It was a pleasure to work with BHS: Andrew, Craig, Sergio, Roberto, Deanna - and many, many more after purchasing our new home in Poolesville, Maryland. They worked with us to develop a scope of work and pricing to meet our budget and schedule that was fair, reasonable and an Excellent value for the money. Then, they Absolutely Nailed the project!BHS painted our entire first floor, our stairwell, hallway upstairs and two bedrooms, replaced a kitchen backsplash, installed a shelf and countertop in our laundry room, installed new shelves in our pantry, installed multiple ceiling fans in our bedrooms and kitchen, and built us the most beautiful built-in cabinet/book case/media wall in our family room - complete with Phillips Hue LED lights that accent the project beautifully. Total project time was about 14 days.What amazed me was their professionalism, adherence to our project schedule, the cleanliness of the house after each day, the kindness and manners of the crews, the speed with which they worked, and the Superb Quality of the work they did. Sergio was a great project manager who clearly has the respect of his crew who followed his instructions. He showed up to meetings on time (if not early), answered my phone calls and texts, or called me back within the hour after leaving a voice mail. He was polite, courteous and respectful at all times – as was each member of his team. We felt our home was in safe hands at all times.A note about problem solving: All projects will have bumps along the way whether anticipated or not. BHS's approach to problem solving was exceptional. In every case they maintained professionalism, a willingness to adapt or modify things that weren't quite exactly perfect yet, handling change orders on the fly and going the extra mile to make sure we were 100% satisfied. To be clear: Every question we asked was answered with: "Yes, No problem" and Results were Fully Delivered.Every. Single. Everyone I worked with for our bathroom remodel was superb. The salesman who came to our home to help design and provide the quote was friendly and helpful. We remodeled out basement bathroom and he didn't try to upsell us on anything and was upfront and realistic about what we could accomplish in our budget.We really enjoyed the process of meeting with the tile and fixture people to pick out what we wanted.Carlos was assigned as our project manager and he was wonderful. He stopped by every few days to check on the progress, set daily emails with updates, and did our final walkthrough to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I used Beautiful Home Services for my bathroom remodeling project, which involved a complete replacement of the previous bathroom, including entirely new plumbing fixtures, a new walk-in shower to replace the bathtub shower, all new floor and wall tile, painting, and electrical work. I could not be happier with the result! The new bathroom is beautiful and the workmanship was top notch. They were very accommodating to my requests and completed everything to my specifications. Beautiful Home Services completely re-did our master bath. We did not change the layout but we did replace everything in it. We also increased the size of our shower by over a foot. You can see in the before and after photos how much space was added to the shower. (The after photo was taken prior to the window being frosted so that our neighbors can't see in!) We also had them turn the loft style top floor of our cape cod into two separate bedrooms with custom closets. It turned out exactly as I had imagined.We had a great experience with the staff - everyone was kind, responsive and attentive to detail. We were wary of having work done on our home during the pandemic, but the staff was respectful and we trusted them to do the work while we were away for a portion of the project. I'm already thinking of when and how we might use them again for another project. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home Services did a great job with our house. They put in new ceilings for us to replace an old popcorn-style ceiling. They were consistently professional and responsive to make sure we were aware of exactly what they were working on each day. The end result is beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better job. The thing that really impressed us was their attention to detail. If they had to take a vent down to paint around it, when it went back up, it was clean and dust free. Little things like that is what sets Beautiful Home Services apart from other remodelers we have seen in the past. They also installed a glass shower door for us, put in insulation, and a new hot water heater. Beautiful Home Services provided extensive remodeling services on my Capitol Hill condominium in a 125-year-old building. The project was the first remodel for the condominium since 1980.Work included relocation of walls, replacing plumbing pipes and fixtures, replacing ceiling light fixtures, adding electrical outlets, replacing a bathroom and kitchen, new wood floors, trim casework, replacing interior doors, and renovating a fireplace.The renovation project was complex because this is a second home, and I was not on site while any work was underway. Our home had an unfinished basement that we wanted to have remodeled to add more living space, as well as an additional full bathroom, laundry room, and wet bar. We got quotes from a few different contractors and ultimately selected Beautiful Home Services for a few reasons. From the beginning, our sales rep Alex was very friendly and listened to all of our thoughts on what we'd like to have done. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some ideas during the quote process. He was quick to respond to questions and clarifications and the quote was very reasonable compared to some other quotes we received. From the start, we felt the most comfortable with the team at Beautiful Home Services so we decided to work with them for this large job.BHS provides a dedicated project manager for each job which was great - in our case we worked with Craig and he was very responsive throughout the entire project and was also able to accommodate some small changes as the work progressed. It was very nice not having to chase down anyone - we were always able to reach Craig quickly and keep things moving on schedule. The Project Director team is also very helpful in getting materials purchased/selected for the project. They provided us with a detailed shopping list that made it easy for us to know what materials we needed to get and when they were needed. You can also work with their vendors for materials and BHS helps with coordinating delivery/returns/etc. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.The crew that completed the work was very friendly and polite (Alexis and team). There were minimal interruptions from the crew which was great since I work from home, and they also invited us down regularly to show us progress and discuss any specific details of the project that came up on a day-to-day basis. They were clean, efficient, and did an excellent job over all.As far as the remodel itself, our basement turned out better than we ever could have imagined. Our home is older so the ceilings in the basement are lower than the standard height in newer homes. From the start, one of my biggest concerns was making sure we maintained a higher ceiling height wherever possible. The BHS team was able to get creative with some of the framing and other aspects of the project to give us as much headspace as possible and it turned out amazing. The quality of the work was amazing and they provided recommendations along the way such as the types of recessed lights to use, tile setups in the bathroom, and even built us a beautiful custom railing for the stairs leading to the basement. We couldn't be happier with how things turned out and are so happy to have a beautiful new space to enjoy for many years.I would not hesitate to recommend BHS to anyone who needs remodeling work done in their home. From start to finish they were very easy and pleasant to work with, they are transparent and keep you informed of progress throughout, the work was completed on schedule (which was great since we had a couch scheduled to be delivered right after it was done), and they are flexible with payment terms so we were able to align the payments with different project milestones which helped with budgeting. I don't have anything negative I can say about BHS. I will absolutely work with them again in the future for any additional remodeling work we might need. We hired Beautiful Home Services to paint our first floor and remodel our kitchen. They did a beautiful job, were super communicative and responsive, and the price was completely reasonable. They were able to schedule the work in a very timely manner and completed it well within when they said they would. I feel that they did everything they were contracted for and went above (when a couple of water shut off valves broke, they replaced them quickly and fixed the problem quickly and easily). We are so happy with the final product.

I worked with Beautiful Home Services to remodel my hallway (taking down some non-weight bearing walls, sealing up a doorway, re-installing drywall and repairing floor, installing a couple of outlets and recessed lights). It was a great experience from the beginning to end. Starting with the sales rep, Gus, who came out to conduct the estimate and followed up diligently to adjust the (very reasonable) quote per my requests. Communication with the project manager Mike was excellent, and the crew (Fernando, Walter and Jonathan) were friendly and worked quickly and wonderfully. I was especially impressed when we hit a snag in my project re: needing to repair the floor - the floorboards I had were discontinued, and Mike and Fernando truly seemed to move the sky to source replacement boards (and always with the assurance that I should worry very little). We just finished a 4 week project where we had a bathroom installed and laundry room reconfigured.
