My girlfriend and I had so much fun at this pet value! Unlike any other pet value experience we have ever had. All because of Stephanie the manager she made us feel so welcome. Eli came in with us. He is a frenchie puppy and Stephanie loved all over him and gave him treats and so much attention. We told steph about how Eli had been attacked earlier that same day by another dog in the community and she just gave him even more love and attention. She was so friendly! She told us about her sweet little Boston. She even took the time to show us things for Eli that were on sale like a rain coat which we were looking for (we ended up getting it) she was so helpful when I found out the store didn’t have the raw food we get for our little guy she offered to order it for us and made sure we knew she would get it soon.Thank you so much Stephanie!

Hands down best employees in the store. I love professionalism, but I love genuine people more. They don't carry my cat's food flavor anymore but that doesn't stop me from coming back for the overall genuinely kind and helpful people, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Hope you get your brick wall fixed soon!!!

Good selection of pet items, especially all-natural items.I've never visited in the morning so cant say if they opened on time or not.People working there are very friendly, however, they are a bit weird. (one lady told me she tasted the dog food I was buying and she liked it) LOLprices are a little high

Great service with fairly reasonable prices. We bought two toothbrush sets for our pets. They didn't enjoy thier cleaning but the products we bout did exactly what they were supposed to do. I recommend buying the double sided toothbrush for cats and dogs.

On a recent visit to the store, employees show a lack of customer service and desire to provide assistance. The entire time I was in the store, the two young employees sat at the checkout counter on their cells. When I inquired about a product normally found in the store, the employee acted as if I was disturbing him, and actually never provided a comprehensive response. If you care about your brand and quality of the store, please correct this type of behavior.

the employees go above and beyond! i had searched for baked birthday treats for my pup who just turned 13 but every store was sold out, or on backorder. the register had been closed out for the day, but the very kind employee came back with cookies for my pup out of the kindness of his heart (and wished my marley bear a very happy birthday)! many thanks to pet valu and to the employee with a good heart 🤗

What a great find! We got a whole bag full of cat and dog toys and treats for less than 15 bucks. Some of the toys were only $1. Can't wait to come back here soon!

Great pet store, everyone is super friendly and gives my Princess Leia so much attention and treats. I honestly did not realize this was a corporate store, the atmosphere is so great!
