe will even help when he isn't working. There is literally no one like him. I had to get my tint removed and unfortunately picked this place since the reviews were decent. Well I didn’t have the good experience everyone else had. There’s leftover glue on all the windows and inside the door jams, and for some reason they decided to remove the tint from my side markers as well (which I didn’t ask them to do). I had to take my car back to the shop a 2nd time and waste my lunch break for them to try and fix the issue. Even after the 2nd attempt, the job still wasn’t done correctly. The manager was extremely rude, unapologetic and lacked empathy when I voiced my concerns about paying for a service that was performed incorrectly. He then proceeded to call me a liar and insisted they didn’t take the tint off the side markers, even after I showed him a previous picture of the car with the side markers tinted. He refunded my money by shoving it into my hands and telling me to “have a nice day” sarcastically. No apology at all for the inconvenience. For a manager to have such horrible customer service skills is pitiful. I want to thank Josh for actually being courteous and apologizing for the incompetence of the service crew and management. I was going to get my tint redone here, but I’ll find a shop with better customer service and skills. I definitely would NOT recommend this place to anyone and will let people know not to waste their time and/or money at this shop.Edit: And even in the response, I’m being called a liar again. Classic. Money isn’t the issue at all, just wanted the service performed correctly. I would’ve been perfectly happy if the job was done correctly, even coming back twice. Invest in some customer service training. Have a great day!

So far this is the best place I've been around Delmarva for getting any kind of service. We went in there and we're supposed to drop our van off to get the window repaired but ended up having to wait for it. They quickly changed the appointment from a drop off to a wait for it and within an hour they have the vehicle ready for us. I highly recommend if you have anything to do with class in this area go to Delmarva Auto glass.
