My dog Autumn loves Dogtopia of White Flint. She gets so excited whenever she goes and has an awesome experience. The staff is incredibly organized and friendly. I feel safe dropping my dog off here each week knowing she will be extremely well-cared for and participate in a lot of unique activities and have fun. The staff does a great job of providing different activities for the dogs and staying organized to ensure the safety and well-being of each dog. They quickly knew my dogs name as well as mine. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia of White Flint and Autumn will be going there as long as I'm in the area.

Amazing staff! My pup always is happy and excited when we get there and exhausted when he leaves. He not only gets to socialize but gets mentally stimulated with all the fun activities. We love this place!

My doggie is 3 yrs old - and goes to Dogtopia twice a week. She started at 4 months old. I’ve looked at other places but they don’t compare to the care and attention that we’ve experienced at Dogtopia. She still looks forward to going!

Bo gets excellent care from the White Flint Dogtopia staff. I like that there is a webcam available to see how his day is going. He always comes home tired and happy from a full day playing - barking at and with his doggie pals!

I have been a loyal client of Dogtopia White Flint for nearly a decade, specifically for boarding services. However, I have noticed a consistent decline in the quality of the services during each visit.Unfortunately, my dog contracted kennel cough while being boarded at this facility. Despite being up-to-date with all his vaccinations, he is not recovering and has now developed bronchopneumonia. This is an unprecedented occurrence as my dog has never experienced such health issues before. As a result, my family and I were worried about his well-being while we are out of the country, instead of enjoying our vacation. The vet bills had been astronomical, with two visits costing over $700 within less than a week of picking him up from boarding. The cost of boarding has also been a significant burden. I sent an email but staff from Dogtopia ignored me and I haven't received any response at all.Even though my dog had previously contracted conjunctivitis after boarding in prior visits, I still chose to remain with this facility. Nonetheless, I believe that the health and safety of dogs is not getting prioritized. Dogs are getting sick and every time I watch the live camera it seems the daycare is overcrowded with too many dogs and insufficient personnel to cater to their needs. I am really disappointed on the lack of acknowledgment from the staff of this facility. We won't be returning.

The staff takes such good care of our fur baby, it is so obvious that they love each and every pet that comes in for their day of fun or an overnight stay.

My dog loves to come to Dogtopia and play with friends. I never realized how important play with other dogs is for a growing puppy. My pup pulls on his leash to go in and is always greeted so warmly. Lots of love seen by the staff for the dogs. Feels very safe and i can leave him comfortably. It really has been a great experience!!

Holly and Felicia were friendly, welcoming, and informative. They thoroughly explained the process, everyone was very caring with the pets there, and our fur baby seemed to enjoy himself. We loved the transparency of the live video-cams. We also appreciated that there is a K-9 coach to direct traffic and provide a safe and clean environment for our pets to enjoy and for the parents to feel comfortable knowing they are well cared for. A very special touch- when we picked up our fur baby, the staff gave us a report card and a laminated certificate for his first day. Felicia also took the time to tell us about Zen’s day. We will absolutely continue to bring our fur baby for day care, boarding and grooming.

I love that my dog has a person in the room with her at all times. The camera is great but slightly addicting/distracting while I am at work. The other doggy daycare place we used to take her, she would come home incredibly stinky, but with Dogtopia, she comes home smelling like a normal dog, because they immediately clean up after the dogs.

My dog loves Dogtopia. He gets very excited before we even get to the place and then at pick-up he doesn’t want to leave. The place at White Flint is clean, smell clean and all is very organized. The staff are well trained, helpful and love all the dogs. I drive 40 minutes just so he can enjoy his outings at Dogtopia!

My pup is just 5 months old and every time we walked in the park, it was obvious that he craved puppy playtime. Panther goes to Dogtopia once a week (planning on slowly increasing it to 2-3 times a week). He absolutely loves it! Best part, he is happy when he gets home and gets a good night's sleep. I check on him using the webcam access on the app several times a day. I would highly recommend Dogtopia. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is in a convenient location with lots of parking.

