Stopped in for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised by the environment. It was very open and inviting. Once I got my order placed, a lovely young woman by the name of Emily was radiating from behind the counter with a welcoming smile! Within a matter of minutes after placing my order I was practically walking out. Everyone made my presence and business feel appreciated. I will surely be returning!

It was my second time here and I don’t know their name. But today there was this younger guy and he was the nicest guy. Super helpful and just made everything super easy, I’m definitely making this place my new favorite spot. :)

Kevin was fantastic and super helpful. He went back and searched through to find what I needed and even though what I came for was out of stock he offered the patience to sort through and find me a really great substitute. This IS my go to Dispensary, and I don’t see that ever changing with the amazing Service offered here :-)

Considering the other choice of dispensary we have in Cecil County, I'm not sure how anyone could give anything but five stars based on that fact alone. Better inventory, better deals, better customer service, better atmosphere. If I've had issues at NCW, they've been solved promptly. The fact that their delivery is next day is very obvious on their website, so any problems there are definitely user error. I miss third item Thursday, but their deals are still unbeatable. I love coming to this place as a med patient! Y'all definitely deserve more stars

I waited over an hour to get served. There was only 4 bud tenders working. I placed a preorder to streamline the process. 1 bud tender was helping medical customers, 1 was helping preorders and the other 2 were helping walk-ins. This resulted in all of the walk-in people getting served twice as fast as the preorders. This is extremely counter productive. Also some people were given special treatment from the staff letting them not have to wait at all. To top it off, when I raised the issue with the bud tender, he tried to insult my intelligence by saying they were all medical people going through. When I signed in there were 11 people ahead of me on the list. It took an hour and a half.

The wait time here is horrible, no option in store to preorder and they move quite slow as they fill orders. Was in store over an hour waiting, waitlist said i was 12th i watched about 20 people go in before ended up leaving and going to ascend.

Kevin took great care of me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the team at NCW so much that I drive 40 mins out of my way, I even past another dispensary because the team and service at NCW is top notch!

I am a recreational user not medical so take that into account for this review. I think this place has consistently better deals and prices overall than Pharmkent in Elkton. I've never had an issue with an order in the nearly one year since I've gone here but the process of getting your order is still too tedious. It's also painfully clear that these guys want to milk every dime they possibly can from you while you're there.You order online and wait to be notified when you can come pickup. When arriving however, you then have to check in and wait again. You would think having the option to order online would streamline some wait times but it's really just reserving your product and adding a step to the transaction. You cannot pay via the app when using a card. They also recently and without warning stopped allowing credit cards to be used by recreational customers.When it is finally your turn they direct you to a cashier who doesn't have your order but instead needs to verify your id, which is effectively a 3rd time checking in. They will then go get your order and potentially try to upsell you. I get that tips help these guys but some people order online because we know what we want. Having the option to order online only to then have to show up in person and wait again, regardless of when you placed your order is frustrating. You are called back based on arrival time in person so again the app is only to reserve stuff.Cool to have it legal now but the fees for using a card and all of the weird steps you need to take show that we have a long way to go in optimizing the customers experience. Everything in place currently, at this establishment especially, is to maximize profits and protect the business. I don't go to a liquor store needing 3 separate check ins and $3-5 fees for using my debit or credit cards.

I’ve been a patient here for years. Up until recreational, service was good and you could always get through on the phone. Now that recreational has opened up, deliveries are processed same day, service at the location takes way longer, and overall the sales haven’t been as good….although they seem to be getting better again. My biggest complaint that has happened over time is there are occasional errors at the register. Most recently, I placed an online order and was charged for something I didn’t order or even receive. Had I received the item I wouldn’t have complained. I called in a few days ago to alert the employees of the issue. My first call was a day after the two week refund period- I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an account credit for next time. The first girl put me on hold for 30 mins with no reason why- she just put me on hold and nobody came back for a half hour so I hung up. I called again later in the day and spoke with the receptionist. She advised that I should come in- I told her I live in the next county over and wouldn’t be up that way any time soon so I’d like to resolve it on the phone. She pulled up my account and took my info- plus the item that was wrong. She said she would pass it on to a manager and I’d receive a call back. It’s been almost a week and still no call back. If you can’t treat your medical patients right, maybe you need to hire more employees or cut back on recreational sales hours. I will give them a chance to correct the issue on my next order but if it does not get resolved I will take my business elsewhere- there are about 20 dispensaries that are closer to my home. I use ncw because they were one of the first in the area and I’m loyal. I also appreciate the delivery service.

