Great selection! They make a concord brand pet shampoo that we swear by for our dog, our sphynx + new tortoiseshell kitten. It isn't labeled for flea and ticks but it works for that too actually. It has a great clean smell that lasts way longer than any other pet shampoo we have tried! Highly recommend for high maintenance animals with sensitive skin that require frequent baths. We also buy the Orijen brand cat food, our cats won't eat anything else. The food has real, minimal ingredients and we can only find it here. They have a large selection of any aspect of pet care. Tons of interesting toys, leashes, food, treats, and healthcare items. Highly recommend for all of your pet needs.

OMG, simply the best! I go NOWHERE else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. If on the off chance they are out of something, they always have another sometimes better option. I actually feel very "At home", here. Just a superior experience when it comes to shopping for me furry family! Keep up the great work guys!

I have shopped here for about 2 or 3 years. The service is excellent. They have great information and a wide variety of healthful dog food. I prefer to buy all natural and still prefer to shop here and it is cheaper than Pet Smart .

Much rather use Concord pet than PetSmart. They may be a little pricey in some areas but to me it's worth it to be able to go buy so many items that normally can only be found online or at your vet.

When Concord Pets came to town, we exclusively began shopping here over the bigger chain stores. The employees are very personable, they have a great rewards program and they sell brands that not even the bigger chain stores carry. We worried that they would not be competitive enough for this area, but they are holding their own and we only shop here for our dogs food, snacks and other supplies. They are a little pricey, but they have sales sometimes and the welcoming atmosphere is part of the reason we shop here regularly.

Very extensive stock. All the supplies you could hope for from wired to wireless fencing, bedding, foods, toys, crates, etc. Super nice easy going staff. Basic goods as well as high end quality dog foods! We found all we needed for our hopefully soon to be dog as well as our guinea pig.

Nice selection of quality foods. They have good sales and monthly coupons on the website. They also have a frequent buyer program for food that you buy so many bags, get one free. The store manager is very knowledgeable and super helpful.

They have a great selection of foods and supplies for animals, however their customer service is awful. I have been here several times and each time I had a similar experience. The cashiers are always talking amongst themselves and not once was I offered help to find something. I couldn't handle how bad the customer service was so I took my business elsewhere.

They used to have a large selection of cat food. Inventory has been slacking of late. If doesn't pick up I may have to go somewhere else. Still better than Walmart. Little pricey though.

Love the selection, prices are fair, but the customer service just ruins it for me. I’m here frequently and each time I’m barely greeted by the staff, and never once have I been asked if I need help finding anything. Half the time they just go back to talking amongst themselves or playing on their phone. It’s a very awkward and unpleasant shopping experience.
