The person at the desk was courteous and checked me in quickly. I have brought my car here before and the crew does good work.

Every time I come here I wait no more than an hour from start to finish. I get the Preston for Life oil change and tire rotation. They do a great job with overall inspections and located a problem with my axle last time I was there. They ordered the part and quickly got me into the Ford dealership for replacement.

Very thorough inspection of my tires along with a detailed printout of what was going on. I brought in my Hyundai Ioniq 5 because the steering wheel was shaking at higher speeds. The issue has been resolved and the car is back to normal. Friendly service and certainly knowledgeable staff.

I took my F150 here to get serviced instead of taking it to the dealership. The team was able to get everything I wanted done without me having to make an appointment or wait. Just brought our sisters car in for a both rear break lights that were out. They replaced them alright, but banged her almost $100 for the work . Labor was $80 for what must have taken them 15 min to do the work . Incl in charge was environmental fee and doc storage fee. Not happy.Service: Electrical

Having used Pittsville Ford with my company and seeing how poor the service was I was cautious already and intentionally checked certain things before sending my vehicle in for a regular service. Upon getting it back I called to confirm what the service covered which I already knew but got confirmation. They never checked tire pressure which was low, never checked and topped off fluids, and broke a splash cover on the bottom of my engine of which they tried to just jerry rig it back up until I made them replace it. They continue to be crooks with shotty service

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While there, staff informed me that my brake pads on all 4 tires were worn, and my rotors would need to be resurfaced. They quoted me $1029 for this. I deferred and instead took my car to racetrack auto and marine in West Ocean City. I was told there that my front brake pads and were still in good shape and only charged $380 for new rear brake pads and brand-new rotors. I honestly can't believe it is ok to run a business like this. I know it happens, but it is very disappointing to feel as though they tried to take advantage.

If you want a state inspection that will claim your whole paycheck then this is the place. They were fast getting the inspection done but the list of nitpicked items were unrealistic. Anything from my hood latch, which functions fine, to a “cracked” belt that looked perfectly fine. If you want to spend money unnecessarily then this is your place

They were very disrespectful towards our family. On our way home we found a nail in our car tire and we stopped here and there were 4-5 people doing nothing and said they are fully booked and cannot spend 6-10 minutes on us. Rudely answered and ignored our family. There was no cars in their station. Then we found Rick’s auto couple of minutes away and they were SUPER AWESOM. Wonderful customer service and work was fixed within 2-5 minutes and very reasonable price. Glad we found Rick’s Auto and shame on this rude and disrespectful place.This happened on 7/21/2022 around 1.00PM( Just mentioned for owners attention, if anyone cares about customer service)

The Preston group used to be decent, but now they have scummy practices such as telling you that your car came with "Preston for Life" (stating that you'll get free oil changes & etc.) complimentary as a perk for purchasing from them, but then when they call you months later to schedule your routine oil change, they neglect to tell you that you didn't actually get that "Preston for Life" coverage and charge you 5x what it should have cost to get it done.The staff is also incredibly rude if you ask any questions about why they're overcharging you and what it's for ($100 bucks for an oil change, $1000+ for brake pad replacements?! How dare you ask).Garbage company, do not take any of your business there.Service: Oil change

Took ford f150 in on diamond plan for oil change and tire rotation they said we had to repair a leak in tube where radiator is cost 800 to repair truck started leaking again took it to a reputable mechanic he said he would have charged me 325 for the repair but I had to take it back to them because they fixed it and had to repair it he said it was the o ring ok so took it back they did fix the issue however my boyfriend checked the antifreeze it had hardly any it he had to put 2 bottles in you think they could have put that in the engine could have blown up in the first place because of them I cannot recommend this businessServices: Tires, Oil change