Used to come here to avoid the longer wait times in Elkton tho prices are higher. They seem to be getting more business and becoming slower over time. I need to consider just recertifying my med card given the prices and waits involved with adult rec.

Place is chill and it's updated alot , really like that it isn't corporate like elktons dispensary. I feel corporate takes the soul outta the experience. A few Budtenders could be more knowledgeable but there are a few I really do trust . They handle the medical patients first which I love and usually I'm in the building no longer than 15 min always . Keep on keeping on!

I've been coming to NCW since I got my medical license a few years back. In this time I've seen so many people I loved seeing leave which made me sad BUT the people who are there now are so wonderful. In particularly cici 💜 she's my favorite! She always knows just what to serve you and always has a great attitude. Good service. But the text notifications system should be updated. Waited 2 hours for a text just to be told to just come right in and the orders are normally done in about 20 minutes. I get it, it gets busy. But it’s a huge inconvenience to wait for a text that may or may not come. Thanks for being a huge factor in me missing my plans tonight!

I come here often and spend a lot of money weekly at this dispensary and I've never complained or asked to exchange anything even bags that were short full grams. I bought a cart for a family trip I was taking so I didn't have to take flower. I bought a $60 live rosin cart and I literally have to drag on it for +30 seconds to even get the smallest puff of a hit. I literally get a oxygen deprivation high more than anything off the cart and with bad lungs I don't want to pull on it so hard to get nothing especially.So I went without my meds for the weekend and I came back in on my way after talking to someone on the phone and then saying they would take care of if. I signed in and was greeted by a male supervisor and instantly was doubting everything I said and he looked at the price of the cart and said "oh $60" and then asked me to step outside and hit it in front of him. The first time I dragged on it for about 10 seconds and literally no smoke came out at all and he asked me to hit it again but longer. So I hit it and dragged on it for about 30 seconds and I started coughing from my low lung capacity but because " smoke does come out" I was told I would not be able to get an exchange because once he saw it was a $60 cart he was looking for any reason to not have to replace it. He offered me 30% of a cart and I was so mad I just walked away and said I will never be coming back for any reason. Ever since they started selling recreational there service has been horrific.

I'm an industry employee, and recently just had a procedure that has me on LOA. As such, I'm unable to leave my home at the moment, and decided to seek out some cannabis delivery options, get me some RSO to help with the pain. NCW is the only place in my area with delivery, so I thought "why not" and tried the order. While asking questions over the phone, I was put on hold so patients could be checked in (fine, I thought, I generally have no problem typing in an MCA number while talking on the phone, but you do you). After being on hold 10+ minutes, the call disconnected. No big deal, I'll just place the order and wait for confirmation, right? Fast forward to this morning, I was still waiting on the confirmation email, so I called again to ask a few more questions. This time I was placed on hold again so they could check when the orders were going out. Remember when I said I had a procedure recently? Yeah, makes it hard for me to talk. While trying to answer after the rep came back on the line, she gave a whole 3 seconds of me trying to speak before hanging up on me. It took 15 minutes on hold to get through the first time. Now I get why our store gets so many former NCW customers.Upping to 4 stars because the delivery guy, Gage is just such a delight, very pleasant guy. Place needs more people like Gage.

First time ever visiting a dispensary and saying I was impressed is a SERIOUS understatement! My budtender CiCi was sooo knowledgeable, patiently answering all my noob questions as well as helping educate me, and absolutely nailed it with suggesting Rhinestone Cowgirl by Edie Parker. #perfection

Used to b the bomb now they jus in it for rec if u need it for medical find a dif place they dont do any of the med deals they used to an now up charge for the same shyt if u need concentrates or anything med I'd advise ash an ember I kno drive sucks but if u tell em was up they will work with u

Slowest dispensary I've ever been to. The parking lot is one way, and I was being blocked by a FedEx truck, so I had to wait before I could even park. The office had changed dramatically, having expanded to serve rec. The staff kept having problems signing me in as rec. The wait was over a half hour, I walked outside to walk my dog. Going back in, I'm told there are rec and medical patients ahead of me, meaning I have another 10 minutes of waiting, despite having already placed an order. I wound up leaving, driving to local competitor, and was in and out in under 6 minutes. The service and atmosphere were unpleasant. Everyone looked very miserable. All in all, unless they have some mind-blowing deal, I would pass on this dispensary.
