Dollar General in pocomoke Maryland store. Great store manager great, busted employees. Great, but there seems to be one employ. EE there named Caitlyn Ennis her hygiene's terrible. She's never at the register. She's outside on Her phone all the time. She doesn't do anything when she's supposed to wait on you. You have to find her like the worst cashier ever and I will never go to Dollar General and Pokémon ever again.

This location is a bit small. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. They keep items pretty well stocked. One issue this site suffers from is the aisle congestion due to carts of inventory blocking shelves and paths. Overall, I enjoy shopping here.

It is a simple matter of the help being overwhelmed without anyone to assist. Other then that great store just too small for all the product they carry and no to place it out for customers. Again not anyones fault just too much on any single person

I have never gone to a Dollar General anywhere else and have come home with expired items on so many different occasions as I have from this location this last time I went to open a box of Betty Crocker sweet rewards cookie bars that expired July 2017 Now I can deal with a couple of days even a week or 2 but months I think is ridiculous I've worked for retail myself and at each chain we always checked for expired items and their were mystery shoppers who came in to that as well but I don't think any of that is occurring at this Pocomoke location...But I have also just on 1 occasion each gotten an expired item from the Family Dollar and the Wal-Mart so maybe it's just a Pocomoke thing either way please fix this

Found everything I needed and didn't have to go to "Big Box" store with lots of people. Everyone was wearing their masks correctly and social distancing. At "Big Box" store half of them aren't even covering their mouth.

They really need more than one person working. Half the time when they have a sale you cant find it on the shelf. I've even checked back days later. Sometimes you go in and nobody at register and you have to holler out to them. Hood way for people to steal your stuff

Need more employees, isles were filled with carts of stock, and empty boxes, couldn't get thru the isle of your choice. Will not shop there again. Only saw I employee, and she was cashier as well.
