I eat here often due to my schedule which is why it pains me to say how terrible it can be. You shouldn't have to worry about food poisoning or getting terribly made food every single time you eat somewhere and yet Sheetz does just that.

Used to eat here a lot but now the past few times they have fed me day old food or uncooked food. If you order a milkshake expect huge ice chunks in the bottom. If you order a hot sandwich with anything extra expect it to be cold and without the extra stuff. Very disappointed at whoever is making the food and i find it VERY hard to eath there again.

I have traveled 8 states for years for work. Stopped at almost 25 sheetz locations almost all the time. But hands down the Oakland location may very well be the bottom of the barrel. It appears to be true anymore that they just cannot find any good help to hire. They have a couple that are capable but it must be hard to find people to hire at this location. People that are confused of gender and use restrooms when children are in them as well, sorry not a fan of it. I've seen it all here at this place. Unreal. Dave Sheetz which I have met and talked to before in the past definitely did not intend for his store to be this way. Sanitation and hygiene are the very least priority here. Maybe clean house and start all over at this one. It's some kind of show here. Sorry sheetz but now I see why the other convince stores in town are thriving with business. Would love to change this review in the future, time will tell

I had given this place 5 stars before this. I've called in less than 5 times in the past 8 years to complain about my orders. I can honestly only think of 3 times I've called in. Last Friday I had a large order and they messed up 5 of the 6 items. I called in and the night supervisor (Jen) was so incredibly rude to me. Acted like I was lying about the food and acted like I was nothing but trouble. I've had around 300 or 400 orders and never had an issue. I called the store manager and he said from now on they're going to have to send any order messed up to the district office. I asked why and he said that the store managers had said that I had too many complaints? That's an absolute lie. I've heard multiple people complain about this (Jen) to me. I'm honestly in shock that they would literally lie about me to try and make themselves look good. Well I've been going for the past 8 years multiple times a week that all ended today. I'm so incredibly disappointed in you Sheetz.

Every time I've got an order here at least one thing in it is messed up. I have literally gotten shakes from here multiple times and they have had giant clumps of ice in the bottom and a lot of times that I've gotten sandwiches from here they've been smashed. A bunch of ableists women work here and are always negative and have a constant attitude.

We really do love Sheetz in Oakland MD. But today I got a burger and it didn’t taste like a typical burger. It tasted old. Then I remembered I had gotten a burger there a year ago and I didn’t like it then. All of the food is good except for the burgers. Not good at all. They should find another brand to buy. But it won’t keep us from going there!

Was in there a couple nights ago. My car was getting a tire fixed at the air so I walked in and bought my son a milkshake. Was about to leave and my husband wanted to look at the pumpkin coffee. Was looking at it and getting ready to buy some when we were kicked out for "loitering". Not sure how it's loitering when I literally just made a purchase and was about to make another. People spend more time waiting for food than we did looking at coffee. Contacted corporate on this already.

Went to Sheetz in Oakland Maryland and to bohold my sub is totally messed up...says on ticket toasted and it's not says Bacon paid extra for no bacon on it. Heavy on the Mayo no Mayo on it.. now I'm 35 miles away and can't do anything with this sub besides give it to the dog... What a joke... Called store 4 times now and no one will answer the phone... Would recommend going next door to McDonald's.... SO SAD ALL THE WAY AROUND JUST TERRIBLE....SO mad and hungry right now....

Usually it's not half bad but today my mozzarella sticks were substituted with Mac and cheese bites. If I wanted to pay for Mac and cheese bites then I would have ordered them. I don't appreciate a substitution. I would have went without the appetizer entirely; had a staff member informed me. Instead I paid for something I didn't order. I didn't realize this mistake until I got home.... different day: the root of the romaine lettuce was left in my salad. I also didn't get mild pepper rings on my sub and it was cold (not toasted)..

We went to Sheetz on a Saturday night around 1:00am. I understand it was late, but they are open 24 hours and the staff was very rude. We are on vacation, and we were in a great mood prior to our arrival. This was definitely a very negative point to our experience in Deep Creek. If they are that miserable at their jobs, they should probably quit.

Ordered mac n cheese and chicken wrap, go to open the mac n cheese and it’s about a quarter of a bowl of one big chunk of chicken (other sheetz were perfect) then go to eat my chicken wrap and it has no chicken it it. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I love your salads and get them frequently for lunch. Today was the second time in the last two weeks that I waited for over 20 minutes for my salad to be made. I felt bad for the staff behind the counter. There clearly needs to be more people scheduled for lunch time.

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to go here and get food. They were out of taco salad which is what I drove there for. They had signs on the computer that said they were out of more items as well. Then I go to clean my car window after I left with no food and the window wash buckets were missing the scrapers and the other one was empty with trash in the fluid holder. I was there a months ago and the taco salad shells could have broke your teeth but I let it go.Use to go there all the time years ago.This location has really gone down hill. I will not be going out of my way to come to this store again.

I ordered a mac and cheese platter and they forgot the mac and cheese but the other things I wanted in the mac and cheese platter was there it was just missing the mac and cheese. Took it back and they put the mac and cheese on it but they never heated it up.

Im gonna let yall in on a little secret. When 7-11 diesel pumps are down this is the only diesel pump in town. We get one pump. So when you park at the pump to go inside or whatever else it is your doing, we have no choice but to wait. Theres nowhere else to go. STOP BLOCKING THE ONLY DIESEL PUMP!
