January 2024 - They have new shopping cars and this time I just wait 10 minutes in line.November - 2023Today I have to leave without buying anything after 20 monitors in line, there were only 2 cashiers and a lot of people waiting... Every time is worse..Good place, a lot of parking. They need to update the shopping cars and add more small shopping cars.If you want to send money for WU, don't spend your time here, they don't know how to use the system.

This is a very nice Harris Teeter location, the shelves are always nicely stocked and put together well. The are no self checkout stations at this one, but the food court is above the shopping floor and has plenty of options including sushi and starbucks. There’s also fresh pizza and build your own plate style sections, plus there is seating to eat there. Certain days they have deals too. I have to say I only didn’t give it 5 stars because multiple times some of the staff just seem like they hate being there. Not all the time though. Over all it’s a good place.

I ordered a pizza by phone, the guy didn't ask my name, I had to call back and asked him how long the pizza was going to take, he was very rude. The pizza was awful. Last time I will shop in this store. I rather drive to the store on Battery Lane.

Harris teeter service is getting worst. Especially order ahead. Order food online and set pick up time. Went to get food. They didn't even look at order yet. Very frustrating service

It felt like purgatory in here. I was everywhere and no where all at once. I stopped by the Starbucks and it was a little cursed. They gave me the wrong sandwich. 2 stars because purgatory isnt the worst fate.

Serves Breakfast til 11am but when i went at 9am all the breakfast food is dried out and nasty. Chef said he wasn't making any more breakfast. I've been here several times for breakfast but today is my last!!!!!

Our car was robbed in their lot. Theft is apparently quite common here yet they don’t post a guard. There’s a kind of halfway house nearby for just-released convicts. Lock your car if you come here.

This a a very nice store with a great selection. However I usually will go up to the Safeway near Twinbrook, as their prices are cheaper. When they have "Super Double Coupon Week", you can save lots of money when you have coupons. Some items are surprisingly expensive though.

Love this store! Low prices, tidy and organized, visually appealing, friendly staff and friendly customers. They have a lot of cool gourmet things throughout the store. And I have to give a shout out to the sushi chefs… the sushi is delicious! They even made a custom nigiri plate for me and were so kind and friendly. This is my new store for sure!

5 star store 3 stars for customer service. Currently the store director is Sue, she never smiles or greets me when she sees me. If you report a problem to her she is always on the defense never apologizing for the inconvenience or offering to make it right. I come at 6am most times and I’m not in the mood for a debate it ruins my day. In the evening I usually return and Damon the co-manager is awesome! He gives the kind of service you would expect from a Harris Teeter brand. He is a problem solver and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Moving here from California and living adjacent to HT makes me a regular now. I appreciate the store is always impeccably clean, visually appealing, well stocked and the ease to access quick in/out & parking is appreciated.

Love the items here but I experienced bad and good things today and one thing that didnt sit right with me is One asian guy named thomas was very racist not only that he came up to me and said i was stealing when i was just looking outside to see if i got a parking ticket i get it is ur job but assuming im stealing just cuz im black is not acceptable i told him im not done yet and he kept cutting me off and talking so i had to go to his manager and tell him the case, the manager understood immediately his name is lala he is the best i have never seen any manager thats mature and understanding as he is thank you to that man calming me down he deserves a raise!!! To that man who blindly accused me please work on him its extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting to call someone out of their name work on that ;

today i went to the deli asking for a food item, when i got there i seen a manger & a worker talking so i said excuse me & the worker said “wait i’m talking to my manager” which i felt was rude how do you tell a customer to wait? while workers are only having a conversation.. she comes to me & says she doesn’t understand what i’m saying after repeating myself multiple times then i say never mind she goes & tell her manger then her manger tries asking to see if i need help which i ignore & don’t want anymore help because i don’t have all day where workers only want to stand around & talk while customers have to wait.

Don't miss the deli upstairs. The Monday Pizza and Friday Sub deals are great values. Eat at the tables near Starbucks and you won't even have to worry about any clean-up at home!

I've been going to this Harris Teeter since they opened. I really wish I could remember the check out associates name I had today because she was so sweet and friendly. I know I'm incorrect but it was something like Danyance (please forgive me).If you like quick sushi or chinese self serve, or single slice pizza you'll love their selections. The salad bar has been (disappointingly but understandably) halved since Covid but is still fresh and satisfying. Their cheese selection is great! I've always found very fresh produce and an excellent offering of meat.Some items are priced higher than other area supermarkets but one must acknowledge that the superior quality is worth the slightly higher prices.

This rating is just for the checkout process. It not only had no self-checkout lanes but also the express lane is just full of people with more than 15 items. It also seems to only have 2 lanes open, one being express, and it's just the longest wait to get checked out. I'd shop here more as the selection is great but the checkout process is just too long.Edit: Updated to 4 stars instead of 3 as they accept Apple Pay and tap-to-pay finally as of April 30, 2023. Other issues with lines still persists.

This store honestly has the best customer service of any grocery store in MoCo, and I’ve been to a good few and even other HT’s. The la carte manager was extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping us in the bakery, and our cashier was extremely nice & personable and bagged our stuff really well. Everyone here just always seems so happy and that speaks to the quality of both employees and management here.

It's prices are going up- less sales, and they're frequently out of many things. However, the staff is fabulous minus one lady, and the starbucks girls are my favorite. So I'll keep coming back. Ha.

Good store overall. Always happy with prices and stock. The staff, however, have been trending downward a bit and i have removed a star from my rating. There is a bizarre stocking problem that has been going on for a couple of years now: there is always plenty of non-fat Harris Teeter Greek yogurt in vanilla flavor, which NO ONE WANTS, and never any in plain. Obviously this isn't some kind of supply chain issue: if they can deliver vanilla flavor, which NO ONE WANTS, they can deliver plain.

Great seafood selection. Would have rated 5 stars, however, one male worker in the seafood area on the day shift was not friendly at all and I felt that I was disturbing him while he was doing NOTHING.

I shop in this particular store on weekly basis. It is clean and organized. The products are very good . Fresh fruits and veggies all the time.Their Bakery Department is really good . I have two children and every year we buy their cakes there. It's also a perfect place to get pizza when you don't want to cook. They are really good quality for a very good price.The staff is welcoming and very helpful. I

I visited the store today around 8:30 pm, and the customer service was very bad. I waited for someone to come and help me, than the lady who supposed to help was at another register shopping for herself. After she finished, she called another guy to help. Then the guy told me to wait again :( Bad customer service that do not want to help or work.

Very well stocked, clean, organized. The variety of international items is great. Staff is very helpful. Had a positive experience. Great savings too! Things that are BOGO you can buy just one and get it for 1/2 price.
