We had just got back from having our dog groomed by Kate. She did a beautiful job. Our little puppy is only four months old and it was the first time she was groomed and it all came out beautifully. I would recommend her highly.

Went in to give my pretty girl her winter shed bath. The washing station is always neat and clean. I love their blow dryer but the dog did not lol. She was pupset.

Took my grandpup Luke for his very first grooming appt. We were so nervous! Heather was absolutely fantastic! We had no idea what to expect but we're completely overwhelmed with joy when we picked him up! She did an amazing job! Beyond any expectations we could have had! Great place!

If you LOVE your animals DO NOT SUPPORT this place !!! The Owner does not care about the safty of the animals and treats her clients and employees horrible ! Very cunning ways about this owner. This shop had many different groomers inn and out through out the years. Says alot in itself about that place dont you think ?I remember there was a groomer that was abusing the animals at the salon. All her employees at the Perry Hall & Bel Air location reported this to the owner and yet she did not care one bit. So months later she eventually fired her, due to catching the groomer on camera abusing the dog on the grooming table. The owner nevered once reported it to the police nor told the client this information about the abuse of there animal that occurred at her shop. This place needs to be shut down for even allowing it to happen the first, second and many more time's until she finally decided to get rid of the groomer. This speaks so much volume on how much she really cares for the animals. Honestly I'm not a person that writes reviews and bashes on another company but when it comes down to the safety of animals and the mistreat of there employess and the carelessness of a buisness then yes I will let it be known to the world. Please please people put your Fur Baby's first before supporting this place.!!!!

Absolutely horrible service!!! Everyone is rude and ignorant I took my puppy here to get his first haircut the groomer had him for 2 hours and I got him back like nothing was done!! He looked very choppy and still had yellow paws and he was severely uneven. I called to say something everyone had an attitude the manager called me and told me to bring in the puppy and I was not comfortable with bringing him in because they have already done bad work. She proceeded to tell me I underpaid for his haircut which was $75 and I should’ve paid more( he is 6 pounds) and that was the price they told me! Do not recommend this place take your dog anywhere but here!!!

All I can say is my pups and I have been going to Pet Nirvana for 6 years and every visit there is a treat for them and they love it! Although they love the toys and treats from the staff, I would not trust getting their food or snacks anywhere elseas their quality is what my pups deserve!

"Wow!" Finally a very friendly and knowledgeable business that caters to pet owners.They have 3 "Self pet bathing" area that's very clean and they provide multiple pet shampoos for you're choice that's included in their ridiculously cheap price.The facility is stocked with all your pet needs and wants!The bathing area is raised a few feet off the floor that makes both your pet and yourself more comfortable.I have a bad back and washing my dog is very hard on my back but, this place is ideal if you have similar health issues. Honestly? I will NEVER wash my pet at home again as long as they're in business.I give them "5 Stars"!!!!!!!

How are you going to charge $25.00 for a pet wash at the SELF WASHING station just because someone doesn’t buy their dog food from their regularly?? They’re supposed to be $15.00 but you up charge $10.00. Explains why you never see patrons in there. 🤨

My very first experience visiting Pet Nirvana was a wonderful one! I needed some birthday supplies Friday for my daughters bearded dragon last minute and the owner/manager was extremely kind and helpful with locating the items I needed. Kary rang up my purchase and was very nice and quick with the transaction. I wasn’t able to look around the entire store but from what I saw there were a lot of good products to choose from and it was a welcoming environment for pet supplies. I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful. They gave me free samples of cat food and my cats loved it. They also explained what the food was and why veterinarians promote certain brands such as Hill Science and Proplan. I shop at Pet Nirvana now. The cat food actually look like food I can identify. I want to offer a public apology for the previous bad review.

The groomer clipped my dogs nail so short it wouldn’t stop bleeding! She screamed in pain which was extremely upsetting but we were assured it “happens sometimes” Two days later in a trip we had to make an emergency stop. She’s been going to a different groomer for years and we have NEVER had this happen. When asking to speak to the owner, she refused to call me back. I also overheard the groomer yelling at another dog to “SHUTUP” and kept saying “bad dog”. The store has an awful sad energy to it, although decently stocked, but we really miss Pet Valu. The customer service here is also lacking. But highly advise you to not use this groomer.EDIT: The owner decided to comment that this was untrue without even contacting me. The owner was not there, and never asked for my side of the story. I'm an advocate for small businesses, I get nothing from writing a bad review, I truly wish that this experience had never happened & don't want it to happen to others. I gave them several chances, each time proved to be a mistake. Please note, there was also never an apology issued, and as you can see on here, there has been zero remorse. If their groomer is trained that's even worse, because a trained groomer should know better. Check out the other reviews, we are not the only one. Furthermore, they are not honest about their products being made in the USA. Many of them are not, but they will tell you they are. Only after further inspecting the bag did we see that it was not. Very dishonest company, and I hope you will consider an alternative.

This store is a little out of my way, but it's worth it. I have a very picky cat and they've gone out of their way to help me out. I highly recommend Pet Nirvana for All your pet needs.

We took my flat coat golden doodle to be washed and trimmed at Perry Hall Pet Nirvana the week after Christmas. Crystal is the groomer and she did a marvelous job. Hershey looks very handsome! I recommend her highly.

First time in, pet baths are great. Very easy to get my older dog in and out of the tub and they have everything you will need. Without the mess to clean up at home after. Great staff and very knowledgeable on products.