Took our pup Rooney there for daycare - loved that I could actually see him on the webcams available in their app! He came home with the cutest photo from his 1st day and a little report card. He was very tired and happy when I picked him up. I also really appreciate their user friendly app where you can make reservations.

Everyone that works at Dogtopia is super friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the facilities are clean. I really appreciate that you can go and check the place out and see the three playrooms before dropping your dog off. One of the best things about Dogtopia is that each playroom has a webcam, so you can sign in and check on your pup throughout the day! The building is in an odd spot and may seem a little sketch at first, but it's nice on the inside!

I just recently started bringing my dog here and have been very satisfied thus far. My pup is very shy and nervous at first, and the Dogtopia team really seems invested in helping to ease her into the swing of daycare. I noticed some people take issue with the naptime crating, but I personally like that they do this. It gives my pup a chance to take a break from all the running and relax for a bit, which I am grateful for. The staff is knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. 10/10 will return!

We love and trust Dogtopia! Our dog has so much fun and you can actually watch them play throughout the day (live cameras). My dog comes home very smelly, but she always has a great time!

Amazing women at the front desk (9:15am on Saturday 3/7)! I had two trusted referrals for Dogtopia (White Flint) and they exceeded expectations. The facilities were clean, the staff were genuinely interested in taking care of my dog. We are excited to see how it goes this first week with our three free days.

Staff is always responsive and they return phone calls if someone isn't able to pick up immediately. Not the cheapest place, but certainly fairly priced. MOSTLY what I appreciate about Dogtopia is that the staff really seems to know dogs and is able to manage the personalities and quirks of their "guests." My dog is high-anxiety and pretty aloof and they figured out immediately how to work with her and make sure she was comfortable.

Poor dog to staff ratio and terrible management of incidents. We had previously used Dogtopia for all of our boarding needs over the last 3 years whenever we traveled but during our most recent trip our dog was bit during his first day of what was supposed to be a 3 night stay. The staff downplayed the severity of the wound and kept trying to get us to dismiss it as an accident.According to the emergency vet they dropped our dog off at, it was a very deep bite, not evidence of a typical accident. Our dog needed staples and a drain inserted in his neck. Upon telling a staff member and their manager about the severity of the injury according to the vet, neither person expressed any sympathy for our dog and instead quickly gave us the rehearsed line about the liability waiver we signed. We understood Dogtopia wasn’t liable, but their contract says owners are liable for any damages their dogs cause to staff or other dogs so they should have sent the vet bill to the owner of the dog that caused the injury. I hope that they don’t allow the dog that did this back to Dogtopia but I have my doubts due to the answers we received. They ultimately ended up paying the nearly $1,000 emergency vet bill themselves but only after my husband and I persistently followed up. I did receive an apology from the manager but at that point their lack of sympathy and unwillingness to acknowledge the severity caused a lot of stress and hurt.

I have dropped my dog off at daycare twice so far and it has been great! It's a nice feature you can watch cameras to see how your dog is dealing with new people, places, and dogs. It helps to give you a piece of mind that your getting your money's worth. Workers appear to truly love dogs. My dog comes home happy and tired which give me a nice break from my very energetic dog.

Staff are very friendly and seem to love working with animals. The building is very clean. I like that my puppy will be safe and sound in the building getting to play with other small dogs. I like that she can have her blanket and a toy in her crate for bedtime. This is my first time leaving her at a boarding facility so hoping it all goes well.

We have been customers for nearly a decade and the service has gone from a high level of care to abysmal. I have lost count of the management and employee turnover. As others have noted, the ratio of dogs to room attendant is too high, often 1 attendant to upward of 20-30 dogs on a busy day. The pricing has also been inconsistent - whether you were under old pricing schemes, eligible for multi-pet discounts, etc. We have 3 dogs and discounts and charges were applied willy nilly to the point where I’d rather pay full price to have some level of confidence that I’m being charged the correct amount. Earlier this year, we were double charged which didn’t get rectified until a negative review was left.More recently, however, our dog was bitten while Dogtopia was providing daycare services to our dogs. The bite wound was significant that it needed to be flushed, sutured, and drained. The vet bill was over $1,200. The manager Amanda contacted us to offer a reimbursement of the vet bill which we accepted. Unfortunately, to date, we have not received the reimbursement. We have made calls and written emails to follow-up without a response.Although Dogtopia has failed to reimburse us for the vet bill as promised, the only recommendation I can provide is for potential pet parents to check other non-curated reviews on Google and Yelp and you’ll find similar accounts just within the past year. Pay particular attention to the negative reviews because as a long-term customer, much of it rings true.UPDATE 11/15/2021: After submitting the same review above in response to Dogtopia's request for feedback (which they reviewed but did not publish), the manager immediately contacted us - after not responding to prior emails and calls - claiming that she thought the check had been cut and that she would look into it. We finally received the reimbursement, postmarked and dated after the review was submitted. Again, this just confirms the continuing pattern of the poor service you can come to expect when your pet experiences a negative event at this location as we, and others, have described.

Our 8 month old puppy Rocky is always super excited when we drop him off at daycare. He loves playing with other dogs, is able to do so in a safe/supervised environment and is sad when we pick him up at days end. The staff at Dogtopia is very nice, helpful and give Rocky the love/attention that his parents do.

Love the friendly staff - they're always cheerful and polite, they clearly love dogs, and they manage to remember every single person and dog. I like that Dogtopia separates the dogs by size - my girl isn't the biggest, but she's high energy and can definitely overwhelm small dogs, so its good she plays with the big dogs all day. And I love that its close to my house!

Mittens is a rescue pup and can be timid sometimes. However, the staff has always been friendly, attentive and all around great with her. She's warmed up to the point I see her on the webcam playing with the other pups and even following the Dogtopia staff around. Sometimes she still gets timid and finds a corner to just lay and watch from, and the staff are good about just letting her do her thing. They pay attention to all of the dogs during their stay. We've had them reach out to confirm when we'd pick her up so they could time her welcome home bath to asking if they could add a little peanut butter in her food because they were worried she wasn't eating enough during her most recent stay. The grooming has also always been on point. She comes home so soft and her nails are trimmed nicely.I get worried about her being anxious, and the care the staff give the pups at Dogtopia have relieved me of my worries when we take her for daycare and boarding.

If I could give less than one star I would. Communication here is terrible. I got a new puppy and called to tell them I was a new dog owner and ask what was needed to bring her to this Dogtopia. The front desk didn’t tell me all the info so when I came in for the intro day with her vet paperwork it didn’t include Kennel Cough - which I had no idea about and wasn’t told to get from the vet. So that was wasted visit number 1. Then when I asked more questions and got the kennel cough shot I scheduled to bring her back on a Saturday morning before I had to attend a funeral later in the day because I was told after check in that she would be able to stay for the day. When I arrived Saturday for this check in I was told that I needed to stay 45 min for the intake. 45 min??? Once again no one told me this before the appt after repeatedly saying I was a new dog parent. And I use the word parent lightly because my dog is not my daughter, there is a big difference. I don’t stay 45 minutes at drop off at school for my toddler. When I expressed my frustration and told them I had 20-30 min max instead of saying they were sorry for the myriad of miscommunication and let us rush this process to get her in they stuck to the 45 min rule and basically let me walk out. I had to take the dog home, crate her for 5 hours while I attended a funeral. They truly don’t care about dogs. I will never go back and will tell as many people as possible about my experience with this location. Horrible.

The staff at Dogtopia, specifically the White Flint location, are so helpful, friendly and courteous. They treat each and every furry client as if they were their own. They seem to remember every client's name by memory and know everything about them, right down to even the most finicky requests, without even the slightest eye roll. And, for the cases in which they may not remember, the staff keep detailed records on each client. They get that the clients aren't just pets, they are members of the family. They even give owners the occasional report card! And if that's not enough, owners can go online to their website--via computer, phone or tablet--and watch their little friends play. Their culture and policies seem to mesh perfectly with those who want so much more than just "3 hots and a cot" for their furry friends. Clients and their owners get the amenities that one would expect with a children's daycare, really. Completely understandable since owners who use Dogtopia consider their pets to be their children. I have always recommended them and will continue to do so. I don't like to give a perfect score because no one is perfect, but in this case, I really feel like it's more than deserved.
